Great rental company extremely customer service oriented. The staff is courteous and professional.

My family and I stayed at location during our spring break vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a central part of the Hilton Head island. My wife and family enjoyed the location and would stay here again. Thanks.

This has been a wonderful experience with The Vacation Company. Any snags were resolved in a super timely manner! We appreciated al of the extra touches that this company provided like starter sets of supplies, beach towels, and bedding/towels!

7515 Yacht Club was amazing. Our family enjoyed the quietness of Shelter Cove and the Villa was great. Everything was clean and updated. The only suggestions I have is blackout curtains in both guest bedrooms. The morning light on harbor side and the walkway lights on the parking lot side are quite bright. The beds were wonderful and the convenience of having three bathrooms was great. We will return!

Our condo was PERFECT for our small family! It is bright and cheerful to wake up to, and close enough to the ocean to listen to the waves at night! Hilton Head is a perfect place to vacation, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great experience start to finish. House was clean and well equipped. Rental company was always available by phone, we required nothing except to extend our stay!

We had a great experience with The Vacation Company. An issue came up with the house we were staying at (nothing that had to do with The Vacation Company). They were quick to adress it (we called around 10pm and someone actually picked up and got us in touch with the property manager immediately!), and we were in a new house within 12 hours. They worked with us, were very pleasant, and great. The house was awesome and immaculate, we will definitely use them again!

The vacation company was very responsive and took care of issues quickly. We will use them for our future trips to HHI.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for two families with kids. Super close to the beach and the pool is right there. The house was set up very nicely and allowed for lots of space and place to simply relax.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We booked our condo through Vacation Company. It was short walk to the beach with an amazing view of the oceanand great. Vacation Company was awesome! They made sure that we were happy with our condo. What a great team of professionals!

Great vacation company to rent from! The condo was clean and well stocked. Very updated decor and comfortable!

Great place, wonderful for kid and pet friendly families. Short walk to beach and stocked very family and pet friendly. Only issues was pool was very dirty and the patio areas not cleaned . The hallway from the house to garage was very dirty and had lots of spiders from top to bottom that scared the childern but those things can be worked around for the location. Only major issue was pull out couch that was really uncomfortable and had ripped pillows. But all and all I would rent there again if issues where fixed . It is a nice excluded area of Hilton head

Looking for the perfect location to gather with friends or family? Seacoast Unit 100 was ideal giving us 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, a huge kitchen to cook the many fun meals our group had and lovely porches, living rooms and other spaces to accommodate 8 people. Easy access from the covered drive straight to our unit. Loved walking through the water fountains and ponds straight to the beach. Beautiful decor and wonderful amenities.

The Vacation Company has done a wonderful job in helping us in planning our vacation to Hilton Head Island. They have been extremely helpful and communicate well every step of the way. We had a couple of requests and they were very responsive to those requests. Very, very satisfied and pleased with the Vacation Company!

House was very comfortable for the 12 of us. Location very close to beach with easy access. Plenty of seating during meal times. House needs some indoor painting. Elevator has a mind of its own. Home was very clean and nicely decorated.

The initial business transaction with The Vacation Company had to be changed and they did an outstanding job providing alternate housing located close to the original home. It was lovely, they were very professional and I will use them again the next time I visit Hilton Head Island.

We hadn t been to HHI for several years, but because of our past experiences with The Vacation Company...I knew exactly who to call on again! We adore South Beach and our condo was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean! We loved the keyless entry, the close access to the Salty Dog area, the newly remodeled condo itself and the starter supplies to hold us over until we reached the grocery store. The Hospitality app made getting information so simple as well. Every experience I have had with The Vacation Company has been outstanding and has left me without worry! Clean, nicely decorated condos that make you feel at home are always a bonus! Great vacation!

The vacation home was very nice and had a great location. All representatives from The Vacation Company were easy to work with. Only two questionable items -- the master bedroom linens were not as clean as expected, upon our arrival. And, the front upstairs bedroom appeared to have some mold growing near the ceiling air conditioning vent. These should be addressed before we would consider renting here again.

This was our second stay at 34 Muirfield and the property is in a great location and very comfortable. We didn t cook a single meal (no surprise, as we don t cook at home either), but for those who plan to eat in, note there while there are plentiful utensils, dishes, and appliances, there is absolutely no basic ingredients (salt, pepper, no spices, nothing) so you ll need to purchase everything or bring it with you.

Beds are comfortable, and the updated 1st floor guest bath is nice. My favorite room is the sun room, and we spent hours many hours watching golfers, some good, and some entertainingly horrid. The floor plan is very well set up for multi-family gatherings. We also appreciated the new patio furniture.

