Sean had to special order my rainguards from Weathertech. As always he stayed on top of the situation and let me know when they came in. Now I'm the kind of person that can install these weatherguards myself but when I arrived at the dealership he installed the guards for me . If that's not customer service then I don't know what is!! Keep up the great work!!! Can't thank you enough.

Even though I didn't walk out with a car today, that's fine I more so went for helpful information and John was more then helpful. He was very honest and you can tell they don't take advantage of people at Doan. They are there to help you an honest way. I am in a not so good situation with what they call negative equity with the car loan I currently have. John gave me some tips on things I can do to help towards my credit and some other helpful information and told me to come back in 6 months. Thanks John!

Not the friendliest place, but that's not why I'm giving them a 1 star. I went in for an oil change and the 20 something point inspection. I had also mentioned too check my trans fluid. I got home and the coolant was low. Started checking things and windshield wiper fluid was almost out, trans fluid was low, tire pressure was off. I didn't mark my oil filter, but I'd be surprised if it actually got changed. I've got an older gen Cummins so I know the ball joints need replaced. When they finished and gave me the bill I asked how it looked, and they assured me everything looked great. I could've got better service at a Jiffey lube for a fraction of the cost. This is the second time something like this happened here, so I'll never come back.

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jerry Nash. Mr. Nash was quick and had me in the system and car back for it's recall in 4 minutes. Repair was done and out the door in 40 minutes. I just got the 100,000 Mike mark.
