The staff is accommodating and friendly. I always enjoy my stay here. The Steakhouse is always a pleasure. The smoked salmon at the Poolside Cafe is excellent. However, the the buffet at The Roundhouse is well below the quality level of the hotel. It needs to be overhauled and brought in line with other casino buffets.

Very friendly people, Im not a buffet person, and the Tropicana has a great coffee shop, with great tasting food, It's always crowed, but seating is usually immediately found. Servers are friendly and attentive to their tables. IT'S also a Veteran Friendly Hotel, I have stayed there 4 times in the past, and beds are comfortable.

Shower water would not go down. Called and was fixed. Then on the last night at 4am in the morning going pee flooded the restroom. Water reached the door. Took forever for them to come and fix + plus clean up. Tried having us move from a non smoking to a smoking room at 5am. We are NOT smokers. Plus its 5 in the morning. Then gave us a free breakfast. Buffet was not the greatest.
We love Laughlin, go all the time, won't be going back to this hotel to stay or .

We visited the casino to have dinner at their Seafood Buffet. The buffet was a good deal. On a Saturday night we paid only 18.99 with our player's cards for all you can eat crab legs and prime rib. Parking was easy and we didn't have to wait in line very long to be seated. I would recommend trying it out.

The hotel seems very good from outside but things are not good from inside. Resort level rooms are only with bsic amenities. We had a torn pillow cover, on reporting they compensated with buffet coupon.

Reasonably priced rooms and clean.nice sized casino with slots and card tables. Pool and jacuzzi with adult hours. They have a bowling ally inside, many restaurants to chose from. Not a casino to win at cards at, they play with 6 decks. Cash deposits accepted at check in unlike other hotels nearby

Laughlin is fun. And this the perfect example of that. Lots of parking, food is good and the slots are fun. We have a blast playing the slots and keno. The Tropicana is really a hot spot of fun that all should enjoy.

In all my visits to Laughlin, I stay at the Tropicana. I'm always comped for the adult tower, which I like because the elevator lets you off in the casino area and the rooms come with a fridge. All the restaurants are good and there is live music nightly. It's not located directly on the River walk, but it's right across the street from the Riverbelle so it's an easy walk there.

The room was clean, comfy, and cozy! The staff provided adequate safety by taking guest's temperatures and offering masks, which is very much needed in this state of Nevada. I refused to give the four star rating based on the abysmal front desk's inability to get guest's through the extremely long line.. not sure why a 45 minute wait was had? My wife and would come back to this hotel. Free and easy parking a plus too!

I stayed three nights midweek. The hotel was never busy, yet they gave me a room directly across the hall from the house keeping storage. Needless to say it was very noisy with the housekeeping team in and out of the storage area.
The room it self was dated, no USB ports, electrical outlets were hard to reach. The housekeeping staff neglected to replace trash liners and tissue.

Nice weekend getaway to the Colorado River @ Laughlin. Frequent there often and i stay at all the hotels/ casinos from time to time and Tropicana is 1 of the nicer more elegant pf the selection in that area to choose from. Would definitely recommend it to new goers ready to travel/ gamble. Wonderful retreat for couples of any age.

Check in was awful. Getting a drink on the casino floor took forever, like more than 15 minutes. Poolside bar was closed until 11 am on Sunday morning. Closest bar inside to pool didn't have plastic cups or bottles available to go outside for drinks. When we came out from the bar the pool attendant told us we were not allowed to bring those drinks in.

This place is a nice spot to stay in Laughlin! I was there for the River Run and loved going down and enjoying the floor of the casino every night! The bar with the band is great and the two bartender guys were seriously the best!! Our rooms were comfortable as well! Plus the pool area is so nice!!

My favorite Laughlin destination hands down! Fast check-in even when it's extremely busy. Very few black-out dates on comped rooms. Generous with their perks, lots of give-aways. Great casino atmosphere, good entertainment, and great restaurants with fair pricing. You feel valued when you visit the Tropicana.

They don't have a buffet anymore and I don't really consider a casino worth going to that doesn't. In my mind, it's a major part of the fun and offerings of a casino. I was disappointed about that. They were offering a military discount on 2 or 3 of the restaurants for that day, which I tried to take advantage of but the lines were too long to get in within a reasonable amount of time. The wait for one of the restaurants was 30 minutes and that was for the 1st person in line. Imagine how long the wait was the farther down the line you were. Regular restaurants are not setup to handle large crowds that move through quickly like buffets do. With buffets the food is already prepared and people move in and out relatively fast. We went elsewhere to eat because the wait was to long. Plus it's pretty much the only casino on that west side of the Laughlin strip. It's not on the Riverwalk. For me it lost part of it's draw. I have no desire to frequent this place when the other casinos seem to offer more. Its possible it has a nice hotel but I don't know anything about that.
