I love working with Twiddy, Their staff is very helpful and friendly. We have rented Four Queens and a King for four years. We love it. It is close to the beach and the pool is wonderful. The home is well kept and has everything we needed for our family of 10. We have worked with Twiddy for many years and plan to stick with them.

When checking in to our 4x4 Beach Rental House, the man and woman behind the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about driving on the beach. They even offer a station to put air in your tires after driving on the beach. Overall a great experience renting a house through Twiddy.

We loved our house through Twiddy. They were incredibly responsive while trying to secure a house and also while we were in the OBX. I would highly recommend their services! Also, if you really want a good experience, ask for Stacy as your vacation specialist. She is the absolute best.

Booked a vacation house on the 4x4 beach with Twiddy.

House was nice, but a little dirty. Lots of insects up on the walls. The previous renter must have left the doors open. That issue cleared out after two days.

Called them up for a running toilet that wouldn t stop.

Plumber came out in about 2 hours and fixed the toilet valve and then replaced a few shower heads that were having issues.

Overall Twiddy was good to work with. Their main building had air pumps to re air my tires.

Stayed at morning star, Swain Beach week of September 14th 2019. We have stayed at this house 3 other times over 10 yrs.
This time it was a horrible experience. Dirty linens, house had fleas, washer machine broken....list goes on and on.

Twiddys was 100% unresponsive, 30+ phone calls, everyone passing blame, zero follow through. Was advised to email all the issues to which i did, only to get a I'm sorry you had a bad experience email back.

Emailed back asking for a leader in the company to call.....no response to that email, nor a phone call.

Please think twice before spending your money with twiddy. They are a joke of a company anymore.

Easy check in and out, very convenient and clean... highly recommended!

Have stayed with twiddy since our first obx trip back in 2015. Always taken care of us. Houses are well maintained and well stocked. If you need assistance there fairly quick to answer. Will return to twiddy year after year. If your staying in northern obx this is the only company you need.

From the moment we booked with Twiddy, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience.

Have always been happy with this company in this area. Everyone is helpful and easy check in.

Met Twiddy employee Eddie Pontoon on the 4x4 beach. He gave us some GREAT advice on how to navigate the beach with our vehicles & he pulled my friends truck out. He refused to take a tip. Extremely friendly, so glad we crossed paths!!!

Awesome company. I cant say enough. We have used them for around 18 years now and they have always gone above and beyond when situations arise. Just one example. The one year a hurricane hit head on when it was supposed to miss south. They were the first to get into the offices and contact the incoming visitors and saved our vacation while I am sure some of the staff should have been at their own houses during that time. Other rental agencies closed up with no contacts available. They were calling Twiddy for updates because their couldnt get any updates from the company they used.

We had a great family vacation thanks to Twiddy's staff and our home's owner. The company's website was easy to use to find the ideal home for our requirements and preferences. Their staff was helpful answering questions and letting us know about check-in procedures. We loved the Corolla location and felt the home was as nice-- if not nicer-- than depicted on the website. Thank you, Twiddy!

Twiddy was incredibly professional and responsive. From beginning to end, the company communicated with us about the check-in process, changes due to the Thanksgiving holiday, and the check-out process. They also made sure to call the afternoon of check-in to make sure everything was working properly and to ensure that we had no issues entering the home.

My family has vacationed in Twiddy homes for 10 years and we continue to return because of their outstanding service. Every summer we stay in a different house and each time the homes are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Their website makes it easy to filter and sort their available vacation homes so that I can find exactly the home(s) that fit our needs. The staff has always been very helpful, whether we needed assistance trying to locate an item we've left behind or the very rare times we've called because something needed to be fixed. I look forward to my OBX trips because I know they will handle everything with our accommodations and there will only be good surprises.

These people really know what they are doing and do it well. Customer service is second to none. House was well equipped and clean. I've rented homes in OBX for 30 years and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.

House (sand crawler) in a good location close to the beach.

