Poor customer service will make me avoid this hotel forever. I use a Walker and the desk clerk gave me a room which required me to push the Walker up several inclines. Had I been informed prior I could have made the decision to change locations. I was in extreme pain by the time we reached our room.

Was the only hotel with rooms available from vegas to Kingman (during spring break) when we went they gave us a prorated rate because we came in around 4am with a very sleepy toddler they got us taken care of quickly! Beds were cozy and quiet room was clean and shower was nice and hot!
Buffet limited. Resturants service slow. Cage cashers unfriendly. About the only friendly service was the vale people
Tropicana places my place will enjoy spending time there and playing on those machines we already got reservations for next Monday thank you guys
This casino is by far the best around. The food is great and service is great. The slot club is the best. What makes this casino unique is that it sits alone. Also has an in and out burger next door to it.
The Tropicana hotel was clean and had a lot of open tables
Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly when checking in and checking out. Definetly will be staying there again.
Very rude staff. I asked for a fire exit route I was told that they were closed to the public. This used to be my favorite hotel in Laughlin. This place has gone downhill big time.

Floor needed vacuumed , very dusty, chair was dirty, shower floor was disgusting, had to put a towel down so I didn't have to stand on it. Rooms could use a microwave for left over food.

The Tropicana casino has the best buffet on the strip. Every time I go to Laughlin I go to the Tropicana.

I checked in 3/1/2018 It was the absolute worst! I didn't even stay the night it was so gross there were toenail clippings on the floor and pubic hairs in the shower! When I went to leave I told the lady at the front desk about it she didn't even offer my $ back. Don't waste you're time go somewhere else.
Nice stay. Rooms are outdated. No in room refrigerator. Definitely needs to be renovated.
Had a lot of fun with children swimming and in the arcade. The Ice cream shop was yummy as well.

The Tropicana has always been our favorite place to stay, but it seems that the last few times we ve gone there has been a lot of gang bangers starting trouble and acting belligerent. Also, the employees need to keep an eye on how many people are actually staying in one room as well as how many people are in the pool. It s way too crowded.
I was disappointed this past trip. The room smelled musty, there was no housekeeping and no TV remote.
As for the staff, they re always friendly and the dealers are great!
I m hoping as time goes by things will improve.
Music over speakers to loud when band is playing it's like being waterboarded ..they also need to pic a style country or, rock, pop the thing of it is know your customer ...ive never seen someone on a walker rocken to heavy metal ...

The Salmon at their Steak House was absolutely delicious and the best meal I've had in this town.
Rooms we're clean and accommodating, no free WiFi, and cell service doesn't work in the higher rooms. The back tower has a great view of the river and casinos.
I visited the Tropicana Thursday September 3rd had a good time. I love the fact how you were able to go to the Harrah's casino and use their Beach. Check into the hotel and you get a voucher, that worked out nice. The only bummer was none of the bars were open and you had to chase down the cocktail server, she was doing everything she could to keep up so I got to give her Kudos on that. Tip her well and she won't let your drink get dry. FYI go to the essence Store inside the Tropicana and you can buy beer and liquor, just keep the receipt as you run around the Tropicana casino. looking forward to when you guys can open back up fully and thanks for the stay. Vince the security guard I had fun talking smack with you, take care bud.

The Restaurant was good we had a early bird special just over $20 for a prime rib the wife had 2 ok size lobster tails for the same price. Not a smoker so the second had smoke started to bother me after a couple days. Went to the pool a good size for the size of the hotel. Had a nice big TV outside so we could watch the game. Probably the best part of it all was the thrifty ice cream a childhood favorite of mine I could share with my son. The rooms felt a bit muggy like not the proper ventilation system. The coffee down at the cafe was a bit pricey but better than the coffee at the diner where 1/2 time we went we had poor service.
Ate at the buffet for breakfast...food was good..employees friendly and I won a little $ walking out the door
Needs quite a bit of updating and a lot of walking will be your first impression.
If not for the worn out bed, this would be 5 stars. Good food choices and view rooms. Friendly staff and easy parking.

My wife printed out her food voucher and they do not Honor them at the pool side Cafe anymore which we did not know so my wife try to have them put the voucher back in the system because she did not want to use it at that time and they said no and my wife is a black card holder she was very unhappy with them
The best rewards program anywhere. Lots of machines, large updated casino with a wide variety of video gaming machines. The rooms are very nice, clean, and great restaurants, too accommodate young and old. Good entertainment and a nice dance floor. A new tap room and lots of Bingo. Best casino on the strip.
Italian restaurant is excellent but doesnt open until 5pm.

I have worked in 3 major casinos in my life. If I ever go back to the Tropicana Laughlin and the Hotel Female Manager is chomping on her gum like a cow chomping kud, I will pay the extra and stay someplace else. Disgusting!!!!!

Front desk hurried me away before giving password for wifi, was not told where to park or given any help with bags even though it could very easily be seen that I was struggling. The room was decent though the TV did not get good reception or many channels.
The location is easy to get, rooms are awesome, I never really ever had a problem with service.

Areas are older..needs some maintenance and some wallpaper was peeling. Rooms were clean and beds were made good. Drawer in cabinet did not close or open properly. We got to queen beds and still only got 2 towels. Over all I would stay again because of the cheap price but I know what I will be getting.
I will never stay here again, the staff is helpful and friendly but the amenities are trash. When you flush the toilet it sounds like a plane taking off. You are charged for wi-fi per device. There are 3 restaurants but only 1 was open for the three days I stayed. Had to go outside the resort to keep from eating the same thing. The room I stayed in had shutters that open up to a brick wall???
Nasty place, carpet was disgusting, toilet seat nasty I request a nonsmoking they put me and my family in a smoking room that smell like weed and wet dog, we left the same day couldn t take it.

Although not on the river still one of the best in Laughlin. Live music nightly, decent restaurants and best game selection in town are all a plus. Request adults only tower otherwise quite a walk from the floor. Stay there about once a month.
We made our reservation 5 months ago for my sister, husband, 3 sons and I on Expedia. I called the day of check in to advise that we had a funeral to attend so we would be checking in the following day. Upon arrival they explained that they only had 1 room available with two beds in the smoking area so that was not a choice as my children were with me as well as the fact that my husband is asthmatic. Secondly, the room that was available only had 1 king bed. We tried to get a roll away bed for my sister and the attendant said it would be an extra cost per day IF there was one available and considering it was bike week all the roll away beds had been rented out. So we had to sleep on the floor. THEN! Yes there is an and then....we call housekeeping for extra blankets and they said they are only allowed to give 1 lousy blanket per room. I explained what happened and still they said they could not provide me with another blanket. What is the point of making a specific and detailed reservation 5 months in advance if what you asked for isn't available????? And why would you try to charge me the extra fee for the roll away considering the two queen bed room I reserved was given away??? I won't be staying here next year.

This is the worst place ever to stay. We were leaving to go home an attendant name ALEX Flores didn t know what he was doing and took out all the money we had left in our bank due to his lack of experience. And we got charged for it and him and another supervisor told us there s nothing they could do for us.. so we. Left home broke . And that too me is very very bad service. Instead of the supervisor in charge she blamed us for there mistake.. I am so disappointed in this place never coming back .
Waited over an hour for a beer even after a waitress went by me 3 times and said that they will be right back for my order! I am a local and will not be back! If you are going to take my money at least give me a beer!
