They refuse to resolve complaints within a timely manner calling them ther don't answer or they pit you on hold for hours on end wasting your time
They falsely accused of violations with out justification amd they deny all wrongdoing on there part this matter has be forwarded to the federal trade commission and the attorney general's office of investigation
