Internet is absolutely terrible. I pay around 50 a month for up to 100MB and my download speed is currently 0.5MB. The internet connection has been unstable since I subscribed in January. No problems with my modem or cables, just poor internet provider.
Excellent service by knowledgeable staff who took all the time for me.
Service is far below standard. Long waiting times, poor incomplete handling, very arrogant attitude.
The internet is acceptable but the TV services are particularly poor.
Gotta be honest, hey have great customer service. As with most thing of this nature in the Netherlands, it takes a little longer than you would like but once your number is called the customer service is friendly and able to solve your problem. I had a couple issues and they were very helpful and patient. Tops!

Needed a new remote. They didn t even ask a question just saw the model I had before and gave me a new one for free.
This is really terrible internet and TV. Npo 1,2,3 get stuck, watching youtube is not possible without hiccups. Neither does Netflix, I also post this review with my 4G because it is too lousy, even the WiFi in my school is doing even better. It also takes a long time until the TV is on. You can also not watch episodes on TV, because that just gets stuck. Online gaming is impossible because you are thrown out every 5 minutes. That you get away with defrauding people like that. You may be busy with maintenance, but I see no improvement. How sad. K * t ziggo.

Its been 15 days since we buy the box from the shop and at that time the shop keeper told us it will be activated in 3 Hours still the internet is not yet activated, who wait for that long to have the internet connection. Worst Service.
Probably worst customer service than any ISP in the Netherlands. 6 months trying to solve an issue. Decided to switch to XS4ALL to spare myself the frustration.
The worst internet provider I've had. Long-term failures occur every week. After a year I canceled the contract and chose XS4all to my complete satisfaction.

Lousy provider. After having had an abbo for a year, I continuously suffered from latency loss when gaming. According to Ziggo, this would of course not be their fault ... took the plunge and switched, but XS4ALL (kpn) and advice is ?! -no more problems with internet problems! Moreover, customer service is worthless because agreements made were entered incorrectly into the system, so that my cancellation was not properly processed and I just received an invoice. Never again Ziggo !!

Helpful staff but found out that is the only ziggo store in the whole of Amsterdam.
The staff in this shop was very friendly, they did what they could do at that moment. The staff at the headquarters Ziggo is another story. It was very difficult to cancel my contract with them even though i was a long term client of them. However i am not recommending their service regarding Internet to anyone. Beside that there was always something with the internet. Too many issues.

1 star is still too high a rating !!! Sad and unacceptable! The employee just hung up while I wanted to know step by step what to do with an invoice that was too high. Very unfriendly! It just happens to call Ziggo every time. Have worked in a call center myself and am sure that what they do there is not a service!
The only thing they are good at is to charge you extensively for all the pain they cause. Using their horrible web site, I set my payment option to direct debit (automatische incasso). After a month, they cut our internet and TV without any pre-warning because they think I didn't pay the bill. After a phone call and transferring the money manually, they fixed it in 48 hours. And now I see that they charge me extra 25 euro for their own foolishness. Please, stay away from those no matter what they promise you for your own budget and nerves.

I am very dissatisfied! A mechanic has to come for the 3rd time while we have been working for 2 weeks now. The 2nd time, the installed mechanic seems to be leaving without giving information about the problem and feeling it works. Having spoken by phone, it again failed because ziggo had interference. How can you let someone sit for 2 weeks without telephone / internet and TV. Outrageous !! Now the mechanic arrives on Wednesday November 22. To be honest, I no longer have any confidence in that. The worst thing was that ziggo did not realize that this takes a lot of time and money. Ziggo has time blocks where you should actually wait from 9 to 3 or from 5 to 22:00. Point 2 you just pay your subscription while it doesn't work and what I regret is that they do not come with compensation themselves. If I come across another provider even though it is more expensive, I am sold.
Media box returned. After months, suddenly get an invoice of 363.00. Fortunately the receipt was saved and after three phone calls the bill was credited.
These guys try to find any reasons in order to do nothing to help you. Not surprised now Themis place has such low ranking.

