Made reservations through Agoda. Received email saying it was confirmed. Arrived and staff says reservations was canceled but they could give me a room at same price. Reservations were for deluxe queen, they put me in a standard double for same price. Disappointed.

My husband and I enjoy using our getaway days. We usually get an upgraded rm with a spa tub. We are 62 years young and that tub helps our bodies to feel better. Thank you Tropicana you've taken good care of us.

My husband and I love playing craps in Reno and Vegas and were very much looking forward to checking out Laughlin. We have stayed and played at over 20 hotels/casinos over the last few years and were excited to stay at the Trop. Rooms were ok, but "resort" fees were pretty high considering th er little of that offered.
But hey, we came to have fun playing craps, so no biggie.

After being at the craps table Thursday night for only 10 minutes, I could not believe the way we were treated. Rudest, most disrespectful craps staff I have ever experienced. I am a Social Worker and super easy going by nature, and have never once complained about a casino, but these guys were so over the top with their absolute disrespect for others that I will never spend another dime there again.

We are from Washington state and were craving crab, so we were excited to go to Friday night prime rib and crab at the buffet... Dont waste your $40+ for two dinners here!
The prime rib was okay, but the crab was terrible. The chef plating up the hot crab legs was friendly and efficient, but the crab leg shells were soft and hard to open, the crab meat was like canned tuna inside and not much meat in the small legs. We tried 2 batches, both dissapointing. We noticed the waitstaff wasn't very attentive, I had to get up and get spoons and napkins. Think the coffee was sitting from breakfast, it was gross. The other food was so-so, but not worth the $40+.
We won't eat here again.

New years eve there was great and they are generous with their invites and rewards if you are a card holder. Free champagne and party favors and hats etc. to make it even better. All you long great events and offers and now a big new Bingo room.

I don't usually post bad ratings however this one isn't good. Clean room but air conditioning doesn't work. Go to take a shower and the piece you pull for the water to come up to the head of the shower is bent , not very much water coming out of the head of the shower. Before you ask why I didn't switch rooms is because I checked in late, woke up at 4am in a sweat to discover all of this. Being I leave in a few hours would be a waste of time. I will let them know of the issues.

We were there for one night on our way to Sedona. Hotel was OK. Very crowded. Masks were required, but not everyone was wearing them properly. Lots of kids running and screaming in the pool where masks were not worn obviously. Ice machine on the floor ran out of ice. Bathtub faucet leaks. Parking was a plus as it was very convenient. In-N-Out Burger was convenient. I am sure Laughlin was a much better place before the pandemics. Was looking forward to see more of Laughlin. Was mainly interested in getting out of town ASAP due to not feeling safe. But I am sure it is a great place if you are there to gamble.

It's friendly and clean. We were there on a Tues so it was not so busy....drink servers were hard to find and far beween. We only stayed the one night but our room was nice and big. We loved the heating set up for the room....not those old noisy radiator type ones that keep you awake all night long.

The Machines are Very tight and drink's are week. Seems like the waitress are only around the High Roller area. I had lost some important papers in the room, after I was a few hours away I called lost and found and they wouldn't do anything for me, so I had to drive all the way back for me to go find them myself still in the Same place in the room where I had left them a Day later.

The hotel staff was rude and disrespectful. We stayed 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. We were not told at check-in we would have to clean our own rooms and fight with housekeeping to get towels. We had 4 people in our room but we're told we could have only 2 towels! Had to ask for toilet paper daily. Took hours to get anything. On top of all that, we we're charged the entire resort fee. For what, we did EVERYTHING THE STAFF WAS SUPPOSED TO DO!!!!! Will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone unless you like paying champagne prices for stale beer service

Not the Laughlin of the past. Casinos here have cut the number of slots and have mostly older machines. Just not the same fun exciting place. We went to three casinos on memorial weekend none of them where busy. Played a few games but didn't win hardly anything. Machine's are set to low win is my thought. While there no one around us was winning anything to speak of. I have owned slot machines and I know when they have been set to low customer odds. Have more wins at local Indian casinos.

We stayed for five days and four nights. After reading some really negative reviews, I almost cancelled our reservations. We were attending the Haunt and Glow car show that was at the casino the weekend that we were going to be there, so we decide to go anyway. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.

Floor waitresses were few and then when you did find them to order a drink, they were non-friendly. Same thing with valet. I guess you can't expect much these days from people but I guess I need to stop tipping for bad service and be ok with it. The rooms were mediocre but for $100 a night wasn't excpecting much there. Tiny towels in the room.

We initially went to eat Sunday morning brunch at the buffet. It is the family's favorite buffet on the strip for breakfast. The wife and I stayed to gamble and have some drinks afterward. The staff was curtious and smiled when they made eye contact. We didn't have to wait long at the bar by the buffet to get drinks. I play roulette and got another drink from the waitress. She was friendly. The 2 ladies that were at the table spinning the roulette wheel were very professional and not at all rude.

Went to a graduation party in one of the event rooms. Room was very nice and the Tropicana staff had it looking very nice and professional. If I was needing a venue I would highly consider using one of their event rooms.

Tropicana in Laughlin Nevada what can I say? Laughlin Nevada along the Colorado River is a old Town. Old people with white hair, grandchildren hand in hand with their grandparents. Nice and quiet not loud like Vegas. Learned a new way to get there a few shortcuts to Vegas. Adding to my current self GPS it's always good to know different travel routes.

Overall, the resort is nice. It's older than some of the larger resorts in Vegas and it shows its age, but don't let that deter you. Laughlin is a good change of pace if you're use to Vegas. The staff is extremely friendly and the casino is nice. The beds are medium-firm, which at first concerned me, but I slept better than I had in weeks. This would have been 4 stars, but I'm giving it 3 because the AC in the room is laughable. On High and all the way to cool, the air blows room temperature. If I had been staying more than one night, I would have called in about it. If you stay here, look around for all the train-themed references. I'm assuming this use to be some type of train-themed resort.
