Great Casino, hotel was not bad for the prices good value

Hallways smell like a skunk and rooms smell musty, no comforted add. Air conditioning didn't work well. 2 star may be to much

Very old and smokey place. Forget winning because it does not exist.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend and i really wished I would have listened to my friend. She told me not to stay here but I was trying to save $$ since it was just for 2 days.
When we checked in the line was practically out the door and no one was enforcing the 6ft distancing(like they did at Harrahs). The rooms were very outdated. Our room had the air vent falling off the wall. We had our 2 year old with us and he kept opening it so I had to push the armchair against it so he would leave it alone and I wouldn t have to worry about it falling off the wall and landing on him. Our shower head felt like it was going to fall off and was stuck on the roughest setting. Then the shower wouldn t drain properly so it would get full of water fast and we had to hurry in and out and wait for the water could drain before me or my husband could get in. On our second night there the elevators(and I m talking about ALL the elevators) stopped working so we along with many others had to carry our stroller, bags and baby in hand down the stairs from the 4th floor of the parking garage. When we finally got into the hotel there was a HUGE line for the elevators because they too apparently had stopped working too. Thank goodness security had us take the only working one which was the service elevator.
We will definitely not be staying here again.

It was pretty good stay when i was there. They gave you water and some coffee bag mix thing. But when I first came in there it just smelled like smoke. But in all the staff were nice the beds were nice and comfy.

Attended a family reunion in rented room was a nice stay

Change some pool rules back.I like taking my little ice chest & chill.Drinks are way to expensive,I prefer my own good taste in alcohol.Trop has always been one of my favorites.Please just think about it.

Dated, smoky, dark, dingy hotel. It's a motel 6 high rise. Our room was in the no smoking section, but there was definitely smoking on the floor. Food was good at the steakhouse (free from smoking). Across from the restaurant is an ice cream place, serving Thrift's ice cream. Yum! The restaurants are no smoking, but you inhale second hand smoke from the casino floor.

I recommend the Resort Rooms over Classic. A little more pricey but nicer

Perfect stop off on way to grand canyon from los angeles. Hotel staff were lovely.
Bedrooms very clean and spacious beds very comfortable.
Carnegie restaurant great value for money.
Only reason we took a star away was sheets dont fit the beds.

Great place, lots of fun, Good Food, very moderate pricing

Make sure to book online,if not you will be paying to much for what you get,dinning leaves you very disappointed.

Great fun casino I have been coming here monthly over 30 years

Bare bones. No coffee, microwave, fridge. Clean but no soap, shampoo. Beds were comfy however.

Won a little bit there. The Baby Back Ribs were the BOMB!

2nd time here 1st time this was the only place that had a Room available for that weekend. Since then treated like a king of course spent some time at the tables they upgraded me my 1st day to a copper card came back for a free weekend Super Bowl Sunday with free food and Super Bowl party checked in at Vip they're all stellar down there they are top notch I forget the young lady's name d'arnot but polite friendly professional not to mention now they have brews brothers tap house and looking forward to coming back with family and nephews and brother for weekend's 3 or 4 times a year no more Vegas

This Place is Terrible no room service wrong phone room wifi is trash im never visiting here again

Looks pretty clean, but half of the lights in the room did not work and we found lice on one of the towels!

The staff are great the only thing the restaurant are closed two days during the week

Well... old hotel and there's BUGs and or FLEAs or some kind of CREATUREs.

Dinner slots. Hostess was in a hurry and passed us by for drinks. 2nd hostess was great and took the extra time.dinner was prime rib and all you can eat crab. The prime rib was OVER cooked and tuff and no real flavor.

Room was a bit dirty (hairs in the bathroom, pillowcase had a spot) but otherwise comfortable

Stopped in to play a bit. Decent Casino, not the same since it was the Ramada Express.. Slots don't pay well at all. But the table games are nice..

The Tropicana Laughlin Hotel is amazing the views from my room (smoking allowed) was amazing. You could see the river & the road full of lights at night. The room was spotless, cleaned very well, the bed was so comfortable. The staff was so friendly & kind.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed even a new Samsung flat tv with HDMI input so I was able to connect my laptop to the tv and stream Netflix with the free Tropicana WiFi. I was in the Promenade tower (the rear tower) on the 14th floor so not the best view. (I could only see the other tower). Overall, no complaints. I was comped this (3 night) stay for being a "Trop Advantage" member. I highly recommend joining the club.

The accommodations are more the level of a Motel 6. I reserved a king deluxe and there was nothing deluxe that I could see. Thermostat loosely hanging from wall and temperatures in the room took hours for the air conditioning to adjust. There were wooden blinds over the window, which did not black out the sunlight. The 24 hour cafe had poor service and the $13 hamburger was overcooked, I should have went next door to the In & Out, cheaper and tastier and less waiting. It was dissapointing accommodations and I won't stay there again in the near future.

Casino is fun and friendly. However, the room wasn't so great. Broken window shade, clogged toilet and weak wifi

Walked inti my room and it had a clogged sink, a broken toilet that you had to put your hand into the back to pull the plug just to get it to flush, and finally: unknown hair in the shower. Gross..

Good place to go have breakfast there very good food friendly waitress

I love staying here! Rooms are clean, everyone is friendly. I love their bingo. They have music outside and food. I can't say enough great things about this casino hotel. When I go to Laughlin this is where I stay!!

Casino is fun especially with free drinks and fast bingo. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely clean. Easy to get to and to notice from afar. Great and fast service. No information on restaurants, but amazing distance from an In n Out Burger!

The carpets are dusty along the edges as are all of the flat surfaces

Every time we're staying personnel it's really nice and the river view it's amazing my favorite restaurant it's the italian

It was nice, machines seemed a little tight and the cocktail waitress skipped my row of machines so i got my drink like 20 mins later and she would have walked right past me the second time if i wouldnt have said you got my water? But other than that it was nice

The rooms were clean, the wait staff and bartenders were great the only draw back was the hike from registration to our room.
