Restuarant choices are ok, if you eat at the cafe make sure your time is not rushed. If not the staff will make sure it takes a while.

Had a nice dinner with a group of 14 people they're very accommodating and dinner was very good

This casino, like most of the others in the area, is older and in need of a serious face lift. We only stayed about 20 minutes because the smoke was just too much for us; my husband and I are non-smokers.

I stayed in room 1466, on the 14th floor facing the parking lot. I learned I can request a strip view on my next visit as this was my third time staying here. There was only one con. In the bathroom I wasn't able to find a fan switch for steam when taking a shower. Other then that, it was a great comp room. They offer great rates and deals for loyalty members.

So let me start I'm super thoughtful that these places are open. The young gentleman that checked us in "Tad" absolutely the best , nice and efficient.. We always try to spend our money at the property we are staying at. The first night we ate at the cafe inside ,our waitress was great.. The next morning we went down for breakfast at the same cafe ,our waitress "Charmane" was horrible. Her attitude and demeanor sucked and as we were paying our tab 2 of her other tables said the same seeings I did let the manager know. Love spending my days at the pool,this pool was cloudy and full of hair globs. The cocktail waitress were excellent . The floor bathrooms were needing some attending too

If you like to gamble but don't wanna drive to Vegas, Laughlin is a good time. Accommodation's are second rate, but it costs much less

Cheap for the room but nowhere to eat, old slots that don't pay out. We did not drive this far for hotdog stand or pizza place that was closed for our 2nights there. I don't know how they stay open we had to eat at the other hotels. the best past was watching cable in our room drinking our own beer wow* Next time we stick to Palm Springs, its funner closer and endless places to eat- thrilled to see you service

When arriving here at Tropicana, we asked to use a cart to take our things up to our room and were told that only bell hops are allowed to use those. I proceded to allow a bell hop take our things and found that I had to call when we were in our room. The bell hop delivered our luggage and then let me know that they do not share tips here and held out his hand. I had every intention to give the bell hop a tip, but who does that??? Then later in the evening we were planning on leaving to see the views of the city, but when we got downstairs, we saw the Valet door state see the front desk. So is the front desk the Hotel Registration or somewhere else? No information on that one. So I stood in the line while my wife waited by the Valet Desk. Iut of nowhere a guy comes up to the door and my wife asked if he was Valet. This guy literally turned around and pointed at his shirt. Since when did everyone around this darned place lose respect? So I gave this guy my ticket and away he went to get my car. As he arrived back I gave him a tip and he looked at me like he expected more. Damn that is strike 2 on the bell hop and Valet service. Not giving them another chance. To top the night off, we get ready for bed and see that the bed sheet is dirty. I felt like not even wasting my time with calling housekeeping due to everything else we had already experienced. So I just removed it and used the sheet that was on top of the bed. This whole experience has just been bad and we will not be staying here again comped or not!!!!

Enjoy the Tropicana however getting rooms takes about an hour on the phone and then when you get there they never have the rooms you want and it takes another 35 minutes to check in casinos fun restaurants are okay rooms are nice

Decent machines. I enjoy sitting at any one of there bars. Cocktail waitresses are great maybe a bit slow but overall the casino/hotel is enjoyable

Restaurant overpriced for quality. Fun gambling but not paying. The price was not great bargain considering the flight program at Riverside Resorts.

Love love love Tropicana. Great casino (slots are pretty tight midmorning- late evening). Rooms are big and comfortable. Much better than staying at the Golden Poop Nugget who's rooms, staff, and casino are the worst in Laughlin.

Spent the weekend in laughing had a great time went to all the casinos but the Tropicana was by far my favorite casino on the strip. My #1 pick

Visited casino for gambling purposes only. Enjoyable atmosphere and large selection of casino games and slot machines. Would consider staying in the hotel if were to visit here again.

Great location across from the Colorado Bell. Bar has been renovated recently and features live bands on the weekends. Love the 70's music played in the casino. Pool area is nice with Cabanas for rent. Some rooms have been redone and are more up to date than others. We stayed in a suite on the 24th flour and had a great view of Laughlin.

My family and I stayed at the Promenade Tower room 983, the room was in horrible condition. The floor had trash all over, furniture in the room were dusty, under the bed was leftover food, and the bathroom was disgusting, hair and lipstick stains were all over the counter. I definitely will NOT stay at this location again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Well I'll start off by saying at first it was good, I won my first jackpot there my third time around for $1,400 but after that they yu swallowed it up and some more. Seems like I can't win if my life depended on it! Hence the name Casino oh, but you would think that each time you go after a certain period of time you'd come back with something but that is not the case here...

Better than I would have expected. No resort fee, but they nickel and dime ya to death. Internet fee for each device per day??? I've got 3 devices... Silly. But it's quiet, clean, spacious. Overall nice
