When you're looking this company up just remember that the score is based on their location and their building and not how they run as a business. 1 Star is the lowest I could give here, if I could give lower I would have. Unbelievably childish company with no respect (or even consideration) for those with difference of opinions and no understanding of free speech. People who send death threats (esp. to Conservatives) still have access to their accounts, yet those who argue with or say something not nice (non-threatening, mind you) to their precious protected class of liberal blue check celebrities get permabanned.

Twitter HQ is located at hip Market street in SF .It has amazing ambience with lounge by the name of 'the lodge' , terrace garden with barbecue and view of amazing buildings around and a floor dedicated to gourmet multi-cuisine food during lunch time for employees and visitors.

I visited Twitter in the context of a business trip. We got all the information we asked for and I was impressed by the atmosphere. Always enjoyed Twitter to get inspired by the tweets from experts in the digital marketing field. Or in crisis situation to keep updated on the latest developments e.g. New Years thunderstorm in Thailand.

I was locked out of my account and twitter mentioned to get it back, I need to use smartphone to unlock it. In doing so, you will need to send them your phone number to them. Last time I give my phone number to another social media, I get more telemarketer spam call. The help center is non-responsive and there is no way to get your account back thru other means.

Like Google Facebook And YouTube, not the best record moderating on free expression lately, just saying. #Veritas

What a lovely office: The cafeteria has amazing food from 4 or 5 different stations & styles, there's a roof top terrace where you can soak up the californian sun (when that happens).

The working space it's self is spacious, modern, fun, creative and well thought out - and the people are fantastic.

If you come to visit here you'll have a grand time, if you're coming to work here, it'll be even better.

You have a phone number and you can't even take calls you are cowards and you better fix this site I never realized how hard it is to change password. It's not like everyone is a criminal. Horrible customer service

They refuse to resolve complaints within a timely manner calling them ther don't answer or they pit you on hold for hours on end wasting your time
They falsely accused of violations with out justification amd they deny all wrongdoing on there part this matter has be forwarded to the federal trade commission and the attorney general's office of investigation

Special thanks to Twitter for allowing Girls Who Code. Now, younger girls are hoping to find a passion in computer science. Staffs are excellent and really welcoming towards guests. Love the great selections of food and dinning areas. The restrooms are well organized and clean. The atmosphere at Twitter is open for diversity and accepting towards others. I really felt comfortable towards this environment. Hope I visit again. Thank You Twitter.

Twitter is running on authoritarian scare tactics. There has been a spike lately in wrongfully banned, suspended, and locked accounts, and I was hit a little over a week ago after making an innocuous reply to someone I follow. My account was locked under the accusation that I was a bot, when there was clearly no evidence to support this. I ve been locked out now a total of five times since then, whenever I tweet one account in particular. I m in no way in violation of any of the rules, however Twitter zeros support or insight into why your account has been targeted, only pointing to you their rules with subtle threats that if you do not follow them (tweeting how they want you to tweet, only interacting with people they see fit) your account could be suspended indefinitely. I have found no work around to this problem other than to create a secondary account, which I can interact with this one particular account without issue. In the process I ve lost most of my following. Twitter Support is joke and entirely automated, the biggest irony when you ve been accused of being a bot. There is no legitimate support, I have tried opening multiple tickets, even claiming my account has been hacked, and still nothing. There s no a living, breathing person working at this joke of a business.

Someone hacked into my account and the only way to rectify is to call them. I can't email because the email & phone number has also been changed. Twitter hates human contact because the number they provided will not allow a person to speak with them. I could log out of my account but then I won't be able to get back in. Twitter has to have a way for users like me to get help. E-mailing assistance to your e-mail address or sending a code to your phone number when neither can be accessed because it's not known is a joke. HELP!

I have worked here for almost 6 years now, and about a year after I started we moved our office into this building. It's got a roof deck, standard issue open office floor plan, and several open/common areas for finding a quiet space to work, or having a conversation over coffee made by our in-house baristas. All in all, a pretty amazing place to get to work every day!

I was suspended for a message that someone didn't like. That was only a limit to some of my features for 12 hours. I appealed this and was locked out completely. They stood by the suspension but have continued to keep me locked out. They want me to delete the tweet but won't unlock the account for me to do this. They claim my email is "unmontitored" whatever that means. Can't be an issue since I've received emails from them there. Even provided an alternate email that the system claims to have sent emails too but that hasn't happened. No longer getting any help from Twitter! They don't even follow their own rules!
As a Conservative voice, I'm sure this is the main motivation for this treatment!

While Twitter is a great site, they fail to respond to support requests by tweet, email, or otherwise.

