Many nice items to rep my daughters school. They are good quality but the prices are WAY too high and I can rimd similar shirts on amazon for less

Overpriced but the best selection of USF gear. Huge store

A decent place to find emergency food or supplies if you're short something at the college. Beware, however, for the prices are marked up much higher than the items are usually worth elsewhere. Staff is turned over a lot so helpfulness varies.

Stuff that is exclusive to this bookstore are things like USF branded clothing, silverware, and memorabilia.

For some reason this place does not display prices for their bakery. They are also somewhat overpriced...

It's a college bookstore, there isn't much else to say.

The bookstore is pooly managed, and nobody seems to have any idea what's going on, or where to find things. Probably not the employees fault, but rather whoever runs the place. That being said, the USF merchandise floor is great, just don't bother getting your textbooks here.

Tons of USF gear but is way over priced and the Cafe does not accept Starbucks gift cards.

Wildly overpriced, for some reason the burgalar alarm kept going off when i walk in or out for a solid week. Mostly just overpriced. If you can there's a target across bruce b downs which is significantly better in every way.

Very pricey gear can be bought here. That being said, the place is well-kept and the staff are accommodating and pleasant in my experience. The atmosphere is alive and pleasant with the Starbucks being so close. Please give me a coupon for leaving a review, please, por favor, ,

I called the number and tried all the different extensions and was hung up on every time.

They don't even have the books in stock, they try to sell you an online code instead. It wasn't enough to make students pay exorbitant amounts for a textbook, now you don't even get a physical object!

Everything USF clothing is here as well as any study materials: books, calculator, notebook, etc. However it's very overpriced and lots of the time you can find it somewhere else cheaper. Cafe is nice tho

Great refill pricing and the baristas are friendly and efficient.

This is by far the worst college bookstore I have ever had to deal with. They change there hours around without updating the website, and if you call to ask the hours they will tell you the wrong time. They are too lazy to check the back for you book and will tell you its out of stock, then when you call to see if it has been restocked you will be told they were never out of it. All the employees are incompetent and unfit to do their jobs. The only one there who is of any help is the manager and she is rarely there when needed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Interesting place. Nice people. But 45$ for sweats is obnoxious.

Customer service is horrendous, especially by the manager there. They make up policies/rules on the spot that aren't specified in promotions and should really reassess themselves in terms of whether the guest is the first priority or not.

They had a good selection of items to be purchased here, and I didn't think their prices were too bad - they had good deals. It's a nice building and facility, overall.

They're a bit overpriced on most of their USF merchandise (IE a $40 pair of sweatpants that just say USF on them.)

The store is kept very clean and nice looking, the ground floor level is a bit overbearingly crowded with clothing since they rearranged the store.

They've began having competitive pricing on textbooks as well. I used to buy all my books online due to the ridiculous prices the store used to have, but it was actually a lot cheaper this semester to rent all but one of my books from the USF Bookstore.

Prices are raised 300% of normal price. But good place for studying.

USF bookstore and crabs have really neat stuff and USF is a good school to go to to get a good education

They will not answer the phone for anything. It s incredibly difficult to find out any information besides the business hours (which are wrong). Also, the prices are ridiculous. You d be better off going to Amazon or a 3rd party vendor.

They don't have the greatest selection of books, but the cafe is great to have on campus.

Fun place to visit featuring a large selection of USF logo items, besides textbooks, and student supplies. Also features a cafe offering Starbucks beverages and products. But beware, this is not a regular Starbucks...you can't use your Starbucks app to pay or earn points.

The bookstore is clean, organized, and easily accessible. The cafe is a perfect size for the bookstore and has a variety of options.

They manage the high-volume of back to school shoppers in-stride! Just wish some of them fancy under armor threads were priced a lil bit lower.. that being said......... GO BULLS!!!

Go-to place for supplies, food and coffee. Pretty quick to assist in online orders and check out.

Very nice place, has a Starbucks on the first floor. The "basement" is where you get books for class and the second floor is book/electronics for leisure

We all know shopping at any University bookstore is going to be expensive, but here I have the option of renting used books! I have saved a ton of money doing this! Interacting with the staff is usually a positive experience, even when they are super busy. The managers I have come across have been great as well... I'll be going back in a few days to get the rest of my books for the fall semester.

I worked there for less than a week and I immediately quit. The store manager Barb was always rude to her employees, went out of their way to not talk to anyone, even refused to shake your hand, and made you feel stupid for trying to pull a small conversation.

The staff is always helpful. Starbucks have good seating space. Stocks are always up to date.

