Beds are comfortable. Room is quiet. National Karaoke contest this week is entertaining . Slots are fun. Food is good.

Great place, atmosphere nice., People are friendly.

A lot smaller than Vegas, but nice. Horrible cell phone reception.

It 's fun like to play bingo but the restaurant sucks there's only 1 during the week and there's no kids menu or lite eaters wish there was more for kids to do. The kids like the pool

Last Wednesday of the month Vets get a free buffet with Trop card. My wife, granddaughter & I at for free...buffet staff excellent...getting a card painful as only two windows open

the rooms are fairly outdated and the pool is a little deceiving. the price per room for what's available is uneven. I think there rates should be half of what they are..

Friendly, $fun$, good prices, and all the services you'll probably need. Only ding is that its age is showing.

Love this casino. Had such a good time with my sister. We listed to two free country bands, ate great food, had fun at the slot machines. Can't wait to go back.

Its nice for a laughlin hotel, the service was pretty quick, close to the river and the pool was nice.

Check in took forever, rooms not awesome, the worse bed ever. My child opted to sleep on the floor. Went to get food and they closed the buffet 2 weeks ago. The restaurant we went to had amazing chicken fingers but that was all. Ordered a beer and it was the tiniest little beer ever. Walked around town and regretted not staying somewhere else.

clean, nice... bar tending staff was not up to speed.

really nice casino and friendly staff. book for adjoining rooms when we arrived was told they did not have any. when i asked about the seafood buffet was told by front desk girl they no longer have it. went to the buffet and was told they still they have it and it starts at 4 pm.

The shower had a very musty odor and so did the shower curtains. Lots of Mildew on the shower head :/ no other complaints other than that.

Love gambling here but the buffet is absolutely terrible.

I didn't win in bingo but I did get my name called to throw dice and I got 20 slot play they told me it would be on my card today it was 11 o'clock bingo had a lots of fun , I like your bingo better then Riverside , a lots ok service good great , I will be back back.. I got 30 dollars back on this 25 cent machine double

The casino floor is very clean and a great place to have a drink and relax. Location is very close to river but not on it. Overall nice place

Very dated and the staff I interacted with came across as very unhappy. Upon check-in I waited in line for 30-45 minutes just to check in. When I first arrived in line there were two clerks and third doing a audit on a cashier drawer. The third left after completing audit and then the second clerk closed so he could verify the thirds audit. Then he disappeared to cashier cage or security cage by front door. So only left 1 clerk for check-in.

Basic rooms are ridiculously out dated ! Resort rooms are a little better but nothing special probably would not recommend staying here to be honest ! This is my 1st stay here and I will not be staying here again myself.

Fun, clean, bright, and updated casino to play at with tons of machines to play on. Love the comps they give out to card holders!!

Food in the coffee shop is very good. Try the gigantic chocolate covered eclair. To die for!

Machines are very tight and they raised the restaurant prices

Rode jet skis this past weekend. My girlfriend, friends, and I stayed at the Tropicana. Great hotel and casino. There is an Innout in the parking lot so that was a big plus for us. One of the restaurants (sorry forgot the name) inside the hotel is open 24hrs which is really convenient. I recommend the wings at that place. Over all loved staying here and would suggest it to others.

Service sucks. House keeping better this week. Front desk ...worthless.

Nice everyone is friendly rooms could use a makeover

The people who work here were very nice accomadating and understanding. With the rooms you definitely get what you pay for and allot of them are very out-dated.

The supposedly Carnegie Restaurant has changed completely. My husband and I were there last night for the first time since the Tropicana Laughlin opened up again and the food was HORRIBLE!!! How do you mess up Nachos!! $13!!!!! The service was not that far behind. Served our food and never came back to check on us.

Have been coming to this hotel for more than 30 years and have watched the new changes with regards to local and loyal customers go straight downhill. Make sure you order your food on separate checks. What a shame!!

Had a really nice time.....Tangos lounge was fun. The bad was good and very entertaining. Now the bed and pillows we're awesome!!!! Slept like a baby!!! And for the price.....I was impressed

Customer Service wasn't great. We had to go down to the service desk 3 times to get our key cards activated. The only kind staff there were the the twin brothers attending the pool, the gift store employees and housekeeping employees. We will not go back.

Very clean, service is not the best but it's not awful either.

These are pics of the fronts & backs of all three of the pillows on my bed. I am African-American with SHORT curly graying hair so you know it's not mine. I'm STILL waiting for housekeeping to change out my pillows that I am hiding in the bathroom. Mgr. Kimberly claimed that she would ensure that housekeeping would be right up. It's been about 2hrs now. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN, PLAY MAYBE, BUT NOT STAY. Hey, Harrah's Mom & I will be back home next time.

