We were very impressed with the responsiveness, friendliness, and service during the Covid-19 pandemic. Plans were cancelled, changed, then changed again. The staff helped us each time with kindness and generosity. Upon arriving to our destination, we continued to receive local discounts, text messages, a web app, and great service! 25 years of vacationing at Hilton Head with multiple vendors...The Vacation Company has been the best!
