Should have a disclaimer! This is not affiliated with the tropicana anywhere else. Just using the name .rooms are not nice. Beds broken but showers are awesome!

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the value. The only negative would be the smell in the elevator and the dirty, worn-out carpet in the room. I was afraid to walk on it bare footed.

For what it is, it's very reasonable. All the hotels are fairly similar. I was working here in Laughlin for the 2017 Laughlin River Run 35th annual Motorcycle Rally. I was told it's one of the biggest events held here.
This area reminded me of a mini Vegas just not as nice.
The hotel was ok, there's wasn't any comforters on the beds just flat sheets which I thought was strange.
There was a huge beetle by the front desk which I instantly wondered if other insects would be a problem but thankfully I wasn't bit or saw any others. I would stay here for work again if needed.
Nice staff and the parking is free which is a huge plus. The drive isn't too bad from Las Vegas about a hour and 45 mins.

Good place to get away from the daily routine of life and go have a great time and unwind!

It was a nice room. The only problem was a slow drain in the sink in the bathroom; and, the toilet seat needed tightening. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

What about $1,400 here great place to go gamble at. Wait staff was cool kept on asking me if I needed more drinks. I would have rather stayed here then at the Colorado Belle across the street Tropicana knows what they're doing.

First the atmosphere, 2nd was the games where all pretty new,the staff was friendly the restaurant's where great. The rooms where beyond comfortable

Stayed 1night. Found hair on the bottom sheet and top sheet and blanket. Wasn't mine. Mmmmm. Bathroom clean. Hope cleaning gets better

Great Cinco de Mayo weekend great customer service and waitress were on it coming around getting everyone drinks when asked for and room was great. See you next year

Service was great, as soon as we entered the Casino Floor. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Casino floor was clean. Cocktail Waitresses were plentiful and fast.

Whet to play bingo the other day for the very first time. And bingo staff were extremely unhelpful. Girl calling out numbers was going so fast. That me and my partner could. Not keep up and had give up. I would not recommend playing bingo here to anyone.

Not a bad place to stay for cheap. Does not offer free WiFi. Something also messes with your network so you don't get a good data signal. Restaurants are expensive to eat in and the food is mediocre, at best, with small portions.

Very responsive. ..would stay there again. Only problem was paying for wifi.

Horrible experience at this Hotel. When we first got to the room it smelled Like mildew,the toilet wouldn't flush the sink was stooped up, the had like a throw sheet and brown fire retardant blanket. I layer found out when taking a shower that the smell was coming from the shower curtain that probably hadn't been changes in years. Terrible 2 nights at the Tropicana Hotel. I will never stay here again.

Just a casino that smells like cigarettes, so just a casino. The restaurants are really good, but just get outshined by the casino factor of it. Eh I'm not rich so I wouldnt know

Best Bingo in Laughlin. I have never played Bingo other than in grade school or free bar bingo but my wife really wanted to try bingo at a casino. They staff was so very helpful even though I had a million questions and had no clue what I was doing. The wife and I enjoyed ourselves so much we went back every day of our trip. If your not used to playing bingo opt for the electronic version of the bingo boards.

Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, the staff was friendly and professional. Everything was constantly being disinfected. I felt very safe

Best Casino in Laughlin NV. Forget Vegas. COME TO "TROPICANA IN LAUGHLIN NV." BEST OF ALL THE REST!!!!!!!

Our a/c went out and we needed some relief. We stayed one night, for a very reasonable amount. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable. The a/c was nice and chilly. We had dinner at the buffet, which was pretty decent as well.

Room was decent and clean. Old school a.c. and casino had the overwhelming cigarette smell

We were able to take my mom for the 1st time..loved the casino, and the drinks and waitresses were amazing...we loved it

Awesome place. Didn't win but its a nice place. Love the way the white building lights up green at night.

My wife was racially harassed here by another guest and when she went to security.. they did absolutely nothing and didn't even ask what she looked like and it was disappointing. She was very excited to play there and bring the family but we DO NOT recommend this hotel and casino. Staff that was around did nothing. Disappointed

Really love their pool. Also enjoyed their nightlife. They had live music the night I was there. The only negative is that is not a riverfront hotel

? Room cleanliness, I don't know that I would claim that, sorry Tropicana but.....you have gone down hill since we last stayed with you.

I went they're in the end of July after a river run, there were so many children in the place I ended up canceling my reservation, if you're like me and don't like other people's children I would not recommend the Tropicana Laughlin

Decent complimentary room. It was pretty clean with staff that worked to get us a room we wanted with a view.

Filthy room. Bathroom drains don't drain properly. Stained dirty carpet. The TV wasn't usable as if you had it on for more than 15 minutes it began to degrade in picture and sound. Which eventually got so badly it gave me a headache. None of the amenities claimed by the hotel to be offered were available or had to be paid for in the guests areas.

If you like to play the slot machines this is the place. The atmosphere is very enjoyable

Check in was the worst as their registration desk is not well staffed during even busy hours. At 5pm, there was a massive line that took 45 minutes to get through. We checked back at various times during the evening and it was still there, only a little smaller, at almost midnight!

In the halls of the hotel, the walls and doors were scarred and scraped. Room was fairly clean but looked a bit tired and in need of renovation, and some of the corners hadn't been vacuumed well. The beds were not uncomfortable but the sheets had some tears and stains. The window shades were hard to operate and barely keep out the bright green light they shine on the outside of the building.

They had lots of promotions going on. Lots of machines and table games. Several choices for eating.
