I dislike the fact that the driver that was supposed to pick me up couldnt make it to my location and on top of that he wants to scream at me over the phone, very disrespectful. I am very disappointed

I just need a direct number, to Uber or the Forestville, MD Green Light location. I've urgent questions, concerning vehicle requirements, joining and updating my Uber accounts. My rides have been nice.

I have been trying to get important information from Uber concerning my account when I worked for them for a week now. I have spoken to 3 people one of them being upper management (which concluded why they act the way they do, no role model). All of them tell me they cannot do anything about their system if it's down. They even tried to close my case without dealing with my problem. Problem is still not solved and no more emails have come from them concerning my situation. I guess it's not their problem if it's not them having the problem. This is how you know it's about the money for them. No customers service help for the people who help you make money. What a crappy bunch of individuals these people are.

As any other UBER office, good people inside but no answers for most of the questions driver or UBER business partner might have. Most of the issues with the account could be done without visiting (making a long trip) here. Be ready that they aren't really helpful to your issues.
In fact, you could be me more successfull in problems solving if you find a way to send a message to customer service through the application or partners website or found independent, experienced UBER consultant.
And, still, there's no way to call to particular UBER locations, your call will be transferred to not knowledgeable representatives or specialists, they will gladly waste your time and send you to moved location...

Why is the wait time at this place appalling inspite of the number of employees that walk around in black and blue T-shirts that don't seem to be doing anything. Some of them standing outside talking and it's few people inside waiting to be seen that have to wait enormously forever. I know Uber to be Great at Customer Service.

This Hub is terrible. The staff is both rude and arrogant. Uber customer support is also terrible, and there is absolutely no comminication between the Hub and customer support. I left my keys in an Uber, and the driver dropped them off at this Hub. When I went to pick them up, they claimed the Hub did not have them, and commented how I should not be taking the side of the driver.
Although I provided them with the incorrect driver's name (as I take many trips), I provided an accurate description of my keys and the time they were dropped off. After several messages with customer support, they located my keys. Customer support told me they would ship the keys to me if I provided a FedEx or UPS shipping label. I provided a FedEx next day shipping label, and 5 days later, still nothing. I went back to the Greenlight Hub, and they stated they don't send anything via FedEx. So I guess they were just going to hold on to my keys forever without notifying me. Absolutely no communication between the Hub and customer service, and there is no way to directly contact the Hub other than showing up. Also, a different person responds on customer support after every inquiry without reading the entire chain, so they are less than helpful.

They are a very sorry customer services. I have never meet a customer service at an official location where you to meet your Uber-rep and they act cold and unwelcoming. I think Uber needs to investigate that location. Discussing unprofessional people including the main supervisor she cold as an ice cube.

I had no idea this place even existed! The inside is not how I expected, it was soooo much better. And the staff was helpful and friendly. Donovan helped me with my issue and I was in and out in no time. Will definitely want to come here to resolve issues as opposed to calling the out sourced support line!

The above star rating is only for the 2 drivers that picked us up... Uber drives in this city (Washington DC) do not pick up handicap passengers I know tried repeatedly to get a ride with not results.
Although rest assured that when you call for a SUV ride you will find one no problem. ( the 2 drivers that picked us up where great!! ) now remember this handicap ride is about $7 where as the SUV IS a $25-$35 ride so is this discrimination I say yes!!!

Just because i am young it doesn't mean i dont take Uber. You cannot contact Uber with phone iether. very lame when it comes to this. I hate it now.

Worst Experience. Driver wouldn't answer her phone kept going to voicemail, Finally Got in touch with her she hung up. Apparently she stayed in one spot and didn't even move charged my friends and I for What?!.My friend called her again she had the worst attitude, said she can't talk and drive at the same time... But she wasn't going no where. Then She finally cancelled it. My experience so far is im at the verge of not using Uber anymore. I noticed how they only care about these five stars. Don't get me wrong I love how some are considerate with giving you snacks and providing water or juice, Give you the choice on what you wanna listen too. But at the same time I hate a quiet ride. I hate driving in silence..You want them Stars you gotta earn them stars. Have a conversation, Talk about anything, be open minded.. especially if it's a long ride and I'm paying 100 something dollars to get to Point A - Point B.. Not all Uber Drivers are like this but some are. I witnessed some great Uber drivers. Shout out to them!

Anyone thinking of driving for this company think again, the pay is so low you will be driving around strangers for free that have no respect for you: You will have people eat in your car, use makeup even throw up in your car. The customers treat you like sh... because they know you re a sucker for driving them around for an hour and 1/2 for $13. You re noting but a dirty cab driver with no pay. They say you re your own boss which is CRAZY! A boss determines their own pay you don t with Uber. There have been drivers that have raped women passengers and Uber just sweeping it under the rug. Again if you re driving for them you re a fool! You know America is secured up when you got a fraud company like this around. They need to close this place down!! Just google Uber drivers rape or assault and you will see about drivers raping Women passengers. Women beware!!