Pictures & description are misleading for All is Whale. Also, upon arrival the house and surrounding grounds weren't clean. The refrigerator smelled of fish, the ice maker didn't work and there were bugs flying around the house. We called Twiddy to have somebody come out and fix the ice make but no one ever came. TV didn't work either. The bedding was misrepresented. The top and middle floor were accurate and nice. The lower or bottom floor were horrible. The mattress in the bunk bed rooms were about 4 inches thick and you felt the springs. Even the young kids said they were uncomfortable. When a mattress is folded in half, as these were, then you know they aren't decent mattresses. One bunk bed room was suppose to have a trumble bed and it didn't. In the bunk bed rooms, if you do use the Trumble bed it consumes all the space in the room. So if you have 3 people in there, there's nowhere to put your luggage and there's nowhere to walk around. There's about a foot space between the bottom bunk and the trumbull bed that's pulled out. There is a dresser in the room but the Trumble bed is pushed up against the wall and the dresser because that's the only way it can fit. My advice in these rooms, you can have two small people on the bottom bunk & one on the top but that's about the max that you can have realistically in that room. And if you're an average sized adult it's going to be very uncomfortable. The good about this house is its location. You are one block from the beach. Literally right around the corner from the beach access which is fantastic. The house can hold a lot of people and the main floor with the Decks are very accommodating to a large crowd, as we had 25. It's just the sleeping situation that isn't really as it is portrayed in the ad. My best advice is find another house if sleeping and cleanliness are important.

Twiddy was completely unresponsive to calls for assistance with home problems. I was told a manager would call me back, no calls were returned. House was worn, dirty, tired, gross. Very poorly furnished and outfitted. Anegandas Windjammer. Do not rent this house. Like ever.

Twiddy is the top Management Company in the OBX. They provide a great guest experience from beginning to end.

I am the owner of "Pura Vida", a 9 Bedroom home in Whalehead and have used Twiddy since I purchased the home two years ago this month. I consistently hear great reviews from my guests about Twiddy's service. As an owner, I see the work that Twiddy puts in 'behind the scenes' to make sure every guest has a fantastic experience. After several rentals and years of working with other rental companies, Twiddy is by far the best. Responsive, courteous, competent, and welcoming are just a few adjectives used to describe this team. Mary, who greeted us upon arrival was PHENOMENAL! I needed to print something out and all area print shops were closed, the team was accommodating and went above and beyond. We stayed at a rental during Trop. Storm Hermine and the communications about being safe and what to expect were invaluable. I would not hesitate to book all future vacation with Twiddy and team.

I was disappointed that Twiddy did not fix the TV problem we had. I contacted them the first day and the issue was never resolved.

We have stayed with Twiddy & Company for many years and it has always been an amazing experience. The houses have been wonderful, the reservation process is easy and the office staff is very friendly. We always vacation up north in Duck and Corolla and Twiddy has the best selection of beach houses by far. They are the only company we rent through now and we love our vacation time on the Outer Banks. I highly recommend them for your OBX vacation home rentals.

I rented a home in Carova last thanksgiving from Twiddy after problems in Hatteras with my other home rental because of the hurricane. They were awesome! Friendly efficient, and life savers for saving my vacation and holiday. I will certainly rent from them again.

My family and I are staying here now at their Lindenwood House , #N035.
We arrived Sunday and paid an extra $750 plus taxes to have the pool heated.

The AC has not been working on the first floor. There were 2 adults and 4 children staying on that level. After three days and no AC they left to go home.

The pool heat has not worked at all.

Every day since our arrival we have called and emailed guest relations and have gotten no real response. Different Twiddy vendors have stopped by and confirmed thst they lose items were not working but each of them has said something to the effect of I need some one else to address this and then left and we have had no contact from twiddy.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The house itself is quite nice but I am excessively dissatisfied with the service (lack of) from twiddy.
I never post reviews like this but sense they have NEVER picked up the phone to call me I am going this route to see if they are watching and notice their customers dissatisfaction at all.

The staff was very nice, the beach house was okay but there were some cleanliness issues i.e the fire place and grill was very dirty. Somevof the Audio visual equipment didn't work but the staff came and addressed these issues. The pool was nice. The house was right off the beach.

Wonderful 1st time experience in the OBX with Twiddy. They run a smooth + polished operation. Book with them and be worry-free on vacation.

I've tried the 3 major realty companies in Corova. There really is no better than these people. They are all well trained professionals and across the board courteous.

I am a repeat Twiddy customer. Twiddy homes include pet and linen fees in the base price! Some of their pet friendly homes accommodate 2 dogs which is unusual. The text messaging of information is also very helpful. Highly recommend this company!