They are a Starbucks cafe but don't take Starbucks giftcards, and the prices (as well as the bookstore's) are highway robbery. Ordered a smoothie that was comprised mostly of concentrated juice out of a carton and powder, and it began to separate in the cup minutes later. If you want a smoothie just go to the Jamba Juice next door, the prices are essentially the same for a better drink.

Bought a textbook for a class. 11 days later I had to pick the book up myself because the store forgot to ever ship it out. Very annoying and inconvenient.

If you are visiting the Starbucks in the library and it is during their busy time, expect to be waiting in line for about 20-30 minutes. Because they are so busy, they usually always mess up your drink or food order (no matter how simple it is) and usually mess up tapingo orders too. I've been going here for over 2 years now, and I just go off campus to get coffee because it takes the same amount of time, and then I know I'll get what I ordered.

Wow, this place is impressive. I realize I dont have much of a frame of reference, but students can get anything here from books to electronics. The only goofy part was having to pick up a digital code for an online program. Kind of goofy shipping a digital product.

Not handicap friendly. Both areas which deal with book rentals are only accsesable by stairs, second floor handles the picking up of online orders and the basement is where you can order in person. Both only accessable through the stairs. Wildly impractical for those who cannot use the stairs but need to get text books for classes. Would not recommend.

Cancelled my order for no reason and only way to find out was to call the store. Then tried to sell me the book for much more expensive than anywhere else

Although their staff is nice they have no clue what they re doing or talking about for that matter. Their website clearly stated that caps and gowns would be available for pickup beginning November 26th. Yesterday morning at 8am I was told by Ivy that I couldn t purchase a gown because I didn t preorder and would have to come back (today)... but I was told that I could purchase a cap and tassel (WEIRD)... and would only be charged $44.75 (another employee Priyanka told me this) for the gown whenever I came back as the cap and tassel together were $20.25 and the set all together is $65.00. I purchased the cap and tassel because I needed to ship the cap out to my sister ASAP as she plans on decorating it. Around noon I receive an email that caps AND gowns are available for pickup AND purchase and my friends are telling me the same thing. I m not sure where the confusion came from but held out on shipping it out to my sister and decided I would return today because I had a STRONG feeling if I didn t have the cap and tassel with me I would have ended up paying WAY more and they would not have honored the $44.75 that I was quoted. To top it all off the girl processing my refund could barely do that right. Go Bulls!

Starbucks here doesn't accept gift cards or the app :(. Good selection of books and picking up regalia for commencement was a breeze!

Absolutely terrible with communication in the textbook department this summer. Waste of time on two different occasions. I live in St. Pete and called before coming to make sure they had the book I needed. They said they did, but when I get there they don t. They apologized. Then I called last week to make sure they had another book I needed, they did but it could not be rented because they were switching over rental companies conveniently on the first week of classes. They said they should be switched over the following week. I waited a week to get my text book for class. I call first thing Monday morning to see if they had fully switched over, they said no and that they also wouldn t be renting out books for the rest of the summer. When asked how far in advanced they knew about this and why I was told something completely different, they had no answers. But lucky for me, they had yet another apology. Good job guys. Your apologies really help. Not!

Great place, comfy atmosphere, I find exactly what I need whether it's some coffee from the in-store starbucks, snacks or a place to unwind.

Ordered my books weeks ago and still havent gotten them. They "dont know" where they are, wont cancel them so you can just physically get them from the store. They answer and hang up whenever i try to call. Absolutely awful. We are on the second week of classes and i should have my text books by now.

Textbook buyback doesn't work unless the book was purchased at the USF bookstores. Needs to be specified at the website

They have nice soup and cheesecake here. Also, they have Starbucks drinks.

A bookstore that's more than just books. Tons of school themed apparel and accessories

For the bookstore of such a large school it leaves something to be desired. Even after the remodel. The have no idea where things are. I was sent all over the store for school supplies which mediocre at best.

This would be a great store if the people that worked there would be customer service oriented. Yes, everyone that comes in can tell you hate your job and that you are put out by being there.

While visiting the bookstore I had no idea what text book my class required. Thanks to Christian in the bookstore, I was able to obtain both books from my courses. He was patient, attentive, and friendly. All while he was managing other tasks he assured I was taken care of, and he was hasty in doing so. Thank you for hiring such amazing people like Christian which make the stressful Covid situation at school much easier.

It was a really nice place to get some coffee and a sandwich, relax with some friends, grab some USF gear, and buy books too.
