never had such bad internet, 200mbit and its constantly disconnecting, dropping in speed (down to 0.5mbit), router needs daily restarts, service is a joke, i wonder how this is a company because its run like a high school project

Absolutely worst ISP and customer service I ever had. Been UPC/Ziggo client for many years and as soon as something doesn't work anymore they don't care at all. My ridiculously slow mediabox that is needed to watch TV stopped working from one day to another and it wasn't possible to get a replacement or a CI+ module instead WITHOUT changing to a way more expensive monthly package.

Too bad that there are not many alternatives that offer fast internet in The Netherlands so UPC/Ziggo gets away with their crappy service and can go on like this.

What a terrible business this is. I want to reset ...

What a terrible business this is. I want to reset my password and then it is not possible because there is a technical malfunction in the system. My username consists of 3 letters which has been the case for years. I have been kept on the line for a month. First they would send my new password. Of course they receive nothing. The entire helpdesk finds it very annoying but they do not help and can not say when the problem is solved. The result is that I can only read my email at home and not on the road while I need my email on the way.
Of course ziggo can solve my problem immediately. When they would look directly into the system they can give me a new password, but then they will screen with the privacy legislation. Hi I give tour permission to do so. What they could do is extend my username. Also fine in the system by Ziggo to do. After a month of annoyance, I want to get rid of Ziggo. Yes, the help desk employee will connect me and then I will get a tape that the relevant department is closed at 21.00.

Had canceled 2 months ago. Turns out 2 months later not to occur in their system. Had to pay 2 months. I had not received confirmation email. But later found a publicity email with the announcement that they were sorry we went away. Had informed customer service later. But they told me it was a general message to all customers. Yes, who believes that. They are crooks. Never close a subscription with Ziggo.

Seemingly basic processes go wrong all the time and then you have to wait weeks without television or internet. The support lines have no idea what is going on, and you will get different advice every time you call with the same issue. Not only will information differ, but they will blatantly lie to you. Two multi-week experiences like this were enough to ensure I go to another provider for internet and television. Once my Vodafone contract is up for renewal, it too will get canceled.

Since I switched from analogue to digital television I have come to this store. Very friendly staff, even now that the virus has arrived, they remain extremely correct.
Wait a little longer, but they can't do anything about it.
Switched to Vodafone had a good explanation about the product.

What a bad company. I have had bad experiences in the past and understood that they are much better now. UPC to Ziggo is equally bad I can say. I've been trying to get rid of them for months now. All canceled neatly and on time and somehow they fail to process that. In addition, they also send you an invoice for something you haven't had. After calling customer service and complaining, everything would be fine now. You will get another reminder. Ziggo please take an example from XS4ALL. They may cost a few euros more but you get so much more for your money. Never had a problem with it in any way.

On the phone they don't really want to get it from the Ziggo customer service, brought stuff to the store, connected, tested and also received the correct CI + module for our new Smart TV.

Just a nice employee, who you can face to face, friendly and especially wants to help with your problem. On the phone I almost always find employees who do not (want to) understand it and immediately put the problem back in your shoes and with a reset, unplug it, or immediately want to schedule an appointment with a technician.

Unfortunately, there was only one CI + 1.4 in stock in the store and needed 2. I would receive the second one via mail from the central warehouse, I will simply receive the wrong, old type, CI + 1.2 by mail that is not allowed in my new Dual tuner Smart TV.

In the store they are at least open to technology and they understand the needs of the Customer. Soon again along the store to exchange the 1.2 for a 1.4.

Extremely poor service. We havent had wifi for 2 weeks because they registered our wifi to the wrong address or account. They also cant give us a date for when we will again have wifi working. The worst.

Very friendly people who always do everything to help you. There were a number of problems with the network and router and these people put a lot of time and effort into making sure everything worked again!

Ziggo really TOO sad for words! Ever since I switched (business) I have had a malfunction every week. Internet that is out again, a phone that does not work because the connection is lost again. Several failures in 1 week a few weeks ago, this is not possible for a company like us. Everything works on the internet nowadays, the alarm, ATM, cash register, telephone, etc. We cannot answer customers or have them pay normally. Every Ziggo employee has a different story than the other. Out of nowhere your phone connection is disconnected, you can call again, be on hold again. 'Oh sorry my colleague has made a mistake apologies' but as a company you will be without a phone for 2 days again (or longer since it still has not been resolved because they are experiencing interference themselves). It is crazy that you can run a company (Ziggo) in this way. You are not the cheapest, but this just costs us too much money every x calling, our time, customers who walk away because they can not pay, problems with the alarm several times because the internet sometimes drops for 24 hours. Several times a mechanic for the alarm that we have to pay ourselves because we are forced to secure our store every day and otherwise are not insured. All because YOU can't provide a normal connection and as a fee? We received 7 euros as compensation (yes you read that correctly), it is that you have to give 1 star because that is rated a lot higher than what you actually earn. Really ridiculous. If you take out a subscription with them, you are really crazy. Prussians.