The absolute worst experience everrrrr i requested an uber wanted to stop somewhere on my way to my destination so after i went i got out the man drove off with all my stuff in his car and when i contacted him he gave me the hardest time about returning my items talking abouy if i want my stuff back i need to pay him gas to bring it to me when he should not have left in the first place im so tired of this and uber did nothing to help my situation.jus kept telling me to contact the drive hello what the hell u think ive been doing he needs to bring me my shyt before we have an issue forreal so frustrating all this for nothing

Uber - Ride arrived as scheduled. Driver pleasant and professional. Uber set notice that could be an increase due to demand at this time. A 30 minute; 7 mile ride quoted at $17.11. Was charged $34.
Taxi - Same time and distance on return trip .. $21.
Believe it's my first, and last time with Uber.

Good one-on-one customer service, eager to assist, but sometimes there's a bit of a waiting period, (about a 1/2 hour) due to so many customers. They will get to you, and help you with your issues.

That's the only pro. Here's the cons!

1) Lack of signage makes it easy to drive right by their storefront amid the other clearly labeled stores in the shopping center.

2) This address doesn't show up anywhere in the app help section.

3) Unless you type "Uber office Forestville md" in google, you can't find it. Most old Uber sites and third party sites that come up with other searches are outdated. I ended up driving into Washington DC only to be told through a locked glass door by a security guard that the office had changed to Forestville 3 months prior (surprise surprise, the DC office isn't in DC).

4) So the office has been here 3 months? You can't tell. It's barebones as hell looking. Taped up paper signs on the walls. Completely bare shelving everywhere, like the place has barely been worked on since setting up. This is not the sort of set-up you're expecting from a multi-billion dollar company.

5) Service people call names from the waiting crowd almost inaudibly. Listen up if you don't want to wait 30+ minutes but be skipped anyway. Your name can pop up on the 'Next Up' sign, but you won't know who to go to. While I was waiting I heard one service person publicly call out someone's email address.

6) Keeping with a trend I've heard, there is no way to contact Uber's partner service directly via phone, sparring a ton of this sort of trouble for simple matters. Nice work and great planning, Uber.

Was not a crash a rock from another car or truck struck my car and damage my window and all you guys can do is cut my app off and not fix it because you guys lie to us and say every trip is cover don t worry but the fact is that s a lie , every trip is not cover because with a high deductible of a $1000.00 you guys want haft to touch anything minor like a glass crack even tho we re on the road all the time and this will happen sooner or later and being that you shut me down to not make any money to get this fixed , you think that one man want make a difference and bring this to other UBER and LYFT drivers attention that s thinking about driving you watch I am a Google reviewer and I will get this out to millions , I m so happy to know I did 5766 trips for UBER have 4 1/2 years under my belt and you guys while I m driving for you a rock hits my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES , cracks my window and you have a deductible of $1000.00 but you tell us rest assure every trip your cover , this is bull it s a lie I m getting ready to go viral with this to my Social media page all of them and I have all of them , and let the world no drive UBER at your own risk they want honor your labor of love and they will cut your app off and tell you your car is not fit to drive , again look at my track record 5766 some trips and you drop me today and want pay for my windshield that s bull , your actually not cover while you drive for Uber unless you total your car , that s why you guys have $1000.00 deductible so you don t haft to pay any claims less than that and the driver who drive for a living is out of work and no help , I m also contacting a lawyer and seeking legal after I go viral about this Uber .

Uber is the WORST. It's sad that 9 out 10 drivers I come in contact with are very rude. Uber OVERCHARGED me for a trip that ended early (due to the rude driver) and had the nerve to tell me they will give me my money back in the form of credit. I refuse to ride with Uber EVER AGAIN and tried requesting that I want my money back the way I paid and it wasn't CREDIT. PLEASE DOWNLOAD LYFT. Before I would use both just because of the free rides but I will just stick with LYFT because it's PROVEN to be $3 cheaper , drivers are nicer , and the customer service and rides are ALWAYS a great experience!!!

I used to work for Uber and I knew ever since that they aren't as professional as they should be. If you want to work with Uber or use their service, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE, save your money!!!!! I am a customer since I am refused to be called an employee. In either case making me wait for fixing a simple glitch on the driver app over an hour is outrageous. Phone helpline is useless, frustrating and infuriating.
Total disregard of the drivers' needs and hostility pumped policies.

Uber is a horrible company that is in the business of stealing money. I ordered a ride to NW DC from Glendale Maryland and was stuck with a bill for $73.00 for a trip that in the morning cost $20. Further more to show evidence of fraud on the app it shows a trip to Ellicott City MD for 2hrs which was not ordered and on the direct website it shows a trip to NW DC. There is obviously something wrong going on and they have refused to attend to it, telling me that because it was more that 30days old they can't help and all i asked for is refund of the difference for the trip as I did not order a ride to Ellicott City. Do not order rides from Uber and if you do ensure you double check what you are been charged for because they are thieves and fraudsters out to get you for all that they can.

I have to commend Uber for this Greenlight Hub. I find the decor super stylish and the staff and setting very professional. The experts are very knowledgeable and respectful at all times. I must say, Uber is one of the best organizations I have ever worked for.

No longer waits and courteous service from the although some not all of the staff at the reception desk can do a little better with greeting the customers but that was my second visit because the first visit was quite pleasant.

I drove almost 1hr away to get my account activated so I could drive. After waiting a long time to be "assisted", it is 3weeks later and I'm still waiting for an issue they claimed would take about 7days to resolve. I have been a driver since 2014, I called the customer service line several times and they keep promising to handle the issue yet, I never hear back from anyone.
