The food was good, but the service was terrible. Every table near me ordered their food after me, but got their food before me. 45 minutes after I put the order in I went to the cashier to find out what happened to my order and to see if I could get a refill on my coffee.

Awesome breakfast!!! And for a low cost can't beat that!!!! Waitresses are friendly and nice.

Horrible restaurant!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning, and there was a 4 inch black hair in it!!! Gross!!!! I'll NEVER attempt to eat there again! Not only that...the prices are high!! NOT recommended!!!

Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited for 45 minutes to be served coffee and have my order taken. None of the other servers were helpful, I had to go to the counter and ask for a waitress and that still took 15 minutes. Very good food but terrible service.

Absolutely disgusting. They skimped big time on the meat and potatoes.
Chips were from the bottom of the bag. Eggs were all brown. Sandwiches were soggy when they came out. Service horrible. Never again

Didn't eat here. Just stopped to pick up a Doordash order. I regularly leave reviews, both good, and bad for local merchants who I pick up orders from. I also like to chat with the merchants about how things work when they take a Doordash order. I'm usually even more inquisitive if the order is running late compared to the pick up time Doordash gives me. Sam's a nice guy! I wish all local business owners were as polite as he is!

Food was cold my steak wasn't what I asked for just ate it because I was hungry and it took so long to get back to me.

Loved the Mac and cheese panini! And didn't get look at funny for getting my son just the burger cheese! It's hard to order things he's not allergic to at some places! I like that locally owned restaurants around here seem to be willing to serve him a plate of food as if it's normal order! Only wish you had a changing station! Overall though I had a wonderful lunch with my son, and parents!

Shockingly poor service. No one seemed to want to be at work. Some poor gentleman's meal sat for ten minutes before service (I thought it was ours, so I kept an eye on it). Very few people at tables which compounded my confusion.

They had a limited menu but what we did have was amazing... Cooked exactly as ordered and very friendly service... And to think we almost went to IHOP... Thank God we we chose here.

If you're in the Utica / New Hartford New York area you definitely need to check out this place. It's a Hidden Gem. The breakfast food is delicious, has a really great home cooked with love type of feel. The waitresses are awesome and super nice. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large so make sure you come on an empty stomach! All in all great place to come in a group or just by yourself.

This is definitely the friends breakfast spot. Coffee there is from Utica Coffee (that right there gets 5 stars). Consistency in service and quality of food are great. I feel like they have actually gotten better over the years. Friendly staff and just a nice place to go to that is quick , easy and good. Prices are great too. If they had an outside eating option, then that would make this place even better. Definitely a spot to hit up if you have a large or small party for breakfast or lunch. Myself, I love the breakfast menu. Ask for the Giambrotte!!!!!

Always love it here great breakfast the only thing that would make them perfect is having lattes and gourmet coffee.

I was driving through New Hartford and wanted to stop for a nice breakfast and things went down hill very fast! The server was very not friendly and became annoyed when asked simple questions. During my meal I kept hearing the cook inappropriately yell at other servers. I found this very unperfessional and awkward as a customer. The coffee was good. Thanks Utica for a typical visit.

It was a fun local spot near Utica NY in new Hartford, my would definitely stop again but trust me go hungry!!

Best breakfast spot in the area, offering upscale twists on "diner" favorites. Great food and service. The place to be in the Village of NH. Gets busy between 11a-1p on weekdays.

A "hidden gem" of the Mohawk Valley! I don't know how many times I'd driven by this place before someone pointed out that it was there. This is now my absolute number 1 breakfast place, if we're planning to sit and eat.

It's honestly the only place in the greater Utica area that my wife will go to every time I bring it up. Can't beat that.

Overall it was fairly good. I don't find the food to be the most exciting our best tasting however its better than many other places. The space is a little cramped and can be very difficult to have conversations with it being so loud. I would recommend this for a quick breakfast or lunch with friends.

It was expensive. Im not the type who eats a lot so the menue is limited 9 dollars and up. There is up charge for muffen and bagels which the waitres did not tell us. We end up paying 40 dollars for just 2 orders. This make me feel not to even going out anymore. One positive thing the owner is handsome and nice.

The waitress took forever to come to our table and the place was empty. Next it was very unsanitary. There were cups on the table for people to use and they were disgusting. Next the silver wear had marks of food and water all over them

Highly recommend their Chipotle chicken salad! I get it every time!
