This is our family s first experience staying at a Vacation Company rental. We couldn t be more pleased. They provide extra touches that most rental companies do not. We really appreciated the extra dishwasher and washer pods and it was nice not having to bring beach towels from home. We will definitely be staying at a Vacation Company rental in the future.

Our family just returned from Hilton Head Island on Saturday, May 26. We had a wonderful week. We stayed a Vacation Company property, 1 Kingfisher Drive, in Hilton Head. This house was beautiful and very spacious. The pool was very nice and clean. The property was very well-kept. Our whole family (12 people) had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you could want or need. Only one refrigerator and it was a little small for 12 people. The gas grill only had one burner so grilling was a challenge one evening. Other than that the place was very comfortable, and we would definitely return and stay at this property. The Vacation Company was great to work with. It was easy to make the reservation. Lots of information was given about the property prior to our traveling there, so we knew what to expect, and also knew what we needed to bring with us. From the time of booking, to the end of the stay, the Vacation Company was very informative and proactive with information needed to make our stay a success. The Hospitality app was wonderful, too!

We appreciated all the communication that we received from the time we booked and the day of our arrival. Everything went very smoothly and we are very much enjoying our stay and are talking about another visit in the future. You will be hearing from us again.

The best customer service! We had some issues when we checked in and I called to report them. The air and internet were not working. They sent Mark who arrived within an hour of our call (in the evening hours at that) and was very professional and kind. He fixed our AC problem very quickly. He even called the next day to make sure it was still working ok. The IT guy, Steve was also very patient and kind. He assisted us our internet not working and fixed it over the phone quickly. A lady at customer service (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely helpful when our first room had a musty smell. What was looking like rough start to our vacation turned into a great one due to the outstanding customer service we received at the Vacation Company. I m so happy with our service we have received. Companies should model their customer service expectations because it s simply the best! Thank you for helping to make our vacation wonderful!

Vacation Company is absolutely the best to rent and work with. Have used them for many years. Being technically dumb, I had to call to get in gate because I couldn t get the app to open. They quickly got me in. Go to hook up WiFi and I still can t open app and they walk me through that. Microwave not working, new one the next day. And the guy that put it in was so nice as well. Cleaned up his mess! Many calls to Tiffany and others at Sea Crest for questions and concerns and they are always so kind and respond immediately. I love and highly recommend using Vacation Company for your go to rental company. You will be totally satisfied.

We used The Vacation Company for the 1st time when we went to Hilton Head in May. The booking process was super easy and the communication from the very beginning was top notch. Due to the current COVID environment, I ended up speaking with several of the ladies in the office (Susan, Rhonda and Carrie) about various concerns and they were all super nice, accommodating and professional. There was a hiccup in our reservation right before our trip (at no fault of The Vacation Company) and they remedied the issue perfectly--setting us up with an even better rental than we had originally booked. I will ALWAYS use The Vacation Company for our Hilton Head trips and will recommend to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

This was our first time booking at Vacation Company. We enjoyed the helpful & friendly customer service.The app was very helpful with information about the area- food, trolley. activities, door code, etc. Our rental was so clean and beautiful!
Updated carpet was appreciated as well as the beach decor! Huge TV's with many options for watching- roku, netflix, cable, on demand rentals. Games were fully stocked in the closet! We appreciated the dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker-- even a blender! Natural light with view was amazing and the lighting was bright and we LOVED that we were able to dim!! The only things I think I'd update would be the upstairs master bed to a newer mattress and maybe some glade plug ins.(We smelled the guests before us cooking when we arrived and throughout our stay.) The grill and patio furniture was awesome for outside living. We LOVED the keyless entry too! Overall, we would (and will) use the company again for rentals! Thanks ladies!

We had such an amazing experience with The Vacation Company. Great phone app that kept us up-to-date, easy check-in, and was a great way to get all our parking, key code, and other information. The rental was so clean and had been recently renovated, it was beautiful! It was well supplied and stocked with toiletries and essentials like a very nice hotel would do! We had to leave early because of Hurricane Florence, and the Vacation Company did a great job keeping us informed. We were so sad to have to leave early! We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely use them again!!!

Everything was handled great. All my questions were answered quickly and made it easy to check in and know what to expect when I got to my property in Hilton Head. I hadn't ex pop ected it but the app with info about the area and suggestions of things to do was helpful. I wouldn't has hesitate to use the vacation company again or recommend it to others

We scheduled a last minute vacation during COVID-19. The house was clean and had everything that we possibly needed during our stay, including beach towels! Beach was just a minute away walking. The crowd was minimal at this private beach area. Bikes with locks were included, and were awesome! We would definitely return!!!

The Vacation Company did a great job of helping me select a rental unit to match my needs. The website is outstanding; easy to use and review the units available. I downloaded the app which was helpful and convenient during my stay. I will use the Vacation Company in the future.