The house we stayed at was very nice.
However I don't think I will be renting with Twiddy again.
The house was filthy and we ended up spending part of a day cleaning, doing house keepings job. This was after Twiddy said they would send house keeping and they never showed up. There was bits of food all over the dining table and kitchen floor. There were juice stains scattered all over the floors. There was sand everywhere. When we tried to vacuum up the sand the vacuum broke. We ended up getting a new one after complaining to Twiddy in person and pulled a full canister of sand out of the carpets! We found two roaches in the house. The first floor tub looks like someone vomited sand into the tub, it was absolutely disgusting. The air filter was 100% clogged. We had a random Twiddy employee come to the house to test keys the day before we checked out. They couldn't have waited a day or test an office key?

Horrible experience. We stayed at Sun and Waves. The house doesn't look the same on the website as it does in person. House not very well maintained. Called Twiddy that day to discuss the overall issues. (Pool dirty, vomit in the bathroom, stairs with missing risers ( we had little kids staying in the house) overall house needed cleaned, electrical items not working, theatre room not working, etc). Twiddy did send someone out to try and look at some of the items. The cleaning crew said this house was a 'spring break house' and you wouldn't believe what they have cleaned up in the past. Not a great place for families to stay. We had 5. With kids.

Spoke to Twiddy at the end of the stay to see about how what they will do to rectify the cost of this house? Asked if anyone from he rental office that sales these rental stays has come out here to review the property? Twiddy said they had not been out to the property. We asked for a rep from Twiddy to come out and review the condition of this home. Twiddy declined and said we could file a claim. We did. Twiddy stated that they would call the following week to start the process. They didn't. We called them the following week and completed the claim. It has been over a month since . Now Twiddy will not return phone call messages or has contacted us. Now we are looking at having to get attorneys involved.

Buyer beware. Ask if they have reviewed they property before renting. Not maintenance people. But people in sales that have been out to the property. Ask if the house doesn't match the website and is in this condition what is their process and turnaround to complete the claim. Good luck!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel that I should because our experience with Twiddy was one bad thing after another. For what we paid for our vacation rental (Pelican's Nest), it should not have been dirty when we arrived, and the exterior should not have been caked with bugs. I understand it was a "buggy season" but the deck and pool furniture was so covered in dead bugs that it was revolting and unusable, not to mention the sides of the house. Someone should have power washed. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was also broken when we arrived. When we called, they did send a cleaning crew for the interior, but nothing was done about the bugs or deck/pool furniture. We also had the lights stop working downstairs and were told it was not an emergency. I feel their customer service lacks something to be desired. The final straw for me was our departure day. We packed up and left, and hours later I realized that I had left something valuable to me behind. I called and explained the situation, including a description of the item and where EXACTLY it was. They did not make the lost-and-found process easy. At all. They told me they couldn't look for it for a WEEK. Excuse me? You couldn't just run over? By the time I called back (they did not follow up with me) a week later my item was reported to be not there. I called back several times with no luck. Will we be using Twiddy again? Absolutely not.

It is evident that Twiddy puts a lot of energy into providing high quality rentals. They ensure the properties are very clean, and that the house is in good working order. But, for those times when we have needed to have something fixed, they have also been very responsive. That, to us, is what one should expect from a high quality organization.

I would not deal with company. They do not honor their contacts. Watch out for the bait and switch of days and / or houses. Also, some of the reviews of unclean or unkept houses are true.

My experience with Twiddy was great all around! The staff was friendly and helpful from booking to check in and even gave us restaurant and activity recommendations. The house we rented was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be renting from Twiddy again.

While researching our first trip to the Outer Banks I was not finding exactly what I wanted. A friend told me about Twiddy. I found exactly what I was looking for! Right from the initial contact with a Twiddy associate, I was impressed! Great customer service. Friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping you make your vacation perfect. We rented Farfrumwerkn on the 4X4 Beach. This home was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described and stocked with everything you could need. We hope to return again in the future.

