I stayed 1 week on the RV section of the parking lot. Security patrolled often. well lighted lot. Casino was clean and nice people.

The rooms are not as good as the picture.you confirm smell cigret smoke on the 7th floor

It's a decent hotel, okay pool, arcade didn't function well, etc. But it serves it's purpose

Buffet closed permanent. No notice. Cafe long lines now. 15 min to 30 min waits.

It seems as if, since I quit playing at the edgewater since the aquarius took it over; took the free play away and the gifts, the Tropicana has been really good for me.

This place looked really inviting from the outside and I was excited to visit, however the service is absolutely horrid. Very hard to get a drink and finally when I did, the service was very condescending. Will not return.

Large casino with far more table games than I was expecting in Laughlin.

Love it! Everything you need is at your fingertip. Restaurants which are great, Pool area is comfortable, Casino is clean and keep running smoothly, entertainment up to date. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Excellent place to stay. lots of things to do with less crowd.

Great eateries plus live music on weekends. Gaming is fair as a casino goes.

The cafe has a great steak and egg breakfast Besides that not too much else the charge for fireball when it should be comp. Then upper management did not care about their employees

Crowded, full of children. No space at the pool. Water looked dirty.

Checking in was easy. The security guard was awesome and very friendly. The guy the checked me in was very friendly as well. To me that is staff is important. The room meh it was alright. It was clean didn't stink so I'm happy. No bed is as comfortable as your own. It was very inexpensive it was a place to sleep and shower.

No place to watch MNF like really? I get the whole Rona thing, but I went and spent my money at another casino definitely could have done way better on that. It was the opening week. I was talking to other people at the other casino. They said the same thing.
Only thing open to eat was a cafe food was good but over priced but I get it as well. So I had to eat else where. People sleeping in their cars in the parking garage. Just not the vibe I got at the other places I stayed so far.

I'd definitely stay again, but more stuff to open to eat and do something about that lame sports book

My stay was wonderful had a nice quiet room. Rooms for clean. Dinner at the steakhouse was impeccable

Only other casino the has Missippi Stud tables. Our dealer was Rain and i would come back just to see her. Great personality, fun and carefree. She jokes alot so be ready! Nice atmosphere, friendly waitress and bartenders.

The staff is wonderful, especially Calle at check-in/check-out. Very helpful, especially to courteous customers. The pool is great and their on sight restaurants are delicious.

Nice casino, strong drinks, loose machines, had a great time

Bare bones old hotel rooms with resort fees. I had to pay upfront on check-in for 3 nights on two rooms with a $70 deposit per room. Resort fee for internet that constantly disconnected and required you to choose a free plan and sign in each day. Hot tub was never heated while we were there past about 85, several restaurants closed. Coffee maker in the bathroom with no other outlets in the room to plug into. 1 extra star for the band we wanted to see on lounge playing was a good show. Casino while not crowded smelled like it was with smoke. Will not stay here again.

The rooms are basic, tired and the bathrooms need to be cleaned and painted. I'd continue down the road to Kingman and stay at almost any other chain hotel along the way next time.

Bring your gas mask the smoke is so thick it is sickening.

Access to elevators to rooms was a distance especially for people with handicap. No refrigerator in room. Decent prices.

RV parking for $5. Theres a dump and water available as well. Security drives thru often, so felt very safe.

If you love dried blood on the lightswitch and walls, broken tiles, unfinished and uncovered electrical outlets and a 20 min wait at all hours for the elevators then this is your place. Oh and throw in a staff that doesn't care and you have a doozy of a hotel.

This was absolutely horrible don't take you kids to the arcade at all they rip you off big time and no body works in it

They always treat me very well! The best comps in Laughlin in my opinion if you're a gambler! Never paid for a room here (besides my first time 7 years ago) they always comp my stay, plus other perks such as food and free casino play! Definitely get the rewards card and be sure to give it to the dealers or in the machines if you're playing. Very nice and clean rooms and a great casino!Overall atmosphere is amazing. Always playing good music on the speakers throughout the property and lots of good live music as well! They have a good amount of cocktail waitresses in the casino area too which I notice alot of other Laughlin casinos lack. It's my go to place in Laughlin! It's a great location too it is centrally located on the middle of the street and next door to in and out burger and a gas station that has a 24 hour Subway and a good sized convenience store. The Tropicana also has a nice gift shop/convenience store but it is not 24 hour.

The Tropicana is a very clean and spacious casino. The machines were pretty tight and we didn't see any cocktail servers but, we'll go back there again.

Good place to book a wedding reception, baby shower, birthday party etc. The buffet is delicious or for liter fare try the cafe for a great cornbeef or tunamelt sandwich.

I've tried to get a room I went last year I've always had free rooms but call tonight and they told me that they took all promotions away from me never had this problem with them now I'm having trouble with them

Loved the band "Hot Junk" this weekend! Also enjoyed watching football opening Sunday.

Stayed there for the first time and would stay there again over the other hotels on Laughlin great staff, clean room, comfortable bed. The only bad thing I can say is the room is outdated but I feel that for anywhere in Laughlin.

Good place to stay at while visiting Laughlin! The only downside is that most of the food joint in the hotel open after 1. Really wanted to try the food but didn't get a chance. It also seemed like it was the most visited hotel in town because checking was a 40 minute wait and checking out was another 45 minutes. The Bell Men and Valet service is exceptional!!

Well we go every YEAR for the River run. Which is not the same since a shooting 6 yrs ago. The Tropicana is nice rooms are clean always stay on 11 the floor because we love the housekeeper Teri. Don't care for buffet but the 24 cafe and the little coffee shop is delicious.

Played for 49 minutes on a machine 3 feet from a bar. Not one drink was offered to me.

We will definitely revisit. Great price for a turn around trip. We also did alot of winning in this casino.

This hotel has filthy rooms! I went to the fro t desk to let them know our room was dirty and the one they transferred us to was also dirty. No towels were available in the first room we were given except for a floor towel. The pool was also closed.

Rooms were clean, employees were professional, The Steakhouse was excellent.

Everyone was so friendly so helpful. Even the ones that came by to remove empty cups. The only thing I did not like was the music was waaaaaay to loud near the restaurant

Had a huge black widow spider in the room . It was not vacuumed or clean at all.

The hotel room was clean, slightly dated. They did not provide a coffee maker for our room. It was an added expense. We were in the family tower where the kids are playing in the hallway during sleep hours. I understand that casinos allow smoking but this one was smoky enough to choke a donkey. Very poor ventilation. Would not pay top dollar to stay here.

I didn't go into the room but the pool area and casino look nice best part its clean. I liked the fact that its not dark in the casino and theres non smoking! Great job

Nice hotel. Great food. Only complaint is housekeeping only made up one bed, and only left half the towels.
