Clean rooms, the restaurants in the hotel aren't that good

Wonderful friendly staff. Good servers for drinks. Was playing games all over casino.

A comfortable place, good bingo and

Love the quick upgrade they were able to offer us after the Colorado Belle screwed my family and I over on our room. Got a suite for just a little more than we would have spent at the Belle.

Good players rewards. Hard to get a drink in casino. They don't always like seniors, you can get a discount, if they don't have anything else going on.

Stayed here several times...hasnt disappointed me yet!

Good hotel and casino. Dog friendly. Great service while you are there.

Friendly staff, nice pool albeit a little too much choline. Very comfortable beds.

Tropicana in Laughlin is one of the Best places to stay, gamble, and have fun while your visiting Laughlin. I highly recommend it and rate it 5 stars.

I went to the buffet, and the food was very good. It was clean and the service was exceptional. Then I played bingo, which was fun, but too fast paced. Overall a wonderful experience. I would go again.

Nothing special very very lit casino floor very Bright,

Laughlin Nevada was so fun my husband and I stayed at the Riverside Hotel and it was amazing it gives you the beautiful Riverview and they have a really nice swimming pool the restaurants that they have there are really really good

We enjoyed our stay and the price was very reasonable we drove to Vegas enjoyed our night and came back to Laughlin to our $49.00 Room and enjoyed the Jet Ski rentals. This was an awesome weekend getaway from Phoenix!! Hotel staff had great customer service skills and our room was very clean!! Next month when we return, we will request one of the renovated rooms on the upper floors. We are only giving 4 stars because the renovated room should have been offered at check in, other than that everything was Great!?

I have had a blast at tropicana these last few days. We are even considering extending our trip and extra day!

Hated it, There elevators werent working. It was horrible. Check in was terrible had 2 people checking everyone in and the line was out the doorr we were here for July 4 th 2015door

Food isnt that good here but hospitality and service is well done.

We have stayed at the Laughlin Nevada Tropicana hotel & Casino many times with most stays pleasant but booking through Hotwire you always get floor 6 where the rooms are much less preferable. Earlier this week our trip was quite unpleasant when during our first night & before going to bed the most feared thing we find imaginable appeared. When preparing the bed by pulling back the sheet there was a bedbug. WE called the front desk keeping the bug at bay while waiting for somebody from house-keeping. After about 10 minutes two guys from maintenance arrived who placed the bug in a plastic cup & seemed to confirm this was a bedbug. We saw only the one bug but when was a bed ever known to be infected by a lone bedbug. We were offered two alternatives which were washing our clothes & changing rooms. We declined the clothes washing only asking for plastic bags in which to put our clothing but of course changed rooms......Upon arriving home we unloaded our car in the driveway throwing all clothing into the washer, showered & placed other items in the hot sun. We are still stressed hoping nothing was carried home & we had napped in the bed during the afternoon but thankfully this was discovered before spending an entire night in the bed. Think it may have been preferable finding a snake in the bed & knowing there was only one.

They charge resort fees. Many other hotels do the same. But they didn't tell me when they took the reservation.

3 stars only because the steak house here is closed for remodeling. I was looking forward to the steak. I ended up going across the street to the Golden Nugget. Good but wish I new the Tropicana was remodeling.

this place is great exspecially on CINCO de mayo. me and family have lots of fun good times win lots of money.

Good prime rib at the steakhouse but They are going to change a few items on the menu and decor

Pool has too many unsupervised kids running around and it smells like smoke everywhere

I like the hotel, I like the casino, I just wish they were closer together!

Nice place to stay the room was a little dated but they are remodeling.

The wait to check in was horrible with only 2 ppl registering.

No Fridge...reaturaunts closed during the week..even tho the advertise the buffet on their marque outside..Closed..Also saw a Drone outside my room window..reported it to a security I saw in the hallway..Very Loud trucks and beeping noises outside wich led me to believe the Windows are not soundproof.Never will stay here again.NOTHING like the one in Vegas...

No refrigerator in room, very noisie, hard bed, hard pillows, shower curtain had meldew at bottom corners. Didn't have enough check in staff. No perks or incentives.

Awesome place to stay. We go here every year for my birthday. Would recommend more soap, lotions,and coffee for guests. Run out too fast!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Lots of fun at the casino, my only complaint would be on the drinks.... A little weak for a casino.

Overall not a bad place but if you're expecting the Tropicana you get in Vegas you will be disappointed. I was in town for a conference and not to gamble so I spent time in my room which was outdated and noisy. I was also disappointed to find Internet service was free on casino floor but like 14 bucks a day on the hotel floors. Thankfully I have Internet hotspot on my phone because I had no intention of paying for a service most any other hotel offers free.

For the price room was clean but dated had to visit front desk 3 time for new keys and rooms are a long walk from front desk

The machines are bright and colorful. That's about it! Tryin to get a cocktail without waiting for hours is nearly impossible. The staff are not very friendly and its not a place I would visit twice!

It was nice to be in Laughlin but no room service, no towels, elevators didn't work

Like the old Ramada better. Only thing they kept were the green lights and train style pool. Miss the train alot.

After waiting over an hour for a waitress i finally get to order a sprite. 45 minutes later i go find her and asked if i was going to get it today n showed exactly where i was sitting. She says oh yeah another lady took it n started walking away. So what i dont get one?
So i have her a penny and told her that is what her service is worth. She threw it on the floor.
RITA is probably one of the most inconsidrate waitresses i have ever came across.

Awesome place to play keno! Nice clean casino with a good champagne brunch.

My room 22nd floor in the promenade alls good except my room key failed 3 times over the course of 24 hour. First time I had all my luggage up then down across the casino then back across the casino then back up 22 flights of stairs. Ok I exaggerated I used the elevator . Point is what a pain then it happened 2 more times.
I didnt like how it was handled , made me fix it, come down to reprogram the card. FYI I say other people with the same complaint.

You could not pay me to stay her again..... this is the worst hotel....my family came in from different state, everyone had a issue with there rooms..,. Don't waist your money

Everything is right on the property. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained.

First time at Tropicana was excited had book a room online. I called to see if it went through and had asked if there was going to be any additional fees I was told no. But when I got here to check in I was charged more then what it had said on the website. Got to the room looks good. I take a closer look at the room because i do housekeeping and I found hair in the bathroom sink wasn't clean , had hair on the bed. The only kinda good thing was some of staff very helpful kinda and welcoming.

The rooms are clean but 70 percent of the hotel smells like cigarettes

I absolutely love that hotel thumbs up as always i always have trouble working their wifi but their 24 hour cafe its nice the staffing its wonderful im going back in like two weeks for sure.

Needs a renovation of the rooms and replace flooring and carpets.

Good place to spend the night, great restaurants, nice variety of slot machines.
