Nice casino, it was cold in the casino, had to go outside and warm up a couple of times.

It was pretty good hotel staff was nice and the room was clean but there was a fire alarm at 5am. And the hot tub wasn't really hot just barely warmer then the pool.

We booked a 3 night stay at the Tropicana. It's our 2nd time staying here. This time we stayed in the Adult tower. The difference it seems is we had a fridge. Also we had a shower with a seat and glass doors, no tub. The countertop was granite. The carpeting was new and the room smelled fresh and was very clean. The furniture new and bed super comfy. I really have nothing bad to say about the Trop. The slots were even good to me!

Had fun here. Casino floor was really bright, not very busy when we went but can see the potential during busy season.

Great place to visit when you are in the area!
You can stay awhile and have some refreshments, food,and sleep!

We were there in mid-June......have been coming to Tropicana for over 15 years. We never have any problem and have had minor difficulties cleared up (key card , etc) immediately without standing in line......food, pool, service always excellent.....will be back!

Good food and drinks but kinda pricey 16 bucks for a double jack and coke and 10 dollars for a burrito. Don't really gamble so no help there. Too hot for the pool during the day but nice at night. You'd rather be jet skiing anyway. Overall a little over priced but not a bad stay.

The casino floor looked small. I played and never was approached by a cocktail waitress. Passagio restaurant was very good and the service was great!

Rooms were fine,slot machines were tight,I don't expect to get rich at a casino,but I do look to be entertained. That didn't happen, went through money like water. I wasn't the only one that felt this way,in fairness it was the same at the other casinos we visited on the strip .probably won't return.we we're there to see Kid Rock!!!

Comfortable enough, clean, however, the bathroom sink didn't drain. A sheet and blanket only on the bed. Trip advisor mentioned free WiFi, however it was 7.99 a day. No coffee in the room. Had to go to a casino bar to get coffee.

There seems to be some disconnect between management, and staff. Last night at the buffet there was a couple that had a very small dog in a baby carriage, and they were feeding it table scraps. I talked to the manager on duty, she said there was nothing she could do about it? We ask the security desk, they said they could do nothing because of OSHA, I think he meant ADA. This morning there was a woman in the Poolside Cafe, holding her Terrier. Last month we were here, leaving our room we saw a woman getting off the elevator with a Chiuaua. I called the front desk, they said only service dogs were allowed? I absolutely agree with this; however I doubt, mini poodles, terriers, and Chihuahuas are used for this. So, I ask the front desk what happens if security sees a non service dog, she said they are ask to leave? Bottom line if you don't mind thers been a dog in your room, or a dog in the restaurant then the Tropicana is for you.

Stayed at hotel on a bus tour. Standard for a hotel. No problems.

I love staying at the Tropicana they are the best The staff and management are always friendly and accommodating this is my hotel whenever I am in Laughlin which is usually once a month I give them beyond a 5 stars love the resteraunts the music and the bands gambling here is great the pool is perfect the rooms are clean beds are great I would recommend this hotel to everyone Thanks Tropicana

Got promo codes and Free rooms but everyone I try to use them they always say that those are black out dates even thought the coupon say June 1-31 even talked to the supervisor Deb and she was absolutely no help No wonder Laughlin is dying. At least Vegas puts the restrictions on their coupons

Trop Laughlin has clean rooms and friendly staff. My only complaint was that there was no refrigerator in the room.

No coffee maker, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and limited outlets. Hotel ought to be updated. Bed and pillows were good.

Fun time with family and friends! Good little getaway!

So far, this has been a great experience at the Tropicana. GREAT service and friendly staff. Restaraunt pricing is very fair.

Unfortunately they have ceased to cater to the seniors. The music has changed and the cute little place "under the stairs" that used to have fresh popcorn and other nice snacks seems to have been replaced by the new place with lots of pricey and for the most part, not so great bakery items. Also the slot machines that used to be fun are gone and replaced with ones with very dark themes

I dig the atmosphere, and the keno tables always hit for me. Giving 3 stars only because the drinks have never impressed me and often I have to question if water was used to mix cocktails rather than liquor. But all in all, enjoyable enough of a casino, and the rooms are nice.

really cool place was very happy with the room they let us upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub for ten extra dollars for a 3 night stay. the casino has a digital roullet and blackjack which is cool cos sometimes the tables are closed due to the virus

it's a nice hotel the only I will give a 4 star the shower was clogged and it took them until yesterday night to in clogged the shower not good

Clean hotel. Our room needed a microwave and a fridge. All rooms should come standard with them. Makes it easier for families with small children

Great Casino Hotel with good services and super low prices.

It's a decent place to stay and play. Since we were on a discounted room, it was not bad but for more money, we'd have probably had a small fridge and maybe a little microwave. The gaming floor had a good variety of different slots/games available. We were going to eat but found the buffet was a bit pricey for what was offered so we left and ate across the river in Bullhead and had a nicer dinner for less money per person. It's an older property but they've done some nice renovating since a previous visit.

Very nice hotel, clean even though they had current construction going on. Nice big clean comfortable rooms. Didnt make it to the pool, but it looked clean. I did see a sign and liked they had it closed off in the evenings for the adults only.

