One of my favorite hotels to go good rooms and good prices

It's small, not a very good selection on slot games, and the bingo was very confusing and unorganized. Also, unfriendly staff.

Had to wait in line for elevator and when checking in there was only one person behind the desk and a pretty long line

Clean play area with bingo Hall and plenty of prize slots that are easy to see from casino floor. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Cool town, and casino! Cheap little cabanas for daily rental at the pool. We'll worth it!

Nice hotel, we ate at the italian restaurant Passagio. It was pretty good, the all you can eat pasta for $14

Tols us rooms were upgraded and charged us extra. Didnt seem worth it. On the flup side, at least the maid was very pleasant amd friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. It s a beautiful place to spend holidays. I love their casino and the pool. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the TV in my room especially having the access to watch my favorite sports: NBA and College basketball games, especially my favorite conference (PAC 12). Tropicana is a great place to visit whenever you are in Laughlin. I would love to return some day. Actually it s my first hotel to visit in the US and I must admit I enjoyed it very much and felt sad when I had to leave . I would recommend to anyone who goes to Laughlin for holidays or programs and need hotel accommodations. You can book your rooms online too.

My first time in laughlin with my fiance. It was just overnight. We wished it was longer. We'll definitely be back... Soon. We are considering coming down and eloping in the very near future.

Check in was quick and easy but the room was little outdated and idk if it's in all rooms or just ours but the edge of the carpet was very thin to a point where you can feel the harp tips of the nails prickling out so watch your step and there was a issue with the water where you couldn't drink water so buffets were closed do to it, no coffee or fountain drinks allowed you had to drive to Arizona for those items do to A main water line breaking so all the casinos where S.O.L

This was our third visit to the casino. It was not a good visit. The service in the restaurants was awful. The wait time was way too long. The Mangers did not even want to come and see us at our table. The room service did not change out our towels and did not replace the shampoo or soap. What a drag it was.
One good thins was a bartender at the main bar that played music. He was awesome and very eager to serve us.

The employees are always friendly. Rooms are clean. We have stayed here a couple of times.

For the vegas feel at half the drive, its a good place to go.

Love it but they dont send me free rooms any more. I use to be able to go a lot more and was a vip. Now they thru me to the dirt.

Inexpensive and overall good for the price. Not on the River side of the street.

The Trop is our family's go to whenever we come out this direction. The beds are comfy, the amenities plentiful and the location and price are perfect whether it's an adults only trip or family fun.

Rooms are spotless..beds comfortable..food delicious..that iz moztly why we go..i hate playing there..slots are very tight.. we win maybe 10% of the time..seems every time they fix or make changes in the casino slots tighten up..we win easier at Riverside. When u do max spin and over 200 spins later u finally get a bonus it is usually disappointing. If they loosen the slots even half way I would give it a 5 star..

Rooms are great. Unfortunately we had a long wait at checkin. Over 45 minutes

I stopped coming here and I'm not sure why? Had a great experience!

Drinks were rare in the casino. The two i managed were small and light. Machines very tight.

Stayed in the Adult Tower which has been recently remodeled. Room was nice. Check in took way too long. Only four people working on a Friday night was understaffed.

Haven't gone to Laughlin for the last 8 years but I've played at all the casinos in Laughlin and use to rate Harrah's as the best place to play followed by the Colorado Bell and the Tropicana 3rd. After a recent visit that's all changed, my biggest problem was the dealers, not just the attitude but more important their knowledge. Both were poor to say the least, except for the Tropicana. We had a blast their and enjoyed the gaming on the BJ, craps, and roulette tables. dealers were friendly and knowledgeable and the vibe was great!

Lots of live music, New brewpub, nothing special about casino

It's a very non intimidating environment. I didn't get that normal awkward feeling of judgment for going to the casino with only $10 bucks. Left broke but played a while and the machines looked like they were paying out before I got there so it's evident that some people had more fun then me but I still had a fun. Waitress' are very polite and don't impose on you during your gambling.****quick note the nerdy security guard did try and check my home girls ID when we first got there and kicked her out when she didn't have it on her so bring your ID if you look even close to 21.

I was disappointed in the customer service we received on our last visit, also today I call and book reservations for next month and once again got treated with such disrespect!! Maybe they need to pull and give people some customer service training

Great service they have a nice pool and hot tub area great housekeeping Diane was a great lady cleaning our room

This Hotel has the worst service, wifi doesn't work, we requested extra pillows and blankets, they ran out, what hotel runs out of pillows and blankets. Do not stay here.

My favorite place to stay in Laughlin!! LOVE the entertainment!!!
