The vacation company deserves a 5 star rating. They always answered the phone and immediately took care of any concerns we had. The property we rented was sparkling clean and in beautiful condition. We loved working with them

Excellent experience. Immediately responded to every question. Had an issue with a toilet in the house and they had a plumber come within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

We loved our condo at the Hampton Place. We had trouble with the code and WiFi password given was incorrect but resolved immediately. Would definitely rent same place again.

Our family had a great stay at 15 Ibis and the support from the Vacation Company was outstanding. The house, bikes and beach Gear made for a memorial trip. We will definitely book through the Vacation Company again!

We have used The Vacation Company for 15 years and I would not use any other rental company. They are very efficient and friendly. They have women who know about every resort that they list. Some of them have or still live in some of these resorts. They have updated their app which works great and it gives you all the information you need to know. They have also added starter kits for the kitchen and laundry which is a very nice touch. This is a rental company you can't go wrong with.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was magnificent. We are already planning a return for next year.

I lost my job, husband ended up having to work due to low employment cause of covid, and my vehicle got hit and was not drivable. I had taken insurance out on my vacation and neither the insurance company, the company I rented from, nor the owners would refund my trip. I was a little taken by this. They did not even offer to change to another date. I was very unhappy. I was just out the full amount of the trip. Would not rent from this company or owners again.

Perfect for three couples. The men had a big golf tournament and the house was close to the courses. Pool was nice. Overall a great place to stay in Hilton Head.

The people we dealt with while just inquiring about a rental property were very rude and absolutely deterred is from seeking the property out for future rental. The manager of the property actually hung up on me! They re pretty good at alienating future clients.

It was a great vacation. Nice house, nice pool. Everything was clean. It was great being so close to Coligny.

Our family has used The Vacation Company again to book our stay in HHI. This group is so helpful and on top of everything. We send a big Thank You to the whole team and look forward to working with you again next time.

We have been very pleased with our stay at 87 Mooring Buoy in Palmetto Dunes. The house was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, everything was prepared as planned. We have especially enjoyed the covered deck and pool area. The Vacation Company has been great. Great customer service - thank you!

Vacation Company was very easy to deal with. Their app was extremely helpful. Carrie was wonderful in recommending spa services, answering questions about airport transportation and very responsive when we had a small maintenance issue.

We had trouble with a rental (with another company) and The Vacation Company really stepped in and helped to save our vacation by finding us the perfect last minute rental! Would highly recommend!

We have used Vacation Company of Hilton Head the last 3 years and I will never use another company or book without them. They make the process so easy! I love the app and access codes all at my finger tips. No running to one location to pick up a key then another location to rental! Also if there is any issue they are super quick to fix it, even if it was our fault

We are having a wonderful stay at this location. The condo is great and we appreciated the nice amenities . Location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom . Very clean and well supplied kitchen. Appreciated the beach towels and nice bath towels.

Vacation Company was excellent to work with and gave us great instructions for check in and places of interest to visit.

We are already planning to come back to Hilton Head next year and staying at this lovely condo.

We have been staying at various villas in Beachwalk for the past 15 years. This villa has been remodeled and is well appointed. Bathrooms are tiled, floors are all tiled. Granite kitchen and bathroom counters are nice. Newer appliances, and we appreciated the wine refrigerator. The bed mattress was pretty comfortable but we have a tempurpedic at home so it wasn't comparable.

Beach towels were provided, which helped as we rotated them with our own in the wash. This villa is n the front of the complex and is an easy walk/bike ride to the beach.

We have worked with other property rental management companies and have been dissatisfied but have had positive experiences with The Vacation Company. They called me several times prior to our arrrival with information about our beach access tag. Their app is easy to use and makes villa access and checkout easy. They did send me the wrong door entry code but a phone call to the office had us in quickly.

Some minor suggestions for improvement: The wooden deck and steps are in need of replacement and the bannister was broken on one end and loose on the other end. I would appreciate a magnifying mirror in the bathrooms because the counters are deep and far away from the mirrors. An additional hair dryer in the second bathroom would be helpful.

We would definitely stay in this villa again and continue to use this company.

Stayed at 1101 Villamare. Positives - Location is fabulous. Condo was clean and property was well maintained. Plenty of room and the view is second to none. Negatives - Condo is quite dated with loose floor tiles and bathroom toilet tilted. Several pieces of furniture needs to be replaced. That said...It is a rental unit so I understand the negatives and they did not affect our stay. The Vacation Company was wonderful to deal with from the start and would definitely recommend them to plan your stay on HHI.

Our rental experience with the vacation company was excellent. They sent us our gate pass weeks prior to our arrival, which saves lots of time when arriving on a busy Saturday. The door codes, beach gate codes, and bike lock code were all sent via email 2 times (1 week before arrival and 1 day before arrival). The rental unit was clean and stocked with necessary items (paper towels, dish detergent etc...). Even our dog was provided with a goodie bag, filled with biscuits, a frisbee and few other fun items.
Compared to other rental agencies, The Vacation Company did a far better job. We will continue to use them for our future vacations.