This is our 4th year spending Thanksgiving in the Outer Banks at a Twiddy property. The three houses we stayed in were all very nice, extremely clean and well taken care of. My only issue is that on call maintenance all four years was very slow especially during the off season time of year. It took two or three days to fix the internet, fireplace issues and TV's that didn't work and they didn't seem at all surprised about the problems which for the amount of money being paid for a week shouldn't even happen to begin with. Other than small issues in the home Twiddy was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

Husband rented us a home from Twiddy and Company for week of Christmas 2018. Rental was on 4x4 beaches. Our experience was wonderful! Received email updates thru the whole time . Even got to check in to our home early! They even provide air to air back up the tires! Looking forward to another visit! Will definitely be using Twiddy for our rental needs!

I have stayed in the Outer banks more than a dozen times and enjoyed many lovely homes there. This particular house was well decorated and provided the expected necessities. The pool was nice and clean, and the walk to the beach was easy. However the steep, curvy driveway was a definite hazard and totally unexpected. Every time we backed out (no room to turn around) our cars veered off into an overgrown drop- off! The house was not clean by any measure. We found several dead mice and droppings in the garage where the beach chairs/umbrella were stored, as well as water running from the ceiling, and did notify the agency. They did say they fixed the leak, but did nothing about the mice or droppings, which were scattered about the garage. There were blood stains on the dust ruffle and nearby carpeting in the 3rd floor bedroom. The showers/ Jacuzzis in this room and one on the second floor had a high, narrow step that was dangerous to use, especially for children. There were also dead insects scattered on the carpeting throughout the house. This property could use improvements.

Twiddy and their response to the covid emergency in unexcusable. I was going in thirds with my family on DUCK IS US the week of may 16th. We contacted them in March and again in april and may. Long story short, eventho we had lost our job for weeks, we are just going back to work and cannot take vacation at all at this time, even if we could afford it after having weeks with no pay. I also had an earlier rental with VRBO........FULL REFUND, they did not even keep my deposit.
BOTTOM LINE: don't rent from Twiddy!

The house was fabulous but it ends there. Ran out of propane, thus, cold showers and no gas for stove, pool had sand in it all week and heater wouldn't run consistently, firepit didn't work, sound system for Cabana Bar didn't work. Twiddy's response was no response or do-as-little-as-possible. Well deserved one-star rating.

The customer concern is tops here- we had an issue with a dirty grill- previous renters had not cleaned up after themselves- we were given a very generous credit for future use- they are super friendly- the house was great- view is fantastic-!!! I recommend this rental company-

We have stayed at Sound Escape for 4 years...a special home that makes our week in Corolla memorable. Sound Escape is a beautiful home on the water...every night we sit on the deck, drink wine and watch the spectacular sunsets!!!

Twiddy has been a great Realty company for our family. The houses are always clean and decently appointed. They have the best website for searching houses in the entirety of the Outer Banks. All in all a great experience every year we've used them (8 of 10 years now).

Do not use this rental company. They will check you into homes they know have serious problems and not care about your inconvenience. Scam company.

UPDATE: No, your managers never called. Mary promised to call and Mike promised to call and never did. On top of it, the Mid week bathroom cleaning I prepaid and set up with your company never showed up. You have been renting a home with serious issues and lying to people renting it. There is no excuse.

Do not rent Compass Rose!

I don t know where to begin with this review. Not much sense in being long winded as after speaking with the customer service staff they indicated that the rats we found in the house and grill area were not a big deal. In fact the agent laughed at me and said they had much bigger issues to deal with. Bigger issues than rats where we were trying to have a family barbecue? Aside from from the rats the place is dirty with windows that you can t see out of. Million dollar view? I wish we could see it. Appliances not working, dirty, and covered in rat poop.
Don t rent from these people. I contacted the sheriff and they said there are rats all over these rental units!

This was our third time renting from Twiddy since September 2019 and this rental went as smoothly as the other two. The only difference is this time we were able to rent a house on the oceanfront that also has an elevator. The house itself had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival as well as was ready even earlier then than the usual check-in time. The panoramic views of the ocean as well as views of the sound made this house a perfect place to spend a week in Corolla. They also supplied a Twiddy insulated bag loaded with some basic supplies (e.g. dish detergent, sponge, etc.). As it was February, the pool, of course, was closed, but the hot tub on the second floor deck was in perfect working condition and made for some very relaxing times. We had a day with some heavy rains followed by some heavier than usual winds which made some areas of the road near the sound flooded, but still passable. A Twiddy customer service representatives, Sheri I believe, even called us to inform us of some flooding issues around Duck as well as said she was also checking to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. All in all, it was a great week in an exceptional house with views only pictures can describe. Twiddy has exceptional customer service, something I personally find hard to find these days. As such, I highly recommend them as your first contact when interested in renting a fabulous OBX vacation house. In addition, I very highly recommend taking a look at Bye D Sea (E188) if available. I can assure you will not be disappointed.