The internet often dropped. After checking by myself, the modem turned out to be the cause.
In good spirits towards the Ferdinand Bolstraat to exchange the modem.
I was quickly helped by a nice gentleman and asked if I had called the emergency service first. No, I didn't think it was necessary because it was clear that the modem was the problem. No problem and got a new modem.
And the internet is again optimal and even a better Wi-Fi range.

Truly terrible hardware and software. I would strongly advise anyone against getting the Horizon box. It s horrendously slow, and crashes all the time. Ziggo need to choose another technology provider soon or will risk losing a lot of customers. I ve only given them two stars as their customer service is pretty good.

WORTHLESS! Problems with the internet connection for a long time! Connected but never let internet speed up internet last time, it would supposedly get better. No improvement at all. If you come home, you don't want to do something you need the internet with. I just feel ripped off, pay money for something I can't even use. BAD NETWORK!

God, what a terrible company this has been for decades.

I call to adjust my All in One subscription from 67.90 downwards. I do not use a fixed telephone and see lower prices on the internet for just TV standard and 200mbit internet.

Dial; the phone voice says "At Ziggo we want to make it as easy as possible" hahaha, get lost in the menu where they do not give me the subscription option and then get an Indian lady on the line who ultimately helps me downgrade my subscription . Standard TV, 200mbit internet for 59 per month. Does not save the world, but well ... It's something.

Ah madam, no thank you. I do not need that.

Ah madam, I already have a CI + module so no thank you, I really do not have to

I remember the good old days with Ziggo. Now with UPC this ISP is best avoided. Even their call center people told me that. From the website, to the service, hardware, all has gone down the drain, and the people are left with no alternative to cable internet

Bad internet connection, fixed horizon box and faltering ziggo go app. Disrupted service and poor quality. This provider is really not recommended.
Only positive is that the Ziggo Sport channel has nice offer.

I rarely review, and have never posted a negative review before. However I am moved today to do so after the most appallingly condescending service, even by dutch standards. The concept of 'customer service' to this assistant was to show absolutely no interest in helping me. Communication of what I needed to do was delivered in such a way that it was clear I was wasting his time. I was told that he was doing me a favour by speaking in english. In a city where almost everyone speaks english (and many wilfully misunderstand when you try to speak dutch), I am still the paying customer. Don't waste your time going into this store.

Recently a ziggo employee came. He made everything right. Went nice and quiet. And worked focused. There should be more people like him. A few months ago another employee came. At the end of the day I still had no internet. But with younes we were able to watch internet and TV again right away.

Nice to hear you order a ziggo all in 1 for your new home on Monday they say yes for the weekend everything should still work, if your package is on the way you have to call us to schedule an appointment so on Tuesday I will call that my package is on its way said that my cable still needs to be registered and there is no mechanic to come, and that I will be called back this afternoon! 18:30 not called yet. I have called myself and I am told that the cable must be registered, this is no longer possible because it is after 5 o'clock. This registration takes 24 hours and that said Wednesday morning before 10 am I would call back if this has been done and what the status is. 11 hours not yet called yet called again: no clarity yet! And they are working on it, so I don't have TV and internet all weekend. Called again in the evening but nothing clear and it was said that after the weekend no TV and internet

Ehm... just terrible in every way. We did the connection set up and afterwards we have only been facing problems with it. Usually we have no internet at home and when we call they tell that it will be fixed in 1 day but guess what.... it doesn't get fixed. So we just changed to KPN and everything is perfect now since day 1.

One star is already too much for the service received by Ziggo. Terrible provider as well as their poor customer service... Long period without internet at home is not easy when you are Freelancer in need of connection to be able to work at your place! Their answer was we cannot do anything for you... Also Ziggo is increasing their price during your contract period even when you signed for a year contract with a specific price... So stay away from this company