This house was AMAZING! It is very spacious and has every amenity you would need. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The setting was so peaceful any time of day. Anytime we were not out and about we were in the backyard enjoying the deck and pool. The location was perfect, about a one mile bike ride to the beach and a about a two mile ride to shops and restaurants. We definitely would go back.

Experience couldn t have been better. Accommodations were great, and the Vacation Company provided all necessary information before it was needed, staying in touch throughout our stay. Would definitely go through them again.

Second trip our family has taken and we love it! Plenty of room to spread out or party together and the beach is a stone s throw away. There is enough to do close by but we love that we can have tons of fun without really leaving the property.

THE VACATION COMPANY: Very organized in keeping us informed by email about our unit. This is the second time we have used them.

217 BREAKERS: Excellent location. We had an oceanfront end unit so we could view the ocean and the pool. There was also a very nice breeze on the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants a plus. Overall pleased with the unit, however, some complaints in the reviews from 2017 and 2016 are still an issue, i.e., sliding door hard to open and close, dryer takes forever to dry anything and water spot still on the ceiling. There were also instructions in the unit for about everything but the washer. Adding that would be very helpful.

Overall, we had a great time. Hilton Head is a beautiful area. We will return!!!

Very accommodating when first rental didn't work out on the day we arrived, couldn't have been happier with their service and attentiveness.

Loved the little things at this property! The master closet was amazing, allowed us to spread out without making a mess in the room! Loved all the hangers! Loved that bikes were included with the house!

Stayed at 215 Barrington Court. Kitchen stocked, newer bathrooms, newer furniture in TV room, plenty of seating on balcony. Decent view of beach. Only suggestion is having one guaranteed parking spot in parking deck. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again! Vacation Company, as always, is easy to deal with.

Our family rented two condos from The Vacation Company. Payment options were handled easily with advance notice. Entry codes were sent via text and email once our condos were ready on check in day. The condos were available to enter 3 hours ahead of schedule and were clean with samples of dishwasher and laundry detergent on hand as well as a few trash bags. Complimentary beach towels were also available for our stay. The app was very handy. We rented our bikes through the app and received a 10% coupon which basically gave us one bike for free! The service delivered and picked up our bikes. We had a great stay and will definitely be using them again next year!

Very nice accommodations! Everything was clean and in great shape. LOVE the quiet and privacy! Would definitely book #24 Ocean Club again!

Location was good , boardwalk and beach were very nice.
Pool was very small - compared to what was detailed in pictures. Area around pool, grill and deck were not very clean. Garage was nice and spacious but steps up to house were dirty.
House needs updates including furniture, bedding, and bathrooms. A few doors didn t close properly,
Kitchen was very well stocked with updated appliances.
The Vacation Company was great to work with. Very responsive and friendly.

Highly recommend the Vacation Company when looking for a rental on Hilton Head. They were very helpful when booking!! Checking in and out was a breeze. Will def be using them again when I go back

Our recent dealing with The Vacation Company were excellent in every way. We rented 4 Beach Lagoon in Sea Pines and it was beyond outstanding. I actually would say the pictures and write up didn't adequately describe how amazing the property is. It is perfect for a family vacation as there is so much room for everyone with 6 spacious bedrooms all equipped with their own bathrooms. Even better is that the house is directly across the street from the walkway to the beach which equates to a 1 min walk to the most incredible beach you'll ever step foot on. Communication with The Vacation Company is so simple with the app they provide and it really added to the total enjoyment of our holiday. Thank you for making our vacation that much better.

My family and I traveled to Beautiful Hilton Head Island. Made reservations through The vacation company. There very upfront with everything from the smallest of details. The house was wonderful, spacious and clean. They give you information via app for your phone. With everything about not just your house, but the island from shopping to dining and much more.
The Beach Club was super nice and made a great place to get on and off the beach or just a place to eat lunch while taking a break from the beach or just a place to Relax, unwind an enjoy the day.
The only thing negative to say was the trolley system is not reliable on times and if the drive to the beach it s 10.00 to park at the golf course. Our house was way to far away to walk. They do have a shuttle system to get you to your car.
The island has miles and mile of bike and walking trails. You can doing anything for golfing horseback riding and shopping all with in minutes. The island is very Play back and non-commercial. Lots of wild life From Birds to butterflies, horseshoe crabs, Stingrays dolphins and lots of alligators. It has it all. I would definitely recommend a trip to Hilton Head Island and going with a top grade rental company. The Vacation Company.

Very attentive! Immediate responses and a pleasure to work with. After a fantastic week at Sea Pines I realized that I left my charger behind. I called to to see if maybe they had found it after we left. They did! And they mailed it right out! We will be using Vacation Company again!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was exactly like the picture. My husband is very selective about lodging. However he was impressed. Very modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back.

