The Vacation Company has been great to work with. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of the day we called. We really appreciated that service. We will continue to try to rent thru them when going to HHI.

Great location, great pool area and hot tub, large balcony, and very clean and well decorated 3 bedroom unit. Love it!
We love the location and layout of this house. We had a few concerns that were safety concerns. The dishwasher is not securely installed. The whole dishwasher falls out when you are loading it. The back door does not fasten properly. An outside chair collapsed due to being very old and deteriorating. The temperature in the front bedrooms is not cool and comfortable. This house is is well stocked with kitchen necessities. The seating in the living room and kitchen is very comfortable for multiple families. We like the multiple seating spaces including the porches. We ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. We appreciate the newer appliances and the extra fridge. We ve enjoyed our week here very much. With some updates this home would be the perfect rental.
The Vacation Company made our experience very personal. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy in our rental. They communicate very efficiently and the app gave us everything we needed. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Sean and Rod were argumentative and condescending. We experienced numerous problems with this company from the beginning. The last straw was when we found an enormous (4+ ) cockroach in the kitchen sink. First, we asked for a thorough cleaning , including all kitchen cookware, dishes and silverware. Sean said he would spray for insects but would do nothing else. We then asked for a pro-rated refund based on the number of nights we had been there. At that request, Sean replied that he would not refund any money over seeing a bug. Don t use this company unless you like being talked to as if you are stupid.
Beautiful villa. We felt like we were living in a postcard! Grounds were gorgeous, Villa was great. All activities in the area for us were incredible. We rode our bikes across the street to the private beach. What an amazing experience! Property manager Bo and Rod was there for all of our needs and they went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable time.
The room was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The master King bed needs to be replaced. It sags like a hammock! Terrible sleep. The other rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had roaches of various sizes. The AC was awesome and kept up nicely with the 90+ temps outside. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic. There were no spare linens in the closet. Overall, the condo was great, except for the master bed.
Great group of people who have been flexible and cooperative throughout the pandemic. They truly want you to enjoy your visit to Hilton Head with their responsiveness and professionalism.
Had a very pleasant stay at SeaCrest Hilton Head. Condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had granite countertops and stainless appliances. Bathrooms also had granite counters, double sinks. Easy access to community pools and beach. Communication was excellent. Would definitely use them again to rent one of their properties.

House was great. Very spacious, Has everything you need, literally right off the beach, beach was not overcrowded in this area, pool and hot tub very very refreshing for evenings and time spent at the house, everyone in our family enjoyed their time on vacation here. Did have a problem last two days there with the cable in the master bedroom. Thankfully we had brought a few big rays with. And livingroom sliding door was very tough at times. But we were able to put it back on track. Thank you for the very enjoyable vacation .
The people at the vacation company are very responsive and easy to deal with. However, there is a property management company that deals with Villa Mare and issues with the property. The trash chute in our floor has been broken for 4 days, today, the pool was shut down because the pump is not working, in two days, they are shutting the water off from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Not sure how that will work with adults needing running water. Just now as I was writing this, the fountain stopped working in the ponds. If you rent in Villa Mare beware of the unaddressed issues on behalf of the property management company.

Outstanding property. Perfect location , walkable to Coligny Shopping center with great restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with excellent outdoor spaces to take in the gorgeous beach view. The pool and spacious lawn area is very private and the outside bar and grill is amazing. We never wanted to leave this property. A very special, very CLEAN retreat. We will definitely stay at 33 Dune again.
Very well organized company. Check in and Check out of our unit went very smoothly. We had questions throughout the stay and the Vacation Company never hesitated to answer our questions immediately and go out of their way to help us with a late departure time. We will definitely use these guys again.
Condo is fantastic! Very nicely updated, decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked--we would definitely stay again. Con: The wifi is slow--we had to keep rebooting.
Shorewood 222 is a great unit with lots of room for kids and a wonderful location steps from the pool and ocean. We also love the fact your car is parked right outside the unit so unpacking is done much quickly than the normal villas with underground parking. The Vacation Company staff is very responsive and very helpful. Only small issues were the main patio door being very hard to open and getting into the room 45 minutes late last Saturday. This is a winner spot.
Writing this review for my mother, but I am 100%. In agreement with her. This was our first time using the vacation company. The process was easy from beginning to end. The staff was quick to respond with any questions we had, and photos of rental were exact. Will definitely be using you guys again in the future
6 Lark vacation house was amazing. House is less than 1min walk to beach. The property has a nice pool and fenced in yard that was well maintained and kept my small kids in eye sight. We had dinner every night on the screened in porch with a large picknick table.
The house broom was missing, I emailed and it was brought right over, property managers were very attentive.
I would of given 5 stars if the quality of the grill was better, the house kitchen could use better quality cooking utensils. Board games would be nice too. We bought some and left them..
Over all we had a great time and would rent this house again.