We had a couple of minor issues while there, and The Vacation Company responded quickly and completely. This place will definitely be on our preferred list.

Vacation Company does more than the routine. They want you to have the best possible experience. They build a culture of orienting their company toward the vacationer. You don't find this enough.

The house at 19 Sandpiper was amazing. The large, open kitchen and living space accommodated our family of ten with plenty of space for 4 grandchildren under the age of 5! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The water was so warm that we didn t need to heat either of them. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and easy access to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone.
The only thing I would suggest is adding a port-a-crib and highchair for your guests to make it more family friendly. We had a fabulous time and hope to return. Thanks!

Absolutely outstanding.The apartment we rented was really clean and Vacation Company made sure our trip went so smoothly! Thank you Vacation Company for helping my family and me have a wonderful time in Hilton Head.

We rented 6 High Rigger, from the first inquiry until our vacation end they provided great customer service and convenience, love the app with all of your rental info and more! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in, plenty of linens and supplies. Would definitely use The Vacation Company for future rentals.

The experience was amazing working with The Vacation Company as well as their associate Ryan Kaufmann. We stayed in the Fox Grape house and it was an absolute incredible property for our group. Having everything done by an app on your phone was so easy and efficient from check-in to check-out. We sure hope to be able to work with The Vacation Company again next year.

Awesome service, absolutely recommend. 75 Baynard Cove Rd Hilton Head is a great place to stay as well. Short distance to the beach, swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic and the place is like a palace.

My wife and I had a very nice time at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is right on the beach and had a nice view from the balcony. The pool was nice and has a bar with food attached. I would definitely recommend this unit for a couple or small family. There s plenty of room with a full kitchen, 1.5 baths and spacious living room. Security was good with having to use a code to park, use the elevators, use the pool, and enter the condo unit. All staff we encountered were nice and helpful. The building is directly across from shopping for everything from T shirts to food, and also had a couple of bars. We rented bikes for the week and would highly recommend doing that. It was nice to ride on the beach and had plenty of sidewalks to ride the area. Lots to do and see on the island and if you like to golf, there is an abundance of courses to play. Savannah is about an hour drive if you want to explore off the island. We did, and it was a good day trip for us. Take one of the on/off bus tours if you go. You get to see a lot at your own pace and learn the history as you go. We also went to Charleston (about a 2 hr drive) for a day and would recommend doing. We took a carriage tour, which took an hour. Shopped downtown and We also visited a plantation and went out for dinner. Again, lots to see and do.
Totally enjoyed our time on Hilton Head. You can do as much or as little as you want. You re on vacation, enjoy whatever it is you want.

Easy to book unit. Staff was very professional and responsive.

Unit 107 was very nicely appointed and clean. We arrived early and the vacation company made an effort to get us in a little sooner than 4:00.check in. After cleaning, each unit is inspected and a repairman showed up the next day to repair the under-counter lights. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, neat, beautiful condo in a space that felt both secluded and private on the beach side and yet close to bike rentals, tennis, food, and walking. The beach was pristine. Only suggestions would be to offer some beach towels, and some beach chairs/umbrella for guests. We had a wonderful week.

Very efficient way of doing business with the app.. It has everything you need so you don't even need to go by the office - just go directly to your rental unit. Everything was in perfect order. Well pleased.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa we rented for the week. The Vacation Company had everything cleaned and ready for our arrival. It was smooth, friendly and clean from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them and use them again for future stays.

We've used The Vacation Company a few times now for our yearly trips to Hilton Head, and they have always been extremely professional and responsive. On our most recent trip, we had to call the after hours number for something and they responded quickly and even made a special trip to drop off something we needed! With so many rental choices like AirB&B, VRBO, etc. it's nice to have a company that can back up your reservation and be there if anything goes wrong. We'll continue to use The Vacation Company whenever we travel to HHI.

We have rented from The Vacation Company for years. The staff is professional and pleasant to work with. While we have rented multiple properties, (sometimes the change of property has been based on availability and other times it has been based on our changing needs as the family continues to grow) we have found all of their properties to be appropriately described in their advertising. They communicate promptly to inquiries about property availability, leasing questions, or logistical information. They are very responsive to any issues that arise during the vacation. We would absolutely recommend leasing from The Vacation Company.

As an owner, I give The Vacation Company top marks. They are responsive to my needs, take very good care of my villa and are always pleasant and helpful to deal with. I had another rental company in Hilton Head prior to The Vacation Company and they were no where near as good. I would highly recommend them for a pleasant stay in beautiful Hilton Head, SC.