The Tropicana casino has a pretty big gaming floor an has a large assortment of different games which is great for gaming but I think it makes the casino a little less customer friendly but overall it's a nice resort.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly staff and COVID rules compliant. Safe and secure.

Made a 2 night jacuzzi room reservation paid with credit card, upon arrival 2hrs later no jacuzzi room available. Apparently rooms based on availability at check-in never read that...Really on a Tue. night within 2hrs sold out of all jacuzzi rooms. Waiting to get credit back on card.Bad business we went to Harrahs.

Average. Could be better. Mattresses were too pitted. Ice machine broken. No lifeguard on duty. Pool looked dirty.

I thought it was one of the nicer Hotels from the outside. I was so disappointed that we ate at the Carnegie Cafe. The waitress was great but the food was the worse I've ever had anywhere. Ordered Fish n Chips, the fish was soggy, coleslaw tasted like it was a week old.I Returned it, thought I would be safe with a "gourmet burger" 3 bites was more than my stomach could bare. Beef patty was not fresh, seemed like it was processed/packaged and left out at room temp. so grossed out it ruined the rest of the day. Never will I eat there again!!! Needs better management:(

It's an older hotel. Service was nice. You must wear a mask anytime you are not eating, in the pool and in your room.
What I wasnt crazy about. The place was completely book. Impossible to get extra pillows. We asked for extra blankets and they were not clean. So much dust came out when we were unfolding them. There is no such thing as social distancing at the pool. The place was packed! Were only able to use it one time meanwhile we were there.
What I liked. Masks had to be worn. Masks are available if you ask. Hand sanitizers are available everywhere. They have open dine in restaurants. Open until pretty late.

I LOVE this hotel they are so nice everyone from the time I book my room until the time I go home they have everything shopping and the best restaurants and the pool is amazing and even fun stuff for the kids.and the rooms are a 5.so clean. Well anyways I will be there for the 4th of July can't wait.....

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and a great price. We stayed in a room with an awesome jacuzzi tub. Great food......

Love Tropicana. Great service and the quickest cocktail waitresses out of any casino I have ever been in. The loosest slots,i have ever had the pleasure of playing and a great selection. The Buffet was excellent and a Do not miss. The meatballs were the worst I have ever had but everything else was amazing. I want to say I would not waste my time anywhere else in Laughlin. We tried a few other casinos and buffets and were rather dissapointed and thought we should have never left the Tropicana. The buffet line is certainly worth the wait in line. We just took turns waiting in line and the other went and played some of the local games very close by. We can not wait to get back!!

The Tropicana is a nice clean casino... I personally feel that this casino is aimed a little more towards the older crowd... It's comfortably spaced out with more of the larger machines a and it's a quieter environment... I, personally, have not ever experienced even a decent sized win there or even walked out with money in my pocket... However, the bingo experience is quite fun here.... But once again, is filled with more of the older folks, but they are kind and entertaining...

Stayed recently on a three day comp. They put me in a room that had zero wifi signal. I'm curious in this day and age why it's so hard for hotels to upgrade there wifi to be strong enough for all rooms to get a clear signal? If I had paid a resort fee I would have been livid . Nevada allows these resort fees and they in all reality are just a scam.

I didn't get three free nights because I win money in there casino I assure you. Laughlin is a dying town. All the rooms are outdated and they basically give them away Sunday through Thursday on the hopes you will lose money .

Don't expect much from the Tropicana . The only positive thing I can say is the poolside deli is still a diamond in an otherwise dismal property.

Wow. Came in to town for a concert. Started off with black mold in the bathroom in room 278. They tried 478 and 678. Both had black mold too. The manager apologized for the poor condition of the rooms saying they were due for a remodel. The manager upgraded us to a floor if the hotel that had been remodeled. Room 2078 had a fresh feel to it. Bathroom had been redesigned and it was very clean. Other issues will likely have us staying at a different hotel in our next visit. If you stay here check the room before you unpack. The rooms on the higher floors have been remodeled.

Stay here every time we go to Laighlin,Patricia takes very good care of us.

They put me in a very dirty room that was never cleaned I'm surprised they're open considering the Coronavirus. It was very hard to get drinks while playing games. When I asked the cocktail waitress for a drink I was treated very rudely.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN LAUGHLIN YOU CAN STAY AT. LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE TROPICANA. ESPECIALLY FOR THE CINCO DE MAYO AND VIVA TROPICANA CELEBRATIONS. FUUN.. FUUN.. FUUN

We had a great stay. The room was amazing and it was well suited for my disabled daughter. I like the view of the river. It's nice to see all the other casinos.
