Great place, wonderful for kid and pet friendly families. Short walk to beach and stocked very family and pet friendly. Only issues was pool was very dirty and the patio areas not cleaned . The hallway from the house to garage was very dirty and had lots of spiders from top to bottom that scared the childern but those things can be worked around for the location. Only major issue was pull out couch that was really uncomfortable and had ripped pillows. But all and all I would rent there again if issues where fixed . It is a nice excluded area of Hilton head
