I am a customer since I am refused to be called an...

I am a customer since I am refused to be called an employee. In either case making me wait for fixing a simple glitch on the driver app over an hour is outrageous. Phone helpline is useless, frustrating and infuriating.
Total disregard of the drivers' needs and hostility pumped policies.