Just wrapped up a rental in Duck. As I ve been doing vacation rentals in Dare county for the past 33 years, I can honestly say this was the worse rental property I ve ever experienced (Cordova, Duck, Rodanthe, and many in Avon.) SO MANY property issues. Leaky toilets in every room. Clogged drains in multiple rooms. Trash everywhere around the property. Empty propane tank with the gas grill. (Well, it ran out 3 minutes after I cleaned the grill). Beach chairs rusty and filthy. No blender anywhere. EVERY sliding screen door in the house was completely unusable (4 sliders) Many of the screens were already ripped due to the unusable sliding screen doors. SO disappointed with the condition of this very expensive rental. I ll never use Twiddy again. I LOVE the outer banks and will be back but NOT with Twiddy!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced on vacation. We stayed at the Sea Pony in Corolla, North Carolina in August 2018. The house was spot cleaned but still had dirt around and mold in the bathrooms. Pool filter wasn't working properly to the point that we could only use it 2 out of 7 days. We called every other day and it would take them another day to respond (after multiple attempts). We barely were able to use the pool because it wasn't filtering properly. After contacting then again TWICE after the end of the week, they responded TWO months later telling us the was nothing wrong with the pool and no refund to be had. Never again. Awful property management and customer service.

This was by far the best most relaxing vacation I can remember. Twiddy really knows customer service. Any issue we had they handled immediately. The house was spotless, well kept, and the kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen.
Twiddy has a great presence on Facebook and Instagram. They post video blogs of beach conditions and happenings in the area. We were not affected by the hurricane, but they were right there explaining the situations as they happened. This is essential for out of town people who are not familiar with evacuation and reentry procedures. You can tell that they really care about their guests and are knowledgeable about all things OBX.

Great house, very easy to rent and check in/check out. Very, very clean home, really well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and pans. We had an absolute blast in the pool and will return one day!

I'd give no stars if I could. Twiddy rented my family and I a house the leaked horribly when it rained! Every slider door was like a water fall. On top of that the cleanliness was questionable! Wall art was dirty and dusty. Furniture has seen better days, and it smelled so bad from all the water leaking issues. Needless to say we will go back to renting from Carolina Designs. We never had any issues with the homes we rented from them. Twiddy just doesn't hold the same quaility standards as other property management companies.

Twiddy realty was great! We did not have any issues and check in was a breeze! We will definitely book through them again in the future! The Cypress Sunset home we stayed in was beautiful! The views from his house were amazing! It was very spacious with plenty of room for our family! The elevator was a huge plus. My dad has trouble climbing stairs so he really enjoyed the elevator. The only negative was there were a lot of spiders but, you are sound front and there are lots of trees so that's to be expected. Oh. And the 3rd floor half bath has a towel bar on the wall in front of the toilet, watch your head bending down and up because you'll about knock yourself out. The pool and the hot tub were both great! I would definitely stay here again! This was one of the best vacations we had been on in years!

STAY AWAY..

here is the response I got after 6-weeks of waiting on a house for which the weekly rental was over $20 K, ruined vacation and terrible memories...

I've been reviewing the issues you encountered during your stay at Sand Break, and I sincerely apologize that you had any problems at all. Unfortunately, the owner of this home contracts with Sandbar to handle all of the maintenance and housekeeping issues, which basically restricts Twiddy on response time, etc. That being said, it appears that Sandbar did respond to your needs in a commercially reasonable time frame. Thank you for your feedback regarding the WiFi. We will certainly pass that along with everything else to the owner. There may be an upgrade that can be installed for the WiFi.

In any event, Twiddy will refund your home service fee in the sum of $250.00, the parking fee of $35.00 and offer you a credit of $500.00 for a future stay in any of our homes. Again, please accept my apology that you had any issues during your vacation...

I told them to keep it!!!!

Our overall experience was a total nightmare and horrifying.





The next day we drove an hour to go to the twiddy office to purchase beach vehicle permits, the agent contradicted what we were told the day before and we didn t need a permit.