I switched via Vodafone and Ziggo would arrange that switch.
Nice not so. I had to do that myself. And could not go back according to Ziggo. Nonsense says my current provider. Now the cancellation is in progress and start 2 weeks apart!
What a POP start with ZIGGO ... my expectation is now below zero
The service is really bad, you should try to avoid it if possible. Don't count on getting the internet the day you start paying because they usually steal a couple of weeks before providing the service.

This is the worst internet provider I have ever had. The wifi connection stopped for several day, we called the hotline, after waiting for 20 minutes, we've been told to wait more and then they hanged up the phone. We called again and THE SAME HAPPENED. On our last call they proposed to bring a tehcnician to our place FOR FIFTY EUROS.
We need to pay for their unability to provide the very expensive service we're paying for! This is a total joke

Take Ziggo in particular if you want poo internet connection. My friends have Ziggo and their internet falls away too often, while that never happened to me. (I have KPN)
Excellent Service, complaints are always handled well by telephone.
Everything in one package works well with the Horizon media box.
Last week, for example, for the second time my father's remote control (also at Ziggo) his Samsung media recorder was broken, I send an email and within two days he had a new one in the bus! Look at that I call service now ( seems like I work for Ziggo ... hi hi) people highly recommended.

The people in this store think along with you. Find solutions for you and try to make you leave satisfied. And they are simply nice! Too bad that ziggo itself does not know what they are doing. For example, they are puzzled in the store because they do not know when products will arrive. The head office has to be redesigned. After being sent back and forth for more than four years, I'm tired of it.
Internet quality is bad, customer service by mobile 09001884 is useless. I called them 3x this year two times they put me on hold for 15min after that i gave up. Last time was today when one of ziggo employees put me on hold for 15min. To check info what was in front of her on the screen, how I know that? Because I called again and I was connected with another employee that provided me with info in 1min after received my details.
Do not use this company if you want to save your nerves and money.

Not made such a good start, but now that the first year has passed I am quite satisfied. Tip; call de Cancel each year, then you will be offered a nice deal if you extend a year.
Ziggo connection is not the best but i will say they are trying to improve both the service and thw connection

Most technicians are unfortunately incompetent and I have had to tell Ziggo twice that the outer cable is broken.
in my previous home I have had reasonable to good internet and TV from the 5 years 19 months I had my new home 14 months and 13 months bad and 3 months no internet and TV today I know I got a big mouth.
for me they are mafia practices.
As long as they can only write off almost 100 Euro per month but there is no neat compensation.
i spent a total of 286 hours at home waiting for mechanics.

Well all 1 star reviews are correct. Ziggo business. Has been business without a phone for 3 weeks. 4 mechanics came by. Call daily. Radio is constantly failing. The internet is also constantly failing, so you can constantly log in again in your own company that is in the cloud.

Makes a socket in my one cabinet. While the cables come out of the other cabinet. He says if you just leave the two cabinets open, then you won't be bothered by anything. One has spent 45 minutes watching my girlfriend show where the problems in the Ziggo network arise. At the end of the judgment, she knew more about it than I did.
Back office is not much better. Nothing comes out of that at all. There, problems are labeled as solved without anything having happened.
Certainly in Amsterdam there they indicate that they cannot get into the UPC equipment because it works slightly differently than Ziggo

Really bad internet connection and bad service. In the shop, they tell you few days to get the connection. In reality, it took almost a month and since then one issue after another. I use my 4G more than my wifi

In the last month I've had at least 8 times when I had no internet at home. Before this, I would say service would be interrupted about 2 times a month (since around January 2017). I've called them for at least 4 of times in the last month and usually they tell me it will be fixed by the next day (so no internet for 24+ hours), to connect with a cable to the modem (which means I need to sit in my closet with the modem), or to use a new cable they mailed me (which did absolutely nothing). This is the worst internet I've had and before moving to Holland I was living in Egypt & Serbia...they are definitely worse. Only good thing is that customer service is pleasant. Unfortunately this just means they have nice people selling a crappy product.

Too bad this company has a monopoly on the cable internet. I have never had so many problems with 1 organization. Mistakes are made, they are not resolved proactively and reactive commitments are not delivered.
Hopefully, the cable network will soon be freely accessible to other providers, or fiber optics will come close!