Excellent stop over. Best hotel rates. Spacious rooms best service. Fun night of gambling.

Absolutely fun we went as a group. we all had a blast, even though some of us eventually lost we were able to play for a long time... out of all the casino the Tropicana was the most fun, it was super clean, friendly helpful staff... the staff even taught some of us the rules to table game (I now love roulette lol) can't wait to go back....

Stayed here there on the 12th of Nov 2018. The rooms were very bad. Need updated . Carpet was dirty and worn out. The rates were $70.00 plus. Not worth it .

Did not like my stay here; half the hotel was under construction. Buffet was closed.

Casino atmosphere was there.. however the room was not all that great. The cell service was horrible, room service about an hour wait, shower bar curtain about to fall, escalator lines were long. , and "counter at Carnegie restaurant" wall menu was not used, only half items on a desk was available. Very frustrating to get food for a family. Damm Corona probably effected. Definitely not going back. Maybe other hotels had issues with people coming back.

My husband and I decided to celebrate my birthday with a quick road trip from Vegas to Laughlin. Initially we booked a classic king room then upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for an additional $20 per night. Long story short, the jacuzzi tub didn't work and we got moved to another room without a jacuzzi tub, just a large shower. The person that switched our room said they would put us in a different jacuzzi room on Saturday because they were all booked Friday night. Well we never got put back into the jacuzzi tub room. When I checked out this morning (1/26/2020 10:39am)

I asked the front desk lady that was checking me out of the upgrade charge would stand and she said yes because I was moved to an upgraded room (which I didn't ask for or wanted and there was nothing different about this room besides it being on the 15th floor). I really like the Tropicana because the service was always good and everyone was friendly, but I'm so unhappy with this hotel after this experience that as often as we come to Laughlin I'll never spend another dime in this hotel again! If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR RATING I would! The lady that checked me out had a nasty attitude and I just said forget it and left.

Very DISAPPOINTED and DISPLEASED how the the Security staff treated my Daughter (18)... turning 19 in a month. She was stalked by the Security staff as she was watching my 2 nieces age 17 and nephew 6. My daughter and one of my nieces were in the spa while my other niece sat in a chair keeping an eye on my nephew as he walked around. #1 Security guard came over stating NO KIDS ALLOWED in the SPA and he looked at my nephew cause he was getting closer to the spa...my daughter said ok...#1 left & walked to #2 security guard...he bee lined straight to my daughter asked her" how old she was?"...She responded"18" He came back with a rude comment/response "Are you sure?" " Do You Have your ID?"... my Daughter now offended by him being rude and males watching them already...responded"Yeah"... went to the edge of the spa to her purse to grab her ID...as he stood there watching her inappropriately... Then when my Daughter handed him her ID he stared at it for minutes... born in 2000... it's not hard to ADD ITS YEAR 2019...SHES ATLEAST 18....like she said. Then my daughter was very UNCOMFORTABLE had the other 3 get dressed and they came to find my family to address the situation. My mother saw 3 guards at one time following them and told the Mom of the 3 my daughter was watching. Then when my daughter sees me and they were headed outside she wanted to tell me what happened but I was on a machine...a female guard this time hovered over them...interrupting her ...my nephew was crying and this Lady would not shut up and let my daughter just say what she needed to. My nephew could have been hurt... something could have been seriously wrong. I told them go by the door and in the covered area and I rushed over.
-When I got the full timeline of events I was furious. We had just drove 8 hours the day prior to NAU for a College graduation and decided to drive to Laughlin ...picking Tropicana to go play slots for a few hours....While my adult Family members over 21 were pouring money into your slots your Security staff members harrassed, stalked, and was inappropriate with my daughter who was the eldest of the group and watching them so we can play.
(The Valet, the front desk help, even other members were polite...I had a Lady sit next to me and ask me if I minded if she smoked... I told her she is the 1st person ever to ask... most do it to get you to get off your machine. She was polite and didnt because i preferred her not but i knew the possibility of someone smoking will happen. She said Nope I'll wait)... Your rating is based ALL ON THE SECURITY STAFF!!!
ID GIVE A ZERO BUT THE OTHER STAFF DID THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND APPROPRIATELY!!
DAUGHTER IN 2 PIECE BATHIN SUIT ... INSULTED... SPOKE TO RUDELY... AND THEN WATCHED BY A MALE AS SHE IS TOLD TO GET HER ID TO PROVE IT. NEVER ASKED MY NIECES...JUST MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS THE OLDEST!!!! AND HE STOOD THERE WATCHING!!

The rooms are okay. I think the $98/night price tag is a bit much since I paid the same for a room on the strip in Vegas. But the beds and bathroom did their job. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The drawers of the dresser were dirty. Good A/C though. I'm not a gambler but their isn't much else to do. The river is very nice and spending the day their really made my trip.

I actually like the games they had over there and the food there was amazing had a good sandwich over there

Lack of electrical outlets. Long walks to get anywhere. Chairs in room not comfortable. Would not stay again.

The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, especially for the cost. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back.
