Roundhouse buffet was delicious and doesn't disappoint.

Nice rooms, excellent craps tables. Plenty of parking.

Really like thus place. Wish they had a few more food options. Really good nightly price for what you get. I usually stay here when traveling to Laughlin

Love this hotel, we have stayed here twice and it's been great both times. Plus, we like that they offer bingo all day.

You can tell at one time the Tropicana in Laughlin was a nice place. It does not seem to be handling the decline of the city as well as the Gold Nugget, Aquarius, and Harrahs.
The buffet is above average casino buffet fare. The ribs would be among the best I've had if they would just remove the silverskin(membranes) be for cooking.

Room is nice, coffee maker could use improvement. Casino needs to let me win more to get more stars. Ha.

The service is horrible me and my family members were divided because they didnt want to accept their service dog .

I didn't stay at the hotel. Just used the parking structure and walked through the hotel.

Decent hotel and casino - rooms need to be spruced up. Definitely getting worn and dated. Not a bad place but there are better choices in Laughlin.

Nice selections of re restaurants. Only thing it smells too much of cigarettes which makes it a turn off.

The air conditioning is horrible! Booked online, when we got to the hotel we was charged a $50 deposit. There was nothing about a deposit when I booked the room online. The lady that checked us in, was rude.
WiFi is not free. I pd. The resort fee, according to the wed site WiFi was included in the resort fee.

Went to pints and the service was horrible. Casino floor is ok

Things have changed. Menus cut down. Prices raised.

Tried the Brew Brothers restaurant, nice and friendly staff. Food was decent.

First time in, got my game play card. Nice it was a slow day so all the machines were open. Our luck was not to be had, maybe next time.

Its ok a little clean set date for $150 on a Saturday night and the housekeepers need to pay more attention to all the hair on the bathroom floor but it was all right

A great environment to be in. Not only is it a great place to play but the staff are Very community focused and involved with many nonprofits in the area.

Beds are way too firm, no refrigerators in the rooms, and room keys that stop working are a few reasons for my low score. The casino itself is fine, but they really should consider using some of the money that gamblers donate to then to renovate the long outdated hotel rooms. I get it, its Laughlin... but you've really let yourself go, Tropicana.

Very child UNFRIENDLY. Two hot tubs, kids under 13 cant use either, even with their parents. You cant bring your own beverages or snacks to the pool. Water, Soda, beer or anything. NAZI security all over the pool area. They dont even sell food or beverages by the pool. No sunshine before 11:00am or after 2:00pm because the pool is surrounded by two 15+ story hotel room buildings. The water in the pools was freezing and the pool boy said "heater is broken, sorry". Trust me people, this place is pretty bad.

This is now our fav casino on the Laughlin strip. Bright and modern lookng. Great food at the cafe. Friendly staff.

We was in Tropicana hotel on independence weekend and we had a great time.... you don't really need to go anywhere else because they have everything from casinos, pool,restaurants, live music every night which was great stores etc.

Best Casino to enjoy Gambling at. They have a lot of older machines that I like along with new one I can get to explore

Good entertainment, good water pressure in the shower, would've liked an extra towel but i was too lazy to call and ask.

Had breakfast at the buffet and wasn't too pleased. Food taste was average and was surprised to find no chef was preparing eggs. I won't be going back.

Room 1232 has running water in the toilet kept me up most of the night.

The room we had was excellent. King Size Bed and lots of space to move around. The staff were very nice and accommodating. A good surprise for me was how good the coffee provided in the room was.

Updated 11-17-18: Today we found out again why we never come here. We came specifically for their "BBQ Block Party". Here is our advice, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! It is supposed to be open 4-9 (per the voucher I received for coming from California!) But apparently, they regularly shut down early. I talked to the players club manager who confirmed this and added, "they shut down whenever they want". I asked him then "why is it advertised in print from 4-9?". He said "I don't know and I can't help you". False advertising, ZERO customer service, and ZERO care from the employees. This is why you shouldn't waste your time with this place. This hotel and casino has gone very much down hill in the last few years and is getting worse, not better. ANOTHER UPDATE: Before leaving town we stopped by for lunch and to get our free buffet. Amazingly enough, they give out free buffets for Tuesday's (over 55 club), BUT THE BUFFET ISN'T EVEN OPEN! This place is just 100% false advertising to get you in the door and zero delivery on promises.

Staff are rude. One bartender working one bar for the whole casino ignored us while sitting at bar because he was too busy making drinks for waitresses

EXCEPT gambling slot machines were awful NO ONE WAS WINNING TIGHT MACHINES, BIG TIME!

Honestly pretty disappointed!! Rooms on website are not what you get and there 24 hr restaurant doesn't provide what the menu says they can make. Pool was closed due to hazardous waste so not only did we pay extra for the room in the picture that wasn't the room in reality but we were unable to enjoy the amenities that come with the purchase of room

No hot water for shower both nights. Black mold in shower. What happened to my favorite hotel and casino in Laughlin. May have to stay at the Aquarius or Harrahs next time. Unfortunate because I love Patricia my hostess. She's the best!
