Never stay her dirty rooms 17 dollars for a phone call service is bad all weekend was horrible

Old hotel, old beds, old carpet. Shower drains very very slowly and sink drains very slowly.

Enjoyed playing the slots, free room, loved the atmosphere

Stayed in the adult tower for 3 nights and Id say im fairly pleased. Room was pretty dirty but sufficient enough. Really dusty in all the corners and bathroom was pretty dirty as well. Hair on and around toilet... Blood spot on floor and a More

We had dinner at the italian restaurant the food was good. Service was ok.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good resteraunts throughout the facility. A little dated, but we enjoyed our stay.

The casino was great! However I wasnt a fan of the rooms or entertainment that they offered at the casino. The overall facility was great though

Great hotel and casino. This is the place we like to stay at and gamble when we are visiting. Hotel is great place compared to the few on the strip that I had visited.

There needs to some updates done, but overall nice.

Great place but i will never do again is get a smoking room I got sick still have a headache all my clothes smells like cigarettes because they didn't have a reg.room big mistake but love the place they have great band's

3/4 of the restaurants are closed. Jacuzzi is drained. Pool is unheated. Restaurants that are open are understaffed. Adult only pool area is packed with children and they'd do nothing about it. I could go on, but you get the idea. I'll never stay here again.

I'm not a fan of casinos but we went for the Veteran's breakfast. Food wasn't super but the selection was good and it wasn't bad. The casino floor did not stink of stale cigarette smoke even though they had ashtrays placed everywhere.

Free breakfast is for retired or active military (you must show your military ID) on the 4th Wednesday of each month. You must also get a special veterans player's card (free). Use your new player card in a special
machine and it will spit out a 'receipt' for a breakfast.

Great except u have to leave all your $$ when u go. Lol. Kidding. Great casino.

Roundhouse Buffet was good for dinner. Generally friendly staff and good selection of food. Fresh-looking and -tasting vegetables; excellent dessert variety, including sugar free and low sugar choices!

Very nice experience. Full size casino, comfortable rooms and good service. They have several restaurants and one of them is open 24/7. Lounge with live music and a full bar. We will definitely go back!

Recently me and a friend stayed here for 2 nights and regreted choosing The Tropicana. We are in the hospitality business so we know how a room should be cleaned. Sadly our rooms cleanliness was unexceptable. Management had the room recleaned, upon our return to room, it was still dirty! Management offered to "upgrade" our room to another dirty room, just 12 floors up. When we checked out from hotel they charged account twice with 2 different totals! I will NEVER return here even if they paid me to stay!

My favorite Laughlin hotel. Great parking for cars, trucks and watercraft. The remodeled rooms are very nice. Nice restaurants and casino, friendly staff. Laughlin is generally cheap compared to Las Vegas.

Standard and affordable. A guest on several occasions without luck on all of them considering the slots and tables.

Nice place to hang out. Tables were fun. Drinks were strong. Bar was a great place to dance. Food was average but tasted good. Rooms could be updated. It's definitely time for renovations.

It is one of my favorite hotels in Laughlin the accommodations are comfortable and fairly clean. There are 2 towers 1 for families with young children and one for just adults,

I understand the Covid-19 ordeal but they did not tell us that refrigerators were not in the 'higher' tower rooms. We had to switch rooms so we waited for a while. The $100 special is only for use if you return within 30 days.

What can I say, it's a casino. Nicer than some, the food is excellent. The rooms are reasonable for what you pay.

Housekeeping is great! Very clean older hotel and casino! Front desk is very attentive to your needs and players club desk clerk is very knowledgeable! Their furniture is a modern look but the carpet in the rooms is a bit loud and gaudy!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The arcade wasn't great. Half the machines were broken and it was play at your own risk so we wasted a fair amount of money.

We have been at the Tropicana 163 times. We drive in from Surprise Arizona, a 3 hour drive . Rooms are very clean, as is the casino. We think the Buffet is going to close for good. That would not be good , we hope the new owners don't close it. We we're there just 2 days and it was closed and no listing of a buffet in the Wednesday guide magazine.
Change is good but we will miss the Buffet .

Tropicana is always clean and the people are friendly but the machines are not always giving.
We go for the Veterans dinner and it is wonderful of them to do for the Veterans. Not everyone does.

Decent rooms. Nice employees at hotel desk. Cocktail service in our area was not good. She passed by without saying a word. Never got a drink

Are Christmas dinner at the steakhouse! You need a new manager there. The food was good and filling, HOWEVER THEY WERE OUT OF BOTTLED WATER AND OUT OF DARK MEAT. THAT'S NO WAY TO RUN A RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY ON A HOLIDAY.

Of the casinos I visited in laughlin it seemed ta have the best payouts, but still they are in business to make money. They have ta pay for those buildings some how, and they aren't shy about taking your money...

Go there more than a few times a year have a good time everytime!

Attended martial arts tournament at hotel. Enjoyed the little time we spent there.

The cafe where's food where service waitress wouldn't even stay at the table long enough to ask us if we wanted something to drink had to go elsewhere and get our drinks and bring them back. Food was overcooked and dry it out

Horrible waitresses. Sandra and Gina have the worst attitudes. They pass you by and claim not to work their area. It took an hour to get one beer. Go to Harrah's!
