The worst customer service I've ever experienced on vacation. We stayed at the Sea Pony in Corolla, North Carolina in August 2018. The house was spot cleaned but still had dirt around and mold in the bathrooms. Pool filter wasn't working properly to the point that we could only use it 2 out of 7 days. We called every other day and it would take them another day to respond (after multiple attempts). We barely were able to use the pool because it wasn't filtering properly. After contacting then again TWICE after the end of the week, they responded TWO months later telling us the was nothing wrong with the pool and no refund to be had. Never again. Awful property management and customer service.
