Went for crab and prime rib buffet, it was okay. Nothing to write home about, but it was a buffet, just as I expected.

First room we got had hair all over the bathroom and tub was filling with water that constantly dripped. 2nd room cleaner then we pull down the sheets and there's a bug. Management said nothing and I said we'd like to leave and so we did. Games were expense blew through 40$ like nothing. Also the elevator to the the parking garage closed on me while I was holding my baggage and hurt my arm... this place is the worst.

24 hours a day this place is hopping! I had an awesome time! Several elevators are glass affording you an unobstructed view around.

This is a good casino that has nice perks for Veterans and locals. Also the Friday night Buffet is damned good.

Really gone downhill since new owners took over. No new machines. Reduced pit, lousy restaurants, no more buffet.

Never coming here again. Don't know if Employees or Cops go in your room when you are out! I recommend some type of recorder for those if you who will stay here in the future, that way you know who comes in when your out and about

Masks were required, but was not able to be enforced; several guests did not observe social distancing or wear masks every time they were inside. The person checking in was required to have their temperature taken, but other guests did not especially if coming from the parking garage. The AC comfortable temperature was difficult to maintain because it was extremely hot over 100 degrees. The accommodations were appropriate but not a great value.

Great place for cheap fun. Very old fashion but again it is Laughlin...

I've stayed here multiple times this year and the staff and accommodations were great.

We visited having heard about a good deal on frozen yogurt. We found that the prices had increased and the portions decreased in recent times, so it wasn't really worth it. We got ice cream instead.

Beautiful property and my favorite hotel/casino in Laughlin.

Terrible! Do not stay here. Hotel is old and dirty. They even charged a $15 fee to check in before 3pm. Ridiculous! I do not recommend staying here.

Quick cocktail waitress service,machines some loose some tight casino clean

Complete dump! Wall paper peeling off the walls, 1980's decor, we returned our keys after 15 minutes and rebooked at the Aquarius!

if i could give zero stars i would not on the actual casino or resturants but i payed 300 dollars for the stat in a jacuzzi room it was supposed to be all nice got there it was a dump old carpet old furniture none of the bedding was how it looked in the picture. so after i complained they said they were giving me a better more expensive room for the same price and when i get their the furniture was newer but no jacuzzi tub no nice bedding no fridge so i call to see if i can get a fridge because thats one of the things i wanted and they didnt have any available so i was very dissapointed i went and spent my last day at golden nugget and loved it everything is as they advertise online. never again will i stay at their hotel.

Room was clean, quiet, enjoyed our stay.Won some money we will return.

1hr to get checked in. Stinky bath towels and a less than average room.

For a Saturday morning, it was really quiet in there. But that was great, as it didn't smell like smoke and the people next to me weren't blowing smoke in my direction!

Buffet closed, coffee shop empty waitress picking her nose, inside casino was 85f, outside temperature 100f. Who enjoys uncomfortable casino on a empty stomach. Also when I had a problem with slot machine could not find slot technician to repair it.

Absolutely love this place sometimes I win money sometimes I lose but I always have fun. There is good lighting and especially good ventilation in the casino. I love their rooms they are always very clean and if there is ever a problem the hosts or security handle it very well. The Italian food is the best and the prices are even better for all you can eat pasta. The Round House Buffet is also good there is not a huge selection like in the other casinos and they are closed a lot of the time during the day but the food is very good food and the price is also good. The casino has a lot of comps that they are actually generous about. I have been staying at the Tropicana since it used to be the Ramada and I have not paid for one night stay. I do gamble a lot so it makes up for it but I would rather gamble and get free rooms rather than pay for rooms. At least this way I get to have fun. I now have a child so i stay in the back tower but for years I was in the adult tower and I loved this concept. I will always stay here when I come to Laughlin and I come often lol! I can't wait to go back.

A little on the old side. Thermostat is a slide from hot to cool. We had to adjust it multiple times trying to get the right temperature.

Stayed in the jetted suite! Loved it! My favorite place to stay in laughlin.

Staff were ok, rooms were ok, experience overall was ok.

The staff was considerate and helpful. The rooms and decor could use a little of updating. Rooms were clean and well serviced every day.

The rooms are very clean the AC is perfect the pool area is awesome and the customer service makes you want to keep coming back there Buffet is delicious especially mimosas and I love their there slot machines I will keep coming here as many times as I can.

Always clean. Nice pool area. Not enough restaurants during the week. Most only open on weekends.

It s alright for Laughlin , just wanted to check this place out so not bad but hated that they book us a room at the end of the hall so was a long walk for my mom , she had a cane and her feet hurt , hott was clean but not that updated it s okay and casino was fun and food area were good. So if ur staying a night it s okay.

If you want to enjoy yourself and be treated as a person,and not like live stock please take the time to experience the hospitality of This establishment. First hand,you. Will see the value in quality Rather than quainty. Time is a factor and being centrally located you will have choices in what you can combine in your activities on your visit to Laughlin so prepare your self to have a great time in moderation, never extreme unless of coarse you want ....cheers

Showers do need an upgrade. Shower heads need to be replaced so much build up. I could spit harder than the water pressure.

Love different games especially the older ones.The resturant Brewy has great food

Italian food was good however since the pandemic they have cut back on soup salad breadsticks etc. Would recommend you wait until the pandemic is over to give them a try when they're back at their best
