Ziggo really TOO sad for words! Ever since I switched (business) I have had a malfunction every week. Internet that is out again, a phone that does not work because the connection is lost again. Several failures in 1 week a few weeks ago, this is not possible for a company like us. Everything works on the internet nowadays, the alarm, ATM, cash register, telephone, etc. We cannot answer customers or have them pay normally. Every Ziggo employee has a different story than the other. Out of nowhere your phone connection is disconnected, you can call again, be on hold again. 'Oh sorry my colleague has made a mistake apologies' but as a company you will be without a phone for 2 days again (or longer since it still has not been resolved because they are experiencing interference themselves). It is crazy that you can run a company (Ziggo) in this way. You are not the cheapest, but this just costs us too much money every x calling, our time, customers who walk away because they can not pay, problems with the alarm several times because the internet sometimes drops for 24 hours. Several times a mechanic for the alarm that we have to pay ourselves because we are forced to secure our store every day and otherwise are not insured. All because YOU can't provide a normal connection and as a fee? We received 7 euros as compensation (yes you read that correctly), it is that you have to give 1 star because that is rated a lot higher than what you actually earn. Really ridiculous. If you take out a subscription with them, you are really crazy. Prussians.
