Had canceled 2 months ago. Turns out 2 months late...

Had canceled 2 months ago. Turns out 2 months later not to occur in their system. Had to pay 2 months. I had not received confirmation email. But later found a publicity email with the announcement that they were sorry we went away. Had informed customer service later. But they told me it was a general message to all customers. Yes, who believes that. They are crooks. Never close a subscription with Ziggo.
