This Hub is terrible. The staff is both rude and arrogant. Uber customer support is also terrible, and there is absolutely no comminication between the Hub and customer support. I left my keys in an Uber, and the driver dropped them off at this Hub. When I went to pick them up, they claimed the Hub did not have them, and commented how I should not be taking the side of the driver.
Although I provided them with the incorrect driver's name (as I take many trips), I provided an accurate description of my keys and the time they were dropped off. After several messages with customer support, they located my keys. Customer support told me they would ship the keys to me if I provided a FedEx or UPS shipping label. I provided a FedEx next day shipping label, and 5 days later, still nothing. I went back to the Greenlight Hub, and they stated they don't send anything via FedEx. So I guess they were just going to hold on to my keys forever without notifying me. Absolutely no communication between the Hub and customer service, and there is no way to directly contact the Hub other than showing up. Also, a different person responds on customer support after every inquiry without reading the entire chain, so they are less than helpful.