We had a little problem w the window leaking in our condo but they were very helpful in getting it fixed and compensating us for our troubles. The property manager was amazing Would definitely rent 189 beachwalk (Hilton Head) again

The staff a the Vacation Company Were fantastic! They called us before our arrival and offered help with anything we needed, from reservations to other tips. The place we stayed at was a beautiful gem! And they continued their excellent service during our stay, happily accepting any phone calls and helping deal with any issues we had. They thought of everything, even leaving a starter set of garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. That was very thoughtful and useful. It was the little things like that that made our stay extra special. The owner of our rental property I also thought of many little details. The interior decorating was beyond beautiful! The place was very neat, clean and convenient. We were impressed that the kitchen was fully stocked! FYI, one receptacle behind the sofa doesn t work and is loose and the next door neighbors did not clean up after their dog .

Very easy and convenient to fill out rental contract. Good communication with check in process and what to expect upon arrival. The credit for renting equipment with Vacay Rentals was great. Staff was very responsive to my difficulties using door code upon arrival and they came up with a quick solution. Great Job Vacation Company!

This is the second condo in Lake Forest we have stayed in and this one was remodeled well. The screened in porch was a nice additional room to sit in during the sudden pop up showers. We rented bikes and were able to place them out of view. Pool was awesome with very clean. The kitchen had great pans and knives in which to cook but we took advantage of the outside BBQ grill. Having teenage sons it was a huge deal to have 2 separate beds in the second bedrrom.

Wonderful large villa with lots of room and closets. Great location, near Coliginy and easy to get to Shipyard beach. The Vacation Company was great too. No complaints and would recommend.

The Vacation Company personnel were very helpful with timely information required for check in and out, questions pertaining to our stay and friendly in the process. The condo was comfortable, well supplied with necessary items such as laundry and dishwashing soap and came with a welcome note. Would stay there again!

We had so much fun at Ocean Club! The grounds are lush and beautiful, the pool is heated and the condo was only about a 1 minute walk to the beach. The interior feels like home and has plenty of room for all of us. They even had beach towels, bikes, chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

I have been impressed using Vacation Company for the first time. They communicate well, called ahead of time and asked how many gate passes we needed and mailed them to us, and been easy to get a hold of and talk to a live person on the phone. We have vacationing in Hilton Head for over 12 years and they by far have been the best.

Our beach rental in Shipyard was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of starter supplies in the kitchen and baths. The garbage disposal quit working during our stay and an extremely nice maintenance person came out and fixed it quickly. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

My wife and I just went to a condo on Hilton Head Island, SC that the vacation company manages. They are easy to work with and provide all the necessities to get your vacation started.

Communication from them was great via txt, email and phone. All information provided to easily access the property, will definitely be looking for other properties to stay at in the future that they manage.

I definitely would rent from The Vacation Company again. They are the most professional people you could ask for. They get things done for you on the spot and answer all of your questions. We had a wonderful vacation and the home we stayed in was just beautiful. I felt like I was right at home.

The place is very clean and cozy. The customer service is excellent, very prompt in resolving issues. My kids had great time in pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend for beach goers in Hilton Head.

It was a nice, clean place awesome view, loved the convenience of walking across the street to Coligny Park, grocery store, food, shopping, live music! It was confusing when we first arrived about parking an location of room, but issue was addressed immediately, after calling. Also, at night, there were no outside lights on the condo, made us feel a little uncomfortable, but we loved the trip an place can t wait to come back!

Every aspect of their services was excellent. Great communication, not only follow-up but proactively concerned that all was going well with our stay. Had two minor issues with our unit and they were corrected immediately.

We have stayed in this condo twice before and it never disappoints. The Vacation Company provided easy check-in and check-out procedures and several great recommendations of things to do in the area. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and close to both the beach and pool. Thumbs up!

Beautiful home, nicely furnished with great porches and private pool. Communication with the Vacation Company was great - liked the portal with great information about our rental property and the Hilton Head area. Checking in was really easy - timed electronic keyless entry allowed us to go straight to the property at check-in time. Only downside to our vacation was a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane that ended our visit abruptly.

Rented a house for a week in Hilton Head. Ran into a few issues during our stay and The Vacation Company immediately sent a representative to take care of each item. They treat customers like gold, I will use them again and recommend them highly.

House was clean, lots of towels. Direct TV needs to be repaired. Satellite is located in the bushes in the backyard. Owner needs to cut bushes or move the satellite to the roof.

THE Vacation Company was good to work with from the outset. The communication is good and up front. They were very informative before check in, even months before the arrival date. Very responsive on any issues once arrived at the villa. And the villa was as described. We will definitely reserve through them again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 823 Ketch Court and would stay there again. Great location, quick walk to the harbor and across the street from the trolley stop. Place was clean and furnished well. Could tell there have been updates on the lower level that were nice but could use some updates upstairs, mainly in the bathrooms. The Vacation Company was easy to work with, and when we left something behind they were quick to get the item and contact us about it.

Our unit was very nice and a great location. Short walk to the beach. Loved the screened in patio. If I had one negative, the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. There is a lot of touch ups with colors that don t exactly match.

Upon arrival we were very pleased with the accommodations, easy to get there, 3 minute walk means just that. The lockers at the beach were wonderful. A big shout for the amazing doggie care package for our 4 legged family member. They think of everything, right down to beach towels. Would stay here again!!!

