Elevators in the garage didnt sound very safe, shower curtain had mold all along the bottom, drain would not stay open

This place is the worst casino I have ever gambled at in my life it is dated and the staff has zero customer service. Do not waste your time or money coming here spend the extra $20 to be at a different casino. You will definitely thank yourself later

The stay here was ok. We stayed in the front tower and the first night, that tower's water heater busted, so we didn't have hot water. The gaming in the casino was not very generous and there were way too many children and people in the pool.

Not really crowded good deal on rooms.always use players card for discounts

Visited for the Brew Brothers bar which is nice. Worth a stop. Can't speak about the casino or hotel.

Played 2 sessions of bingo for the wife's birthday. Had fun, but didn't win.

Decent casino with average rooms.
Bed was comfy but bathroom was only half cleaned. I rinsed a dozen hairs off the shower before I could use it and more were on the bathroom floor...let's stop their Lucky for them I was not feeling well or I would have insisted on moving rooms! The hot tub was a warm tub (yuck) with jets that were a joke.

The best part was the Brew Pub amazing food and terrific service! This place has the things you like about a pub but updated for a more refined elegant pallet. The grub! We will come back to the casino for 1 reason... this restaurant.

My favorite casino on the Laughlin strip. Less smokey than the rest and the table games are better.

It was our first time there we really enjoyed our selfs. Good places to eat

The building and the rooms need to be updated. They are 1950's looking. The carpet in the room was stretched out with lumps underneath. Updating and renewing the look would really help!

Honestly I was expecting a lot more from our stay at the Tropicana but was let down extremely. The pool was nicely set up but on our 4th night someone threw up in the pool and the attendants knew about it but left everyone in the pool without letting anyone know that there was vomit in the pool! We were in there for about an hour before we got out because we overheard staff talking about the vomit and they finally closed the pool down. I am very disgusted with how this place handled the situation! $40 meal voucher does not compensate for the $400 I paid just to end up swimming in someone s vomit with staff knowledge! I do plan on pursuing further action in this matter especially with the ever changing COVID 19 protocols. The rooms were very minimal and inconvenient. There was no fridge or microwave. The air conditioner barely worked which resulted in our room either being an ice bucket or a sauna. I understand the mask policies as the entire United States is enforcing masks but come on! You can t even take a drink without being harassed by one of the staff! The check out was a complete disaster because the guy checking us out made it sound like we owed money still for the room that we paid for in advance once confronted on the matter he apologized and stated that the lady that checked us in at the beginning was brand new so she skipped a bunch of very important parts of our stay as if that should have changed anything. All in all the environment was very stressful and honestly ruined our vacation. As a past local that has moved I will not be bringing any more business to this company as clearly they simply do not care for the convenience aspect of a hotel.

Tropicana Advantage Rewards allowed for some free rooms with friends. Enjoyed the Brew Brothers selection of adult beverages. Ate in the Italian restaurant as any thoughts of going elsewhere were dashed by high winds and uncharacteristically cold temps. Winds were high enough to knock the power out...except for the casino...go figure! Attempts to get breakfast were not available due to power out. All in all, another good visit to one of our favorite locations in Laughlin.

The beds were super comfortable, the linens nice and soft, and the rooms were quiet. We slept so well! Overall we had a surprisingly nice stay.

I showed up to check in at 3:35 pm and was told room not ready, to come back in an hour, The Rude man said that housekeeping has until 5:00pm to ready rooms. I had my mask on but my nose was not covered, I am elderly and can't breathe. the male said "cover your nose". I turned to go to my car, a very over weight female guard came up to me as i was leaving "cover your nose, and go away and don't come back" . This is customer service. Wow They won't post this in reviews. Everyone was rude and unfriendly. I did not eat or gamble in the hotel. I did sleep there. Bad atmosphere. NEVER AGAIN. Think twice before you book.

Had a real good time here the entertainment at night Club was fantastic my only concern was that there was no ventilations or fan in the bathroom other than that everything was nice..I loved my view from my balcony...I could see the highway we can in on

We got two hotel rooms and both of our rooms had no AC and the linen on the beds looked like dirty old bedding that theycwere too cheap to get rid of and get new ones. This was during the very beginning of August so it made the rooms pretty hot. They were nice enough to move us into two new rooms after the engineer attempted to fix the problems with the AC. The new rooms had good AC, but my room had draining problems in the bathtub, while the other room had no shower curtain whatsoever. After calling several times and after several hours, the shower curtain was finally installed. Apart from having room issues the stay was fun and quite pleasant. The pool area is mostly in shade almost all day so it doesn't get too hot even out of the water.

Very tight casino. Edge water keeps guests alot happier with some great playback. And even some nice payouts. Go to Tropicana if you're from California. Then go home. Lol

We love staying here when we come to Laughlin. The rooms are very nice and always clean.

We have stayed here before multiple times it just had been 2 years since our last stay. Paid for the upgraded newer room and it was very beat up and not what we had stayed in before. Bed was comfy tho. Most of the restaurants now are only open certain days of the week. What we did eat wasn't good. The place had lots of kids running around and the pool was kid central. Does offer adult hours to swim from 7am-9am however the pool is not heated. (I am a parent but made arrangements for kid to stay with family for adult getaway). Probably wouldn't stay here again unless we start earning comps again. Like that this was a central location and could walk to other casinos and shopping.

Went to eat, disappointed. Took too long and then it was overly expensive. Food was well below average.

Rooms are ok, a little upgrading is needed. Shower heads need to first, arms on chair inside room are falling apart. Pool is very nice and clean hotel room was smoke free.. I would come back for my stay.

Brews Brothers. Food was awesome. Service was beyond horrible. Took forever to get our order in, took a long time to bring it to us, and it was the wrong order. Waited longer. The burger was great. The bill took forever to come, and it was in error. Pointed the error out to the server, and he disappeared to fix it. The shift supervisor comped the appetizer and took another $10 off. So I signed the bill and handed over my credit card. When he eventually returned with my card and final bill, it was the original full amount. The server changed the bill amount after I signed it! I flagged down the restaurant manager and complained. After trying to explain what happened over my protests, he finally comped the entire meal. So go if you want great food, but have lots of time and lots of patience. And check your bill carefully.

Just did a walk-through. The property is a tractor from the outside and average on the inside. Staff was very helpful in directions

Good Experience for our first Time only downside we tried calling the Front Desk several different times and they didnt answer or put us on hold for more than 5 minutes and we just hung up and our light in the bathroom didnt always work!!

I liked it but it had a horrible pool there was no lifeguard and it was extremely dirty with bugs and all sorts of germs

Great place on the Colorado River to spend time with the family or just have fun on your own!

First of all my family and I have always enjoyed staying here at least 6x a year. The last 2 stays have not been as enjoyable. Our room had a small roach and rug going from entry to bathroom was taped up as to hold it together. Our room was comped so maybe the better rooms are saved for paying clients. The pool was horrible .very dirty people eating bags of chips along side of pool, wind picks up and there they go flying in the pool. The only reason I rated a 2 is because we've been going there so long that some staff have become very good friends, like family and they treat us well. I hope the new management can step up and get it together otherwise we may have to find a new place to stay.

Had dinner at the steakhouse. Was okay but overpriced I thought.

Smells terrible no fridge or microwave reservation problems so had to get smoker rooms. Rather get a motel 6 than overpay here

The hotel nice and clean, need Starbucks Coffee and need more people at registration for check in and out.
