several m2 of beautiful looking tiles selected via the internet and then we drove to Ede.

First of all, we had to wait ANOTHAL HOURS before someone could pick up our order from the warehouse. They themselves did not know where it was.

That arrogant woman who hardly speaks Dutch didn't know a thing. As dumb as she is. Eventually, but the management called. Pretty friendly and finally spoke to someone who looked pretty smart, neat and customer friendly. We received a mini discount but had to wait for our order that they were looking for in the warehouse. After waiting 1.5 hours, Eurovite comes with the following news. We no longer have the tiles you reserved.

While writing this review and especially this sentence above, I start cooking again. WHAT-A-TIME WASTE

In the end, we were stupid enough to order a white tile for our bathroom from a leftover lot. We also had to pay an extra 50 euros for this.

Now the tiles arrive half broken / damaged and discolored on a pallet. Angered I sent an email and of course I called on the spot where I had to send photos. In the end it seemed to be solved nicely because we received a few new suits after a few days. I noticed that they are very old tiles. Boxes had been wet and torn with a yellow tarnish on the white tiles that was very difficult to remove.

Ok, we finally have tiles in the house so the contractor can start demolishing and building.
A week later we are called by the technician if we urgently want to come and have a look. We arrive in our almost completed bathroom ...
the technician shows us with a measuring stick and spirit level how crooked and deformed the tiles are. For him it was also a question mark how he couldn't get the wall tidy and how to keep chipping the tiles off.

Eurovitegroup ... because of these jokes of yours, we have the most acidic walls in our bathroom for over 10,000 euros.
Compensation or solution? OF COURSE NOT.
Where I can I will share my experience with you on every Eurovite channel I come across. Bunch of crooks.

We have been a customer of this wholesaler for yea...

We have been a customer of this wholesaler for years, but have always come up against the fact that they do NOT have things in order. Staff comes and goes, each year a different representative (in the last 2 years no one even seen) and poor service. Not surprising that we went shopping with them less in recent years. But now we are a definitive customer: we order tiles from them, clearly stating that the customer is just coming to collect them. Then they pay, without consulting, on the spot directly with OUR customer whereby our discount is given away. Road margin and customer credibility.
Thank you Eurovite for the worthless service, you will never see us and our customers again.

PEOPLE BEWARE !!! Think three times before you ord...

PEOPLE BEWARE !!! Think three times before you order something here because the service level is beneath contempt. The principle applies here: guarantee to the door, if you have paid and there is something you can forget. In the best case scenario, it can be returned, but with a fine of 20%. Bought tiles here and I am familiar with batch numbers but the delivered tiles do not even resemble the example. Then they first pretend to help and ask for photos, the day after you will already be referred to the seller (procedures and conditions supposedly) and again a day later it is sorry sir but we cannot do anything for you, that is the Eurovite group Gebo.
