This palce is so sad to work with! I just started working for Uber and already haveing pay issuies with there own Uber card! Thats crazy! I have called for two weeks and can only speak to peopele over seas! They have sent me email after email saying they will fix my account! Never did! I have called 20 times! They can have it! How can they not fix one acvcount?? They are this big cooprate company! You can never speak to anyone in america!
I mean never! Lyft driver support is awsome. You can call amd get things done. People are not reading from a piece of paper saqying the same thing over and over! run from this company! Go to Lyft! They care about drivers and want you to win every time!

Lack of skill and information to call this place a help center. They hear your issues, not know the correct action to take to fix your issues. I knew more about Uber than they did. Ghetto PG employees dont really care about drivers, just seems there waiting for 5 oclock to punch out. I took 3 pictures to add to this review, the entire staff stop what they was doing to get a hold of my phone to delete my 3 picture. Bare in mind they ask to see my phone to delete the pictures personaly. I told them my intent. The staff should apply this effort to better help the drivers
There is nothing inside stating pictures are prohibited. They act like there the FBI or something. The sad part about it, the office has a glass store front, I can clearly take the same pictures from the side walk. Go figure. Like Uber, this site is suspect. The only good thing is the huge free parking lot. Thats it!!! Good luck retaining drivers and passengers, your going to need it. ONE STAR FOR UBER!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional Uber support team. I applied for UberSUV and I have hire driver license with commercial business tag. Now I'm getting requests for UberX, UberXL, UberBlack and UberSUV. I contacted with Uber support team over app. One person was good. He removed UberX request but he forgot to remove UberXL request. I contacted again. Another team worker said I have to go to the Uber office. Why do I need to go to the Uber office? What is difference? They can do everything in app too. If I need to go to Uber office, why they activated my account. They directly should be say to me, before activate your account you need to come to the office. Then it will be okay. I hope one day Mr. Travis read this. Edit 08/29/2017: Also I am living in North Potomac and I applied Uber Baltimore City area. They said I can drive in Maryland, DC and Virginia area. Thousands time I contacted with this stupid Uber Support Team. I said I am still not getting any request in DC and Virginia. They said checked my profile and everything looks good. I am not lying. I am getting request only in Maryland. DC and Virginia blocked!

Trusting an organization to pick you up and drop you off at your desired location is a HUGH risk. I want to say I m a ball of nerve every time my love ones say I m getting in a Uber and a relief when they arrive safely to their desired locations.
Uber gets a bad rap for all the mess ups. I would agree they need to do a better job of screening out undesirables, but I have to say I m very grateful for their service. It s better than any taxi especially, when I m a ball of nerve when your precious is thrown to the wolves at 3: am by other companies inconveniences (greyhound). Thank you!

Im an area manager of five restaurant in Richmond VA. and its sad that when we were getting stated it was so easy to talk to someone. Now that i really need help I cant get anyone to call or email me back! Again you guys SUCK! I will never use uber eats again and I'm sending all my IPads back! Dont use ubereats they we steal your money and never call you back about it! They just keep it and run! They suck and they steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I can give Uber 0 stars! It's the biggest rip off... Uber does not care about their "partners" and pay them very little even though Uber did not provide but the app, everything else is the partner responsibility. Driver's or "partners' provide their own cars, insurance, gas, water in the car for riders, some of them provide candy, they pay of traffic tickets, it's their time and effort, they stay out late working so hard. And at the end of they day, Uber cuts % 49 to % 51 at certain times and locations. It's is absolutely unfair. I used uberEats a couple of times, in both times, the orders were messed up in some way, I thought , May be if Uber pays their partners a bit better they could or would do a better job.

I'm an Uber driver and I really find it hard to believe that ubers greenlight Hub doesn't have a direct line to their office. I also find very confusing that Uber has hired people from different countries to take their calls from drivers and passengers who needs support. People like myself are getting tired of having to deal with them. They are rude and try to talk over passengers and driver's who call them for support. I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional on their part and if I was the ceo of this company. I would be very embarrassed to know that I have people like that representing business.
they need to have 24/7 support for drivers it is sad the drivers are the money makers of the company but they cant get enough support or service to solve problems like to return after being in car collision.

I was totally blown away with the TOP Notch service I received for this past week of using Uber DC daily. All of the cars they used were awesome..the Drivers all dressed sharp and were very articulate conversationalist and positive attitudes. Now, this is the way public taxi service should be like. Long Live Uber!!

Bad experience. Got a black car from 16th Street NW to Dulles airport. They charged me USD139!!! for this that I usually pay no more than USD80.00. According to the receipt (by email) the taxi took me to another address.. No way to complaint since there is no phone service and they don't respond emails.

Came today and as of February 1st, 2016 they have changed locations. They are now in 7766 Marlboro pike Forestville, MD 20747
The Uber support center, nothing spectacular, simple log in, and wait to be called. I was seen in 30 minutes, the support member was helpful and i was finally able to get my window sticker (no more printout).
1. Three times, driver cancelled after saying that s/he was close. Annoying!
2. Drivers starting off 1 to 3 mins away, then going farther and farther away
3. Drivers not picking up phone
4. No customer service
5. Crappy organizational leadership & culture
I used uber today to go to my job, normally the fare is about 12 dollars, I used the app and only available option was Black Car, so I chose this option...Wow...32 dollars...I could scream.Will never use them again...Lyft all the way!! Beware if you choose Black Car you will be robbed...

Failed to ever notify me I was even accepted as a driver. No contact phone, they refuse to answer emails. UBER filed a form with the dmv even without approving me and I had to pay the dmv to cancel it

Good afternoon, I have always liked the service that you offer, however, some drivers are not very friendly. Now I do not like the fact that I ask for a taxi and a message comes out that they are looking for another passenger I ask for it for me I do not want get in with another unknown person and I almost do not want to use the service I give an address and they take me to a nearby mall and when I tell them that it was not there that I asked it to the station they turn aggressively and apart once they raised the rate because of the mistake he made that they assume.