Rented in Palmetto Dunes at 3330 Villamare. We had a great time. The condo unit was exactly as shown on the internet and in the pictures. We would rent again without hesitation. Love Hilton Head.

The house at 1 Brown Pelican was a great fit for our family. We had 8 vacationing and we were very comfortable - we loved the house! The Vacation Company was great to work with and very responsive in providing a couple of things during the week. We highly recommend both!

"The booking experience was great...they were super helpful and easy to work with. The app they use for information, check in, procedures, and then also recommendations for food/activities in the rental area is GREAT! Also, we encountered a couple issues with our rental along the way and the Vacation Company was SUPER quick to remedy them, in most cases responding within 15-20 minutes of our email or phone call, and they even fixed a broken pull out couch within two hours of me notifying them. Great service!"

We were very impressed with the responsiveness, friendliness, and service during the Covid-19 pandemic. Plans were cancelled, changed, then changed again. The staff helped us each time with kindness and generosity. Upon arriving to our destination, we continued to receive local discounts, text messages, a web app, and great service! 25 years of vacationing at Hilton Head with multiple vendors...The Vacation Company has been the best!

We had reservations in September and the hurricane occurred. They do have a clause about inclement weather but a hurricane is an infrequent occurrence which should not be treated like normal bad weather. They were very inflexible in providing any other options or partial refund. Upper management is unresponsive and we found out later the owner is a convicted felon for fraud. I would suggest you find another company, I know we would never consider them again.

The unit was quaint. Would have been very small for four people. Well stocked and close to the beach and pool. In the middle of town so very convenient. Shower was wonderful with the rain fall shower. Only has one roll of toilet paper and paper towel so bring your own. Overall, a good experience. Clean, comfortable bed. Security was friendly.

The condo was exactly as pictured, flawless checkin. Only complaint is that they weren't able to help replace a forgotten parking pass for sea pines, but that was my fault, not theirs. This is our third summer booking through them and have never had a problem. The condo we got this year is the best yet. I do wish they would list any extras included in the condo. Last year there was an unmentioned pack & play, beach chairs & toys that would've been nice to know ahead of time when packing the car. This year there were also beach chairs in the condo, so we didn't need to bring ours.

Started at 3 Night Heron Lakeside in Sea Pones. The second time I stayed at this property. I have visited Hilton Head at least once each year in the last 12 years. I have rented through the Zvacation Company and have always been satisfied with their service and, in a bumber of instances, their extra service to make our study s pleasant. I would recommend them, and have done so.

The property that we stayed at was very nice. peaceful, clean, and felt like home. I would recommend this place to anybody that would consider Hilton Head.

Carrie from Vacation Company was very helpful in setting up all our arrangements at 10 Baynard Bay Drive. The house and all the amenities were awesome. The kids had a blast ! Thank you! I would highly recommend the Vacation Company.

Loved it. Clean and today and bright. Was told it was ocean view but it was the creek/backwater. But we kind of liked that as it was quiet and shady whereas the beach was hotter and noisier. Alexander s wine bar has fabulous food. We got picked up by the free shuttle and walked home. We brought the dog who was happy at the apt and on the beach!

Just returned from Sea Pines Resort where we stayed in a beautiful unit rented from The Vacation Company.

Their excellent app gave use all the information we needed before and during our stay. I was nicely surprised when we got a notification that we could check in early!

During the first 24 hours of our stay we encountered three issues. They responded quickly and effectively to each of my calls and each was resolved to our satisfaction. For me this is a significant factor in choosing a rental company and I give The Vacation Company 5 stars for their response.

However all three items (light bulbs burned out, grill gas tank empty no spare, a very visible problem with a HVAC vent) should have been caught before we ever checked in so hence 4 stars overall rating.

Nice free perk: The Vacation Company provided four bicycles for us for the week. They were delivered before we arrived!

All in all an excellent experience using The Vacation Company, we saved a few hundred dollars using them versus VRBO and great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

The Vacation Company was wonderful to work with. They communicated all the information you needed in a timely and easy to follow way. They checked in the first day to ensure that everything with the rental was as it should be. Wonderful company, highly recommend them.

We have stayed in this condo several times and it never disappoints. The unit is always clean and the balcony is such a relaxing place to enjoy time with friends. The pool area is always clean and a great place to swim laps and sit in the hot tub. Close proximity to so many awesome restaurants and shops. Just a great location for a great vacation

The house was beautiful and impeccably maintained. It was everything it was advertised to be. Even better than the House was the service we received from the Vacation Company.

