Don't stay here. Rooms are nice but you have to pay for WiFi per device . Go to another Hotel where you get better service.

it doesn't have any family friendly activities nor restaurants

Cold service, every request seems to come with a sorry cant do that...etc.

The room was clean.however security seemed to follow my fiance around. And we called the front desk for a few issues and they put us on hold for a long time.

Great seafood buffet, nice variety of slots and table games.

I love the Tropicana and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended! A+

Free play is $5 2 times a week rather you play $15 or $300, that kind of sucks.

This is a 3 star property- bumped up 1 star for value, then lost a star for the poor buffet. I chose this hotel because they didn't play the 'resort fees' game. Stayed in a NON renovated room- perhaps because I used a booking site. Room was still clean and fairly nice. Outdated as is, but comfortable bed with the new cream linens. A big area on the casino floor was closed off for renovations. Another guest said they removed a bar that was there, but I have no firsthand knowledge. Easy to walk to other hotels and the outlet mall. Note: despite advertising 'best....on the river' this is NOT on the river like all other major resorts there, but a quick hop across the street.

No bar, table limits were to costly,no room service.

I had reserve a 2 bed room and apond arriving the only had a 1 bed. I had a sick patient with me and still didnt give me a 2 bed. Nor did they give me not even a free meal. Never again.

Its an ok hotel for the price only 26 on a Monday, only one person in the lobby it was long time waiting for checking in.

The rooms were okay during the stay. Housekeeping was good.

Wow! Staff are rude and are quick to dismiss you. From Security to the wait staff at the cafe. I remember this property as the Ramada Express. Since it has become the Tropicana it is terrible.

Everything was ok except bathrooms in the casino could use more attention and bartenders and some cocktail servers could have better attitudes, our room was ok but dated and used but overall ok

I believe they renovated because I got a deluxe room on the 10th floor of the west tower. It was spacious, clean, literally non-smoking, smelled good. Only downside no fridge plus noisy A/C (request fridge). There is no room service as I know. Check in was great and earliest check in is @1pm. Internet is free on the casino level. Other than that internet costs $ per device. Two heated Jacuzzis by pool. Parking for both towers are available. In n out in perking lot. Not a bad experience.

We are currently staying at the Tropicana and aren't happy. Between the three of us we have been locked out of our rooms eight times as our keys didn't work. Staff wants to blame it on our cell phones but our keys are not near our phones. Very inconvenient to keep hiking back to the front desk. Also asked for extra blankets and were told they are all out. Not happy with this visit.

Came here for a two night stay. Sat at a slot and pressed the service key. Been waiting for almost 30 min. No cocktail server stopped by to take my order. Ridiculous

Fun live entertainment at the lounge! Very smoky everywhere!!! Hotel is dated as well but, it's Laughlin. If you smoke it's a good time, but if you dont smoke, you might die of lung cancer (lol)!

The hotel has an amazing jaccuzi that overlooks into the livingroom at really great prices as well

Price was as expected. Tv never worked had to call maintenance several times. Never asked for maid service but they came into our room anyway. Paid $70 deposit and after 2 days of being promised a refund I'm still waiting for it after almost a month and no damages were made to the room. Will not be staying here again very disappointed.

Good place to go it's nice and clean. The cafe foods are so but over priced I know I can get there basic cafe food at a cheaper price elsewhere in Laughlin. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Enjoyed the experience. The brunch buffet was very good. I love the casino and spent some time at the beach and pools.

I would have given it zero stars but it wouldn t let me. We made reservation four months in advance so we could get two rooms with a door between them and non smoking. We arrive at check in and the only have smoking rooms and our rooms couldn t even be on the same floor. They said a reservation is only a request not a for sure thing. The counter person was rude from the moment we stepped up. My friend asked for a manager and she did manage to get us non smoking rooms and on the same floor after dealing with the first person for 15 minutes. $100.00 anight for a bare bones room. Had dinner at the Mexican food place there and it was the worst taco and rice I ve ever had. No flavor and the rice was hard. Save yourself a headache and stress and book your room elsewhere in Laughlin.

I'm very disappointed with the hotel service. We were welcome by dirty room. Used sock, coffee, bottled water, beds were fixed but linens wasn't change, dirty floor and a bathroom you don't want to go in. It took them another hour to fixed everything. I will never recommend this hotel especially when you pay holiday price.

Used to be the nicest cleanest place to visit for retirees. It was quiet, Fun and clean. The food was good, and the casino great! NOT ANY MORE!

This casino i thought would have been 5 starts because when i got there, parked went to check in, and the people at the front desks we great !! We went to our room came bak down to casino from 10th floor and man they were rude!

First week was good. Second week was horrible. Try to avoid the smoking rooms. Was complete trash.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, Keys stopped working at the first night we were there and we got blamed for them not working! No one was friendly and food was way overpriced and nasty.

Great place to stay, we love it! This is our summer spot and always a great time!

Went to Brew Bros. and it was amazing. I got the Cuban. So effing good. I'm going back to try the truffle burger

It is well situated in town, right across the river. Easy access to Princess Cove, which we love, and other parts on the river. It has restaurants, casino, swimming pool and very important boat and RV parking.

We were staying at another hotel, but my mom always likes to go to the Tropicana so we stopped by to play some slots. Very clean casino and bathrooms.

Not very good food except for the pizza. Most of the casinos needed a good cleaning.

Security staff (well one in particular) constantly harassing you to put your mask on while smoking, mind you--I was facing the slot machine. If I was walking around smoking, of course, I'm going to follow the protocols, however sitting down and playing max bet on a slot machine. Not worth booking a room at this hotel/casino, based on my experience-NOPE!
