here is the response I got after 6-weeks of waiting on a house for which the weekly rental was over $20 K, ruined vacation and terrible memories...
I've been reviewing the issues you encountered during your stay at Sand Break, and I sincerely apologize that you had any problems at all. Unfortunately, the owner of this home contracts with Sandbar to handle all of the maintenance and housekeeping issues, which basically restricts Twiddy on response time, etc. That being said, it appears that Sandbar did respond to your needs in a commercially reasonable time frame. Thank you for your feedback regarding the WiFi. We will certainly pass that along with everything else to the owner. There may be an upgrade that can be installed for the WiFi.
In any event, Twiddy will refund your home service fee in the sum of $250.00, the parking fee of $35.00 and offer you a credit of $500.00 for a future stay in any of our homes. Again, please accept my apology that you had any issues during your vacation...

Our overall experience was a total nightmare and horrifying.
The next day we drove an hour to go to the twiddy office to purchase beach vehicle permits, the agent contradicted what we were told the day before and we didn t need a permit.
After spending Sunday-Tuesday trying to get the house clean and the problems fixed, we finally gave up .We cleaned portion of the house ourselves..stayed there rest of the week and left .
