God, what a terrible company this has been for dec...

God, what a terrible company this has been for decades.

I call to adjust my All in One subscription from 67.90 downwards. I do not use a fixed telephone and see lower prices on the internet for just TV standard and 200mbit internet.

Dial; the phone voice says "At Ziggo we want to make it as easy as possible" hahaha, get lost in the menu where they do not give me the subscription option and then get an Indian lady on the line who ultimately helps me downgrade my subscription . Standard TV, 200mbit internet for 59 per month. Does not save the world, but well ... It's something.

"Sir, I'm sending you the MediaBox"

Ah madam, no thank you. I do not need that.

"Sorry sir, who belongs to the package"

Ah madam, I already have a CI + module so no thank you, I really do not have to

No sorry, I just want less, no longer at home. Especially not equipment that is not used