After spending Sunday-Tuesday trying to get the house clean and the problems fixed, we finally gave up .We cleaned portion of the house ourselves..stayed there rest of the week and left .

1.Paid for early check-in and the cleaning crew just started when we got there and then did a rush job because we were there.
2. Place leaked water flooding into one of the lower-level bedrooms and was infested with spiders and bugs. Spiders were getting into our luggage and all through our clothes. Called 3 times and was told they would send someone and no one ever showed.
3. Septic tank was spilling over into our yard.
4. Bath and drinking water was super cloudy and brown.
5. Ask to speak to manager upon checkout and they told me no one was available. Took my information and then never called. Wrote a email explaining my experiences and disappointment and the response I got was apparent they didn't even read my email. I replied and got no response.
I am posting this two months after this experience because I wanted to give them the chance to fix it and they have made it clear by their non-response.

My family and I have enjoyed this house for a few years. It's attractively and comfortably furnished, and very well equipped. Although it's a bit of a chore getting up there, we love the quiet, and there's plenty of room on the beach.

We stayed at Mi Casa Su Casa in Duck. The house is in the perfect location. With panoramic views of the ocean and literally steps from the back doors of the house is the beach, it is hard to find anything wrong with this house. Twiddy was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The house was immaculately clean, sheets blankets and towels in every room. We will definitely be using Twiddy again for our next Outer Banks family vacation!

A relaxing and fun vacation.We have been vacationing on the outer banks for about 20 years.Now it is even better because our grandchildren can also enjoy this great place.We have stayed at the second star to the right a total of 5 times and enjoy it very much.Recent updates and convenience to the beach make it a great place to stay.Looking forward to our next visit!

There was stuff leftover from previous tenants and the oven had to be taped shut to work. Many of the doors were not able to be locked and were hard to close all the way, causing a bug problem. Otherwise, it was a cool place to visit.

Love the folks at Twiddy. You can always count on their homes being well maintained and fully equipped. Their communication is excellent, especially with the COVID emergency. Their willingness to re-market homes due to the pandemic was very much appreciated. First class all the way!

The vacation specialist was extremely helpful, quick to respond with answers. Twiddy and Company is my only OBX vacation rental company.

The company takes down all of the negative reviews on the properties. Had a horrible experience with severely leaking windows to electrical shorts that made certain sockets turn on randomly. They really don t care. House was not clean at all. We were warned by locals that they were not cleaning the houses just flipping the sheets. Sad to say but they have lost a customer because they have gone downhill.

Absolutely a beautiful house with such easy access to the beach. Even though we were evacuated after only 48 hours due to Hurricane Dorian, we throughly enjoyed those 48 hours. Only one suggestion is to have blinds in the living room and kitchen windows due to the sun. We look forward to our 2020 vacation at Seasons in the Sun and pray there isn t any mandatory evacuations!

Moonstruck was an amazing home to rent in a great neighborhood. The views of the moon rising in the evening were perfect! We had such a great first ever family vacation in this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation spot.

Rent from them regularly. Properties are well maintained and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of parking space. Every couple had there own bathroom. Would definitely use Twiddy & Company Vacation Rentals again!

I can t say enough about Twiddy!!
Our washing machine didn t work the day we arrived.
I left them know and they washed our clothes, returned them clean (same day)and before the week was over had a new washing machine sent in.
They are an absolutely outstanding company. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 30+ years and they outperformed everyone else.
If I could give six stars out of five I would!

I used Twiddy to rent a beach house for a week in Corolla, North Carolina. This was my first time booking a beach house on my own as an adult, so I wasn t really sure what to expect. Twiddy was amazing from first checking out houses on the website, all the way to now, with me being home and returned from vacation. The home we visited was huge and very clean and well-decorated, and came with a pool, hot tub, and pool tables. We had an issue with our hot tub during our stay, which was quickly and easily solved upon placing a work order. Twiddy s website and software allowed me to find answers to all of my questions, and I was texted important information regarding my stay throughout the week. I can t wait to book with Twiddy again next year!

Renting process was very easy. we had many issues with the home DUCK BREAK, but that mainly due to lack of care by homeowner. Twiddy was very quick to address and correct any issues we reported and everyone I met was very kind.
