The Tropicana is great. The dealers are very personable and fun. My wife and I come alot and are always treated great. Our host Ginger is the best. Tangos lounge always has great live music. I my opinion the Tropicana is the best in Laughlin.

Small casino but still pleasant. They are in the process of remodeling so depends on were you end up whether you get 1970's circa decor and carpet or new stuff. The staff is very friendly and overall not a bad place to stay. Gave it 3 stars only because of the remodel.

Clean, comfortable rooms, reasonable rates, good restaurants and a fun casino.

Disgusting! The room was so dusty we could legibly write "Dust Me" in the dust on the TV and dresser. And there was a PUBIC HAIR (not ours) stuck to the bathroom picture frame. We were literally scared to get under the covers for fear of what diseases we might catch. We slept on top of the covers that night and checked out the next morning as soon as the sun came up.

Good place to stay for sleep and take a shower, security and called parking very nice ppl,there my firts time on laughing is good I have really good time at laughing biker run#time

Football Sunday 1 bartender..ignored for 15 min. Went to gift shop, bigger, cheaper and better sevice.

Alot of trouble using your own card, they tell you that you have free play, good luck trying to get it! !

Check-in is an extremely long waiting time. 3 windows open, line comparable to waiting for a ride at Disneyland, but they take your money at the end of this line. Not a welcoming experience. We'll see if it gets better after checking in...

In Laughlin Tropicana Fantastic I haven't been there in Vegas didn't have time in joy it touch my life many times past Allways been a good place to hang out

No hot water for over a day. Staff didn't really care to address this concern and no apologies at all. This is my first and my last time I will visit this hotel.

As always great hospitality from checking in to security guy that got in elevator told us to have a great day as we exited. Room perfect, clean! We love the Tropicana!!! Don t know why people are posting negative stuff. Yes pool was packed it was hot and the kids there love it! Of course an adult pool would be nice. For now my husband and I are thankful for a nice place to go to enjoy! Nothing paid out though :( a sign of the Covid times I believe

Nightmare, I reserved 2 months in advance. I drove 4 hrs. to get there and my room was no longer available. I have 3 kids and I was put in a smokers room. The lady helping us said, " I can't give you something I don't have," I asked for the manager and she took literally 2 minutes put me in another room with one bed. My 3 kids, my girlfriend and I had to sleep on 1 bed our reservation was for a 2 bed room. We then picked up all our stuff and we made our way to the 10th floor. We enter the room and the room is filthy, previous occupants had just left. We called the front desk and the conversation took about 15 minutes. We were then moved to the 18th floor. By this time it is 1-2 a.m., my kids still needed to eat dinner!!! I would have gone to another hotel but they were also booked. I then proceeded to get my kids dinner from a restaurant in the hotel. When I arrived in my room I had to wake up my young ones and force feed them. I didn't go to sleep until 4 a.m. After tips for the valet and bell boys I spend about $500 for 2 nights. I spend about $200 at the slots. The staff behind the desk suck. The staff that helped move my car and my stuff is awesome. I will never stay at this terrible place again. They ruined my vacation that I get once a year.

My family and I go down to Laughlin every other month or so and have stayed here before. We really enjoyed it until now. We always book more than one room. Our room had crumbs and wasn t clean like the last time. The air didn t work well and in 100+ heat that s all bad. We were charged extra for wifi this time. We cleaned up the rooms before we left and money was taken from both of my deposits. For what I m not sure. Needless to say we won t be back. However the lady who checked us in was amazing!

Great place to stay but beds aren't as comfortable as home

Went to meet up with friends for a football came. Pretty spirited event. Main bartender not such fun, I sister BOTH MY husband and I have 20..00 in the counter machine before we ordered a drink. We just wanted to bbuy, sit and watch game. Felt pushed into trying to burn off 40..0 for 2 draft beers.

It's really fun but the hotel really needs an update.

I was disappointed in the way the rooms look... nothing like the website the plumbing was not good the toilet back up.... I was very disappointed !!!

We had soo much fun here! The rooms are great and the restaurants here are absolutely amazing. You get free things when you swipe your membership card and we ended up getting a free blender!

Very bad wifi connection , front desk asked me to contact IT service, unbeleivable.. And my friends asked a no smoker room and they get smoker room.. Very bad experience

Very fun experience. Carnegie's is a fantastic restaurant. Great food and service. Only problem with my Tropicana visit was the amount of cigarette smokers. Great, otherwise!

First time at the Tropicana. Nice rooms and staff. Amber from housekeeping was extremely nice. I would stay at the Tropicana again.

We had dinner at the Steakhouse this evening. Eric was our server...what an awesome job he did! He was so attentive to our party of 6! We never once wanted for anything at all...either Eric or Tim, his assistant were constantly checking to refill drinks or asking if any of us needed anything. The food was excellent. The Manager, Geno was also concerned of how our meal was as we were leaving. It's no doubt his employees are the way they are, as he sets the perfect example of just how 'customer service' should be! We'll definitely be back for all the reasons above!

Very nice establishment, well lit and moderate. Great bar i side with excellent band / entertainment. Drinks are fairly priced, the food in the small restaurant is very tasty specially they chicken wings.

Im feom Cali and went with a group of friends for a quick vacation weekend and was not disappointed .

The place is worth the money. Very clean, organised, and they got friendly staff. Good food, and casino area...

Room are good. Casino is alright. Valet is the best part. The men are test respectful and nice. The buffet is not all that...

Rooms are fantastic. One of the few places with bingo.

It was dirty. Housekeeping not doing a goos job. Heaters are filthy. Behind furniture and under bed gross. Would not recommend. Bed were comfortable.

My husband and I used to go there alot but then stopped because the only time we seem to have free play was when we didn't know about it and lost it. Very disappointing

I'd give this place 4 stars, but played for over an hour and was not offered a free drink once. Looks like they have only 2 cocktail runners in the whole place on a Monday.