The home and amenities are all as advertised. If anything is ever less than we expect, TVC takes care of it.

I highly recommend renting through the Vacation Company. They were friendly, answered all my questions and were readily available. It was super easy and contact free check in and check out. The condo was super clean, in a great location with ocean views and the property was beautifully landscaped. We even received a credit to use for $250 worth of beach gear. We got 4 bikes and 2 chairs. They were great!

In 2019 we purchased Captains Walk 412 as a real estate investment and vacation home. We've retained The Vacation Company as our property manager and they have been terrific! Our villa is always as clean as we would make it ourselves and their responsiveness to any necessary repairs has been exemplary. We've already recommended them to other HHI property owners whom we've met.

This home 1421 south beach villas is in need of some work. The kitchen has some cabinet doors that fall of the hinges, the cabinet with the wastebasket is hard to open. The dishwasher control panel cover falling off. The master bathroom needs updating. Would not rent this house again.

This unit was very clean, nice and centrally located. Parking was convenient with luggage carts readily available. The beach was right there and the pool was great. It was a very positive experience. This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and communication with the company was great prior to the stay and during the stay. A short walk to the beach gives you dolphin viewing just a few yards from the shore. Close to good restaurants, tennis and bike rentals.

The Hilton Head Island Rental Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious (home seemed much larger than pictured). The Vacation Company clearly communicated details of our stay and provided a helpful, private website with all the details of our rental. They were easy to contact and responsive. I would rent from them again without hesitation!

We rented a beautiful home last week from The Vacation Company and could not have been happier with the service we received. The communication leading up to our trip was wonderful and instructions provided for our stay left no open questions. The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival and starter kits provided to get us through until we could shop. We look forward to renting a vacation home through The Vacation Company again next fall.

We have used the Vacation Company in Hilton Head for a number of years and they have always been great to deal with.

The villa at 3364 Lake Forest was very nice. It was nicely remolded. My favorite room was the enclosed porch. The wicker furniture could of been cleaned off prior to our arrival but other than that we all enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails relaxing on the porch. The lagoon was so pretty to look at. I would highly recommend this villa. The laundry detergent pods and dishwasher pods was a nice touch.

This is the fourth time we have rented with the Vacation Company: it could not be more simple. Attentive help and great apps. The property was as expected. Highly recommended!

This was our first time renting from The Vacation Company and we received outstanding service. We had two issues with our house (wifi and the grill), and managers came to the property and immediately fixed the grill and I had direct IT service within hours. The property was very clean and we were extremely happy with our stay!

Working with the vacation company was so easy. I love their app! I was able to easily get all our travel details and have my questions answered easily.

Great condo for 2 - Great location - working with The Vacation Company was a breeze! I had an issue the trying to figure out the Roko television and called. Within 5 min they had a guy there to fix it. So good job. But he was supposed to get a universal remote to make the system work - but no show.
Again I don t want to dissuade anyone from enjoying this wonderful condo or the great services of the Vacation Company however I feel when you have a complicated system like ROKO someone with knowledge should do a walk through to enhance the experience and make sure it s all good! In addition the upper level of the dishwasher is stuck

The communication was very timely and it had all of the information we needed. There was an app that we downloaded that gave us things to do in places to see. It made our vacation very convenient.

We were fortunate to be able to spend our entire week at Sea Pines on the heels of Dorian. The island seemed untouched. Our villa was lovely; a short bike or car ride or 12 minute walk to Beach Club. It was very warm with cool breezes. The ocean was still very warm. Everything was wonderful. It was later in the season and perhaps many people cancelled due to Dorian so the beach was wonderfully uncrowded. Vacation Company is easy to work with, communicating with us throughout the Dorian previews, right up until we got the all-clear on Thursday. I will definitely stay at this villa again. Great week at the beach!

The property was in a great location and had a wonderful rooftop deck.

The location was great. Nice walk to the beach. My wife said it was the cleanest place she ever stayed in, and if you knew my wife, that is massive. The condo also included a number of smaller items that we usually have to buy. We are bringin a lot of stuff back home, including all my wife's cleaning supplies. We will be back.

I want to review 13 Ocean Club on South Forest beach on Hilton Head Island. What a terrific condo and complex! Updated, modern and clean. So close to the beach. We had a great time walking to Coligny for dinner and shopping. We will definitively be back. Vacation Company was easy to work with and was very responsive.

Very nice vacation home priced affordable! Our 3bd/ 3bth Villa was very open and roomy with all the comforts of home. Beach access close by was quite nice. Great family VERY quite location nestled in a woody environment. Beware there are alligators and they do move around the lake areas.