Great house for our family of ten. Everybody has his/her own space. The Vacation Company responded quickly when we phoned to report that our gas grill was minus a part and unusable. Called them in the am- they had the grill fixed before noon. Would recommend this company and the 5 Juniper Lane house!

Our family vacation at Hilton Head Island was once again relaxing, fun and full of wonderful memories thanks to the Vacation Company. The house we rented at 4 Merganser Court was perfectly located... 5 minute walk to the beach, Salty Dog Cafe, trolley and tennis courts. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this is by far our favorite location to be. When we arrived the washing machine was not working but by Friday they had replaced it with a new one!! And while some of the furniture and cooking utensils need to be updated in the house, the house was clean and comfortable for our growing family of five. Because of the responsiveness of the Vacation Company, we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and hope to return soon:)

Beautiful home so close to the beach. Great touch supplying 8 beach towels for us to use. In 30 years of renting in Sea Pines this amenity was never provided and it was a treat! My husband and I were extremely happy with our rental and our experience with the vacation company. The communication leading up to our stay, during and after was phenomenal - best I have ever experienced with a rental. There were regular emails and texts to make our stay smooth, and even an app to enhance our experience with need to know information at our finger tips. The rental itself was perfect location, very clean, up to date, and had everything we needed for a full week. It was our first time to Hilton head and definitely won t be our last. I would highly recommend this rental and renting through the vacation completely company.
The location of the property was great and we will definitely be back in the future. The area is very relaxing and peaceful We only had one small glitch...one of the showers leaked water down into main living area on Thanksgiving day. Reported the problem and the manager quickly responded. All in all one of the best vacations we have had .

Easiest rental experience we ve ever had. Great response time to any questions or concerns. The place was super clean and equipped with anything we could possibly need aside from perishable items. Our only issue was the unit was missing the keurig that was advertised, however, one quick message to TVC and they had a BRAND NEW keurig dropped off to us. Will absolutely use them for all future vacations when possible!
We stayed at the Ocean Gate 5 property and LOVED it! Great location and plenty of room for a family of 5. Tennis court and pool is right off the back porch, the bike mail bike trail is right out the front door, and the beach is just right down the path. We have stayed at many properties on Hilton Head and this is one of the best.
Had a great stay in Hilton Head. The condo was nice and importantly was really well stocked and clean. From the disposables to the kitchen items to the sheets and such, everything was there and in good working order and little things like this made the trip even more pleasant.

The villa was very clean overall but could have been a little more thorough in terms of sweeping the floors and cleaning the furniture on the screened porch. With all the turmoil the country is going through at the moment, we found ourselves needing to cancel our Hilton Head vacation scheduled for next month. I was concerned that we would lose our entire payments as we were just 3 weeks away from our trip. I called to see what the Vacation Company was doing for their customers in light of the pandemic. They immediately had workable solutions. I couldn't have been more relieved. We moved our reservation to 2021. We know this has a tremendous impact on the Vacation Company, but they put their customers first. we stayed in harbourtown last week and rented 21 windjammer court. i had a couple of questions before the trip, and tiffany always responded promptly and answered my questions. check-in was easy. parking passes were available when we got to the island and they weren t hard to get. the entrance to the house used a code which was very convenient. the house was perfect for the 5 of us. the pool was clean and so was the house. the house contained everything we needed for our stay. it was beautifully decorated and in a convenient location. we couldn t figure out how to use the tv remote, but one phone call to the office fixed that immediately. the location of the house is a drive to the beach, but we took the sea pines trolley and it worked out fine. we would definitely stay in this house again; and we would definitely rent through the vacation company.
Good communication prior to our rental and extremely easy check in and out. The unit was nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped, and they even provided enough toilet paper for the week as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. Made for a great, relaxing week!

The property is as advertised. The view is incredible, eighteenth fairway with beautiful sunsets.
We stayed a week July 18 - 25, 2020. The ambient temperature was in the 90s every day. The air-conditioning system for the second floor could not keep up. Setting the thermastats at recommended 70 degrees, the lowest the inside daily temperature was 75 degrees on the second floor. I resting the unit for a few minutes before sunrise each day and used multiple box fans to pull cooler air from the lower floor to be able to get the temperature to 75. This was unacceptable.
I have a twenty year history of rentals in marina area and this property is my third year on 18th hole with a similar view. 17 Mizzenmast Court is a impressive property. The property deserves a 4-star rateing except for the air-conditioning issue.
Can t say enough about how great this property management company is!!! Looked for a last minute spot on ANY beach in South Carolina. The Vacation Company was the most responsive and attentive of all! And the property we stayed in was immaculate! We re even thinking of buying an investment property. I d use TVC if I did!!!