Accommodating is an understatement! The Vacation Company made a getaway for my family so comfortable we decided to extend our vacation at the last minute. Even with all our wants and needs they were able to find a house to fit us perfectly. We will be back!!

The Vacation Company has been wonderful especially Carrie. They have excellent customer service!

The customer service was subpar. All of the beds were unbearably worn out. We had cockroaches and lizards in the house the whole trip. The pool, which was contaminated with racoon droppings, was not cleaned even after repeated calls and promises. I hope all experiences are not like this.

It was a great cute little place.close to beach and harbor town. We had a great time biking. Little hard time figuring out TV and the dryer left some dark spots on our clothes. But al in al we had a great time. Thank you

Our Stay at the Condo on the Ocean in Hilton Head at Windsor Place 11 this week was awesome.
A very nicely decorated unit with all amenities we like to have when Vacationing.
All contacts with the Vacation Company we re friendly and positive.
We will most certainly re-book in the future with the Vacation Company.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The house is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the pool was nice. The beach access is good and the area is quiet. We had a small problem with the hot tub, and management was very quick to respond and fix it. Highly recommend this house and this company.

Our condo was lovely, and the vacation company was extremely prompt in answering our questions. We can't wait to visit again.

SeaCrest condo is so convenient to beach (great pools/landscaping/pool bar with food), grocery, restaurants, shops...Very clean, well appointed good view of ocean, and rooms were well insulated. It had everything we needed to settle in for the week (kitchen was a #10; beds very comfortable...having beach towels provided was very nice) . Highly recommend.

Great week in Barrington/Palmetto Dunes! The location on island was perfect and easy to get to anything on the island you want or need to do. The proximity to beach was a 2 minute walk. Unit 211 was beautifully updated and very well stocked in kitchen and beach supplies. The management company was responsive and very much helpful and on top of everything from beginning to end. Look forward to returning soon!

The Beach House we rented was beautiful! Vacation Company is extremely professional and the systems they have are easy to follow. I really liked the app. It gave you all the information you would ever need about your rental house, amenities, and suggestions for activities. Our family will definitely do this again!

The staff was very unhelpful, snotty, and put down any other vacation area!! I understand you wanna promote your area but when someone asks for your help you don't slap them in the face when they say please help me!!!! So sad!!

Great trip and stay. Some minor issues-
Parking pass not available ( the message in app was outdated) and with daylight savings time change, got locked out an hour earlier than should have for check out. Overall, great accommodation and otherwise hassle free.

Coffee maker didn't work. Called Vacation Company and had a brand new one in a matter of a few hours. Very responsive to even the little things.

Fabulous week in this amazing house. Vacation Company was a dream to work with in every way.

We had a great time. The process from beginning to end was seamless. The only thing was the instructions for the arrival led us to believe we had to check-in at the office. All in all the rental was very nice.

8 Ocean Gate was a beautiful condo however Vacation Company has very poor management. When we arrived to unit for check in garbage overflowing. Dirty towels from prior guests left in bathrooms and washing machine. Unit not vacuumed. Bed linen had hair in it from prior guests. Thermostat was programmed at 76, couldn't adjust. Roku in bedrooms not working. We had to clean the unit at 730 pm after driving 14 hours. When called rental company staff just kept saying sorry. Was referred to by owner who screamed at my husband and I for frequent calls to rental company. Owner offered nothing in compensation except housekeeping. Owner of Vacation Company was very rude to us. To make things worse could not get umbrella for beach due to being private beach area. Was told need to book months in advance. Never made aware of this by rental company. Same with bike rentals. Very unorganized and disappointing . If I owned this unit I would get another rental company soon. We have used other rental companies in Hilton Head with no issues for 12 years.

The house was beautiful!! Brand new and clean. An amazing view with 3 decks and right on the beach. The pools and hot tubs were so nice and there s even two dishwashers to make cleaning easy. I m already planning my next trip back I loved it!!

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. The emails/texts with all the information I needed for our vacation was easily accessible and answered any questions I had. Check in/out required little to no effort and was done right from my phone. The condo itself was beautiful and clean for our arrival. I will use this company again in the future.

You never have to talk to them (car pass and gate code sent to you ahead of time) but if you need to they are super helpful. I always hate having to pick the key up ahead of time so that s a huge plus for me. Also, they supply beach towels and bikes for free. Awesome! Awesome company. I will always check with them first before booking a HHI vacation.

From looking through their website to phone calls we made to inquire about properties and Hilton Head, at every turn they were helpful, courteous, and professional. We had a great stay at our rented home in Hilton Head. The home was modern, well as as adverstised an easy 3 block walk to the beach. Check in and check out was all electronic and flawless.

Second year at this condo and love it. The location is amazing. You can walk to so many places. I was glad to see this year on our first day the place was a lot cleaner. They must have gotten new housekeeping. Also, the internet wasn t working when we got here and they sent someone over on a Saturday night right away to fix it. Within a half hour, it was working. The technician who came was so nice. The vacation company was in contact with me the whole time to make sure I was happy. Great customer service
