The line is really long during the 1st week of classes as usual, but other than that, they have everything you need or want!

Love this bookstore. Between clothes, books, gifts, coffee, electronics this place is perfectly located in the center of campus. Always clean. Worked the cafe for a few months my senior and it was once if the best jobs I had.

Over priced USF Mercedes but nice selection of goods.

The bookstore always has or can get any of the books you need for classes; however, don't be shocked at the outrageous retail prices, because I'm warning you now. I would recommend looking everywhere else possible for your required books first: Chegg, Amazon, USF student groups on FB, USF library, and the BookHolders store just outside campus are just a few of your alternative options.
The school spirit merchandise in the store (shirts, hats, cups, etc) are also ridiculously overpriced, and many of them seem like styles nobody would actually wear, or items nobody is actually going to ever use.

I never received book that I had ordered at the beginning of the school year. Apparently all they had to do was sent it to my email. That never happened and they just cancelled it instead. You'll have better luck with buying Amazon or finding the PDF for your class.

I would give this bookstore a 0 if I could. I have been trying to get a refund on a book they cancelled and still charged my card. They do not answer the phone totally unprofessional.

A good place to relax and have a chat. Staff is helpful and courteous. Near the Marshall Students Centre.

Gread food choices, however staff can be finicky about rules, ans the cafe is one of few places on campus that doesn't take dining dollars, only cash

I have been calling for days trying to get the status of an order and no one has picked up, its very unprofessional. Classes started this week and students need to get access to the textbooks how are we supposed to when they won't take calls. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

Barnes & Nobel bookseller at USF main campus. Also has a Starbucks inside.

The bookstore always has such great stuff, it's easy to pass hours browsing and shopping. However, I took off two stars because everything is overpriced (not just a few dollars but usually at least 25%) and the staff is always so difficult.

Firstly, USF is amazing. I'm very impressed. Secondly, the merchandise in the bookstore is EXTREMELY overpriced. Very disappointing. Very.

I love this book store! If I ever want to buy a book I always go there, and always end up spending a lot of time. Great discount used book section in the basement!

Good items remodeling so will love to see it when completed

It's a big store with all kind of stuffs with usf logo & bookstore..its really huge. Tons of collection are available there. Starbucks are also available.

No one picks up the phone, ive called more than 20 times about returning a $140 access code that was required but isnt even the right subscription I needed. Can t even refund it. I ve been calling for 2 weeks now about this. No one picks up the phone.

Great place to study in between classes. The Star Bucks here offers the best deals when you bring your own reusable cups when ordering iced coffee or tea.

I went there on a college tour and talked to the staff and the students there. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The clothing looks and feels amazing and everything is at a good price

Doesn't matter what I go in here for I wait in line for 10-20 min at checkout. In 4 years I've never seen more than one checkout running.

Fairly expensive, as all university bookstore merch is, but a great selection of apparel.

If you need to study for an exam, this is the place to go. There is an endless supply of new and clean books to utilize for any class you might be studying for. I utilize this bookstore for any of my University Needs. Theres a starbucks and it is 3 floors. Handicap accessable and great people working willing to help you with anything you might need. USF did a great job with this centrally located book store/cafe. Free wifi its awesome! Check it out!

Great place and lots of USF gear! Recommend it to anyone who is looking for a specific gear from USF there s also three floors and the first floor has books the second floor a lot of USF gear and the last floor has a couple of school supplies.

The staff was really nice and helpful but the prices are a little bit too high.

You could probably find cheaper stuff online but it is still a nice experience to visit the Store as it does have a couple of special USF gear.

But honestly everything was really expensive and I don t usually purchase anything there I only went there when my mother was here to visit the school.

Mom bought a shirt here. Decent pricing surprisingly. Normally quiet and quick unless near the first day of classes.

As a student who is attending your online classes due to Covid-19, you guys should allow free shipping since you closed the store down. $7.50 for shipping is disrespectful considering that most of us are not working right now because of the quarantine.

The cafe is a great alternative to the other Starbucks on campus. It's much quieter, and they serve sandwiches, salads and a bunch of other deli stuff too. The bookstore itself is big and you can find just about anything you'd need on campus there.

The store is large with a wide variety of products. In addition to being able to buy or rent textbooks and other items, the attendants are attentive.

Ordered 3 items when they finally got here security tags were still attached to them absolute joke emailed them no reply customer service sucks

Renovations look nice! Prices can be a little more affordable though. However, I love all the different USF stuff they have

The espresso here is the best for me. Though the place is crowd, I love to sit and take some drinks here.

Very friendly staff, but could be more knowledgeable about what clothing they have in the store.

I spent 15 minutes in a line, ordered a stale bagel WITH cream cheese, not knowing they meant a tiny 1oz pack of cream cheese, which is hardly enough for one bagel. When I went back to ask for another, they said it's 25 cents. Okay, sure. So I go back to my chilling bagel and fish a dollar out of my backpack, go back, and ask if I really have to stand in line again, for this one small thing (which honestly, should've been free, at least to save the hassle)
And they said yes, which is also understandable, but it's also unreasonable. It was ridiculous, and after deciding I don't have the time to stand behind 20 more people, my stale bagel is now cold and I still have no cream cheese:(
Should've been easy...

Ordered my books online for in store pick up. Received an email saying my order was ready. After three visits with my books no where to be found I was told the store never ordered them and they refunded my order and told me to order epse where...the day classes started.

We stopped in looking for some USF School shirts and we were able to find two on the sale rack for ten bucks a piece! It's the end of the school year so many items were marked down. Be sure to check out the sale rack if you're looking for t-shirts hoodies Etc.

This is a really good area to do homework in the mornings! All the tables have outlets and you can get coffee in here as well!

Great customer service. The girl behind the counter couldn t find my order so the manager came and helped. He found my order immediately. I also forgot about a book I purchased last semester so I figured I d pick that up too. Unfortunately they discarded my order since I never came but the manager went ahead and gave me the book anyways. I was very impressed and felt bad for my slight undertones of irritation.

Love this place. People are very nice and the food and drinks are actually good for a Starbucks. Ambient is nice and good place to chill or do homework.

It's aight, they give free hot water so that's cool.