We booked a week on short notice and stayed at the Hilton Head Beach Villas. Dealing with the vacation Company we excellent, easy and fast. Very convenient way to communicate via text and e-mail. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The photos and description of the villa on the website was very accurate.
Great home with lots of amenities! 0.2 mile walk to the beach down a very quiet street. Pool sun from noon on during the day.

Arrived at our rental and discovered a small issue. They were there within 10 minutes and went over and beyond to rectify the situation. So friendly, accommodating, and considerate! I have never worked with a more lovely rental company. We will for sure be renting with them again!
Rental process was efficient and smooth. Our only problem was that the HVAC in the house seemed not to be working on the second floor, but since this was Jan. 1 the rental office was closed and there was likely no chance to do anything about it before we left the following day. The house was excellent as advertised and we had to do very little to prepare to leave, unlike other homes I have rented from other agencies. The remote access and communication by text and email made it much easier to get to the house without worrying about making it to town before the rental office closed.
What a great experience from start to finish! We rented through the Vacation Company when our original plans for another property fell through. It turned out that was a stroke of luck for us as we are not overly impressed with the other company and their level of communication. It was obvious from our first point of contact with these folks that they were a truly sincere and professional organization. The level of communication was outstanding which included several phone calls from me with specific questions. They were always polite and engaged to assist in anyway they could. As the trip drew closer, the level of communication increased on their part to make sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check in upon our arrival. The day we were set to move-in, they had sent a text saying that if the property was going to be available sooner they would let us know. We did not expect for that to occur but in fact it did and true to their word, they let us know. Once we arrived we found the unit to be spic and span and the team at the Vacation Company thought of everything from including dishwasher soap, washing machine soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. They covered all the bases. And then, during our stay they reached out to make sure everything was going well. I know we will be back and there is no other company that I will even consider working with based on this wonderful experience.

The home was beautiful and so close to the beach. My dad is handicap and could easily walk from the home to the beach. Such a grand home and so roomy!!
Basically pretty good. No fault of owners but there is a home being built next door where construction starts at 8AM where banging wakes those who are sleeping. Pool towels were not available until 2 days after check in. Lots of confusion as to codes for garage doors. Short on pot holders. Besides all that house is well equipped for a vacation home.

From the first contact, the Vacation Company was very responsive. Always pleasant and very quick to handle requests. The condo was clean and well stocked. When I couldn t find the blow dryer, I sent an email since it was early Sunday morning. Later, I called, and while talking to the representative, we located under guest bathroom sink. Later that day, a new one arrived at our condo - as a just in case. Love that reservation, pass codes etc are all within their app. No forgotten paperwork (a $$ problem with another rental company). Our first time with this rental company but not the last. Great company!
Expectations were met at 2507 SeaCrest! I m always concerned, when staying somewhere new, that the picture on the website may not reflect the actual condition of the unit. In this case it was exactly as advertised. I was so pleased with everything, and I tend to be a little picky. The view was gorgeous, the unit was beautiful. Furniture was in excellent condition and comfortable. Everything was clean. The amenities at the SeaCrest were also very nice - 2 pools, multiple hot tubs, a pool bar and well appointed fitness room. The Roku is a very nice touch. There was also a charging station, so I didn t really need all of the cords I brought. There were a couple of beach chairs in the bedroom closet and 4 beach towels. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more towels and washcloths. I did buy some and left them so hopefully others can benefit; though with a washer and dryer in the unit it s not too much of a hardship. The bed was super comfortable and the area was quiet so I slept well every night.
This is our 6th trip to Hilton Head Island and Vacation Company always makes sure all of our needs are met. Their website pictures are current, we have enjoyed our vacations.

The vacation company has been managing our rental for 6 months. All has been good. Prompt, professional service.
Love the location and the views of the sound are very nice. but if you prefer to be close to the pool, you should stay on the beachside. There is desperate need for pool umbrellas and more furniture to accommodate the amount of people using the pool. Several pieces of current furniture were also broken.
This home has been updated, but furnishings, bedding, draperies , and shower curtains have had enough wear that they should be replaced.The towels were also thin and small. As well the carpet is in average condition..Porch furniture was broken and missing a chair for the four seating table. Grill was on the small size.
The kitchen was well equipped except the coffee maker which had a problem with grinds coming thru in pot.
There is no doubt we will be back to South beach for all it offers, but will not be renting this home again.
#5 Beachside Drive....The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. A few things have been updated from the photo. For example there is a newer refrigerator. A beautiful location with quick/direct access to the beach. Screened in porch allowed you to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean...without worrying about the bugs.
Room was awesome view was awesome everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and anything you could need I'm walking distance from the Villa definitely returning