We booked a beautiful house in Hilton Head Island for Spring Break. The representative was very nice and easy to work with. They conveniently had an app for your phone to provide all the necessary codes, places to visit, etc. We had some minor maintenance issues when we first arrived and they sent someone over immediately! I would definitely recommend booking your vacation with them.

Using The Vacation Company made our vacation a breeze. The app had all kinds of useful information for our stay. They kept in regular contact via email, which provided me with a sense of security.

Overall great vacation rental. However all wall outlets need to be fixed, the plugs just falls out. Love the location!

2308 SeaCrest was beautiful! There was plenty of room for my family of 5 to stretch out and relax during our breaks from the beach and pool. The villas were close to everything we wanted to do and see while on our first trip to Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and look forward to returning next year!

Vacation Company does a fantastic job of taking care of the details of the rental homes that they manage. In addition, if a problem arises, they have someone out that day to fix or address the problem. The homes they rent are exactly as pictured.

We have enjoyed our stay. The villa was in a great location, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the Vacation Company dealt swiftly with any issues that arose. That said, I was taken aback with the stained carpet, which appeared to be as clean as it was going to get. My feedback is to replace the living room carpet.

The Vacation Company is excellent! I definitely would book with them again. They checked with us serval times to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. In our unit they provide a small start up pack of cleaning supplies like dish soap and dishwasher tabs as well as bathroom necessities.
It we had any questions of the area or our unit they were easy to reach and always helpful.

I was very pleased with the booking process and all the information I received. After we arrived I had a couple of simple questions about the TV and Internet. When I called their IT person responded in five minutes. Problem solved. And, she didn t make me feel like an idiot.

The team at Vacation Company has taken care of our family for years. They are a stellar bunch. Our recent visit to Hilton Head started with a few glitches about our rental. Within an hour, Amy addressed the issues and offered to move us to another unit. She provided the keyless code and waited for us to check it out. The rental was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. Our week away was amazing. Amy even offered assistance with the move from our original rental. And she checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. Thank you Amy and the crew at Vacation Company!

Great location and loved the covered porch facing the inlet. However, cleanliness was another story. We were very disappointed to arrive to a home that had not had the detailed cleaning we have always experienced with past Sea Pines stays, all of them within this same group of homes. The upholstery was visibly stained, as was the carpet. Rails and wall switches had build up grime. The outdoor balconies appeared to have been missed completely. Ceiling fan and vents coated with black dust. This was our first experience with The Vacation Company and we will not rent through them again. This homeowner advertises through VRBO which we have always been happy with in the past. They would be well served to find another company to manage their property.

Due to COVID 19 and an illness, the ladies at The Vacation Company went above and beyond to resolve our problem. There responsiveness and professionalism was superior. I will not hesitate to rent from them again.

The unit we stayed in at The Breakers is the nicest unit we have stayed in on this part of the island. We have made many trips to Hilton Heald Island over the past 30 years and love to come here. Sometimes the units we have stayed in turned out to be a little shabby. But not this one. It is gorgeous.

We have an very good stay in Sea Pines. There were a couple of small problems, and the Vacation Company responded quickly and ensured we had an excellent vacation. Friendly and efficient.

Personnel are very professional and pro-active. We have rented from The Vacation Company twice and each time were pleased with how quickly they resolved minor maintenance issues. Excellent management company.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at a beautiful location. The Vacation Company was responsive and helpful. We plan to work with the Vacation Company for all of our future Hilton Head vacations.

Spacious home with the only penthouse on Captains Walk to have a secluded porch overlooking into the ocean. Furnishings and decor of the condo are newly installed!

The management company was great at communicating before the trip and during our stay. We had a lot of issues with our villa and Tiffany was very helpful in working through what could be done toward an acceptable resolution. Unfortunately, the issues all resolved around lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the condo. So, although they were helpful and responsive when the problems became evident, the condo should have been clean and maintained to begin with. It caused a lot of stress on our trip which is not what is needed on vacation. Also, we were told repeatedly check out was by 10:00 am and I received texts and emails asking us to let them know the minute we leave the condo. We had cleaners knock on the door as we were packing at 9:15 am and an inspector for the unit a few minutes later before we had finished packing our belongings and loading the car. It was annoying especially considering no inspection of our unit had been done previously before we arrived.

Updated review: I wrote a review of the actual property on their website (there were no other reviews of it) and my review never posted. I called to inquire why and they told me my review was pulled because I didn t mention they refunded some of our money . They refunded some of our money because the property was filthy and had mold growing on an A/C air vent. I did mention they came to a resolution. So beware that their reviews are NOT unbiased. Either the company or the owners censor the reviews. Our family rents in HH twice a year and we will never use this company again and certainly wouldn t recommend them to anyone else.

We have rented from Vacation Company several times. Never any problems. Condo was very clean and as described. No ocean view, but very close to the pool and beach!

From the original time I went to website, to renting the home, to all communications thru the app., to actual checkout, the experience was absolutely the best. I never talked even talked to anyone on the phone thru the entire process and used the app exclusively to communicate. Anytime I did ask a question, the response was asap and right on target. This entire experience was simple, efficient and professional. Great job Vacation Company. 5 of 5 without question.