I called their phone, randomly picked an extension and thought I had reached them, I think it was 2104 or 2105, and whatever it was and it was an extension number close to that, instead I got McDonalds, and when I tried to explain the problem and was wanting to know what was going on the peson said 'Do you want fries with that? (Oddly, I had just had two McDonalds burgers within 20 minutes of this). Asked for a manager so I could alert her to the snafu, the employee hung up on me instead.

So this company does not care whether it lives or dies. If they don't keep their phone system in order an don't answer phones or emails, why promote yourself by paying them to promote a twet?

Other things I got were two private residences, etc.

Issue described was resolved 1/17/18 but only for some tweets and not others, but on 1/20/18, the tweet propagation and organic impressions counters failed again at roughly noon MST or slightly after. Tweeting @TwitterSupport does not work, no response whatsoever. Additionally, a Better Business Bureau complaint was filed late this week as well.

Problems recurred 1/28 abd lasted 24 hours then all normal until midday 1/29, then recurred before noon PST 1/29 and is currently ongoing. , up to an hour normally. phones there all screwed up and have been set to forwardd to random private residences and other businesses. 2102 did that just now (1/30)

Star rating for Twitter HQ appears to have been manipulated by online 'reputation managers' so it is well above what the true star rating is.

Twitter has continuously been harrassing me. I don't know if it's because of racism or prejudice. But my last account was deleted for no reason, it said I was using bad language. Yet the person I spoke to cussed, used bad language and racial slurs. They deleted my account long story short. I created a second one, on this account I bothered no one... the moment I started getting attention and ALOT of retweets where people were following me back to back. They suspended my account, and there was a feminist talking down on this recent 15yr old boy that got killed getting dragged out of the store. I used reasoning to tell her how it is wrong to insult a 15yr old boy who did nothing wrong. So, that could be the reason.. because it seems like they are catering to the lgbt and feminist and this is in no way disrespect to those types of people. It's just the moment I disagree, not aggressively or without any form of verbal abuse. That's when they decide to do it. So I really want to conduct a lawsuit and if that doesn't work. Try something else these big companies are getting out of control with this abuse of power. As soon as I got on I felt as though I was bullied and targetted specifically with certain things not being coincidental.

Mind you Twitter used to be my favorite social media, and I supported them for 10yrs.

These people at Twitter should be prosecuted for practicing communism and fascism. They are suppressing the Constitution of the United States by snuffing out the first amendment guaranteed to every citizen in the United States. Conservatives, Independence, Christians and Jews have no voice on Twitter. Boycott Twitter.

Since the 29th of last May, I have been banned from tweeting or retweeting. I have updated and changed the password, but now it is prohibited !!

You guys saw it fit to ban by account with no reason sited, no actual way to retrieve the account, and no warning leading up to the accounts lock down, there's no counter saying this is when you'll get it back and quite frankly I expect answers.

Twitter has been great every other time until now. My account has been put on lockdown because of "suspicious activity". From the outside looking in when I am not signed into my account, there are no signs of me being hacked or anything. My issue is, when I try to reset my password as I have been told to do, it comes up with only one option: an email address that is incorrect and not in use anymore. Because of this, I cannot reset my password without changing my email, and I cannot change my email when my account is locked! I have emailed Twitter MULTIPLE times because they do not have phone support which is ridiculous. I have tried appealing the lock on my account but I don't think the Help Center email thing knows how to fix it. Is there a real person I can talk to or do I have to make a new account?!?!?!

My account was suspended AGAIN after the man who had my life destroyed and my son kidnapped and everything in life taken from me simply for not wanting to be with him trolled me with a sht ton of shill handles and bots profiles. This is the 6th twitter account they shut down because he showed his ass and let too much slip out when he went all crazy on me again. He told me his buddies at twitter tell him everytime i make an account. Twitter participates in stalking of targeted individuals. Im taking this assault on my life to every womans group in existence

I have a twitter account & some really mean follower of mine reported my account to Twitter HQ. My account is now suspended & I can't even get back into it. I can't follow anyone, post anything, message anyone, or do anything like that. I learned my lesson about not being nice to a few of my friends online. It back fired on me that they'd be so cruel by turning me in to Twitter HQ. Btw I've apologized to those people as well when I used to have access to that account. Things are good now, but I really miss being online with my friends. I want my account back & I want my access back. I want to be able to follow people, post anything,message anyone & anything like that. Twitter is horrible by not giving me MY account back.

Does not properly enforce their terms of service on all accounts, allowing threats of violence toward others. Ethics matter, even on the internet. Twitter needs to do better.
