I got repairs made on my 2006 Monte Carlo Lt 3.9 on my passager side due to an accident insirance claim made with state farm claim# 59791F519 from the passager door to the bumber I was promise to have repairs made by a certain time that time exceeded over 5 days I got my car back dirty stains from labor work on my steats I had left flat tire that I have to replace
I had transmission leakage that I have to get repaired and location is very far from my residence I reciave a life time warranty on my repairs I like that and no windshields wiper fluid was replace I received it empty cause by accident I just wanted to get my special vehicle back and not have a headache's about the situations I tryed to push bad things off then confront it so I just got my car and went home with peace but wasant please I really wanted what I was promise but I guess it doesn't happens here at tropical Chevrolet in Miami shores

I'm happy with my visit to Tropical Chevrolet. They actually answer the phone when you call, and were great in explaining my options and keeping me posted regarding the timeline etc. They're obviously working hard at their customer service, and I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation.

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shopping on line for 2cars and found 2on website I liked called dealership. Spook to salesperson told what I was looking at she /// Sadie /salesperson looked at inventory and sad ok I have them we agreed on internet price. 2016 Tahoe and 2017 camaro Sadie said ok let's do credit app go on line and fill it out I did she called back said ok I got it. It went on for a bet I call and called and called finally called and talk to someone else who said I don't know anything about it I'll let you talk to manager who said I will have to get back to you no call back 1 day went by I called and text and called finally got to speak to robbingson he said I was going to call and see what you needed I sad are you serious after all of this you find know what's going on no what do you need I said I bought 2 cars what's going on after 3 days I finally called g.m.a.c. to investigate and agree to open case something's not right there Sadie ran my credit On deal and now nobody knows anything thing about it hope it not identity theft don't try to rip people off it's not right beware!!!!!!!!!!

1 star is generous. I checked on a car 30 minutes before I arrived at the dealer and was told that it was available. Was looking at a used vehicle and was told that the vehicle would be cleaned for my arrival. When I arrived and spoke to the salesperson, all they could tell me is that the vehicle was not available. I asked them if it had been sold in the last 30 min, and all I was told is that it is unavailable. He could not give me a straight answer. Then the salesman proceeded to try to sell me another vehicle that was considerable more expensive. I know a bait and switch when I see one, and this one is an excellent example. I got up and left. I will never go there in the future. Be extra careful with this shady dealership.

Also, they have a sign on the door that states face mask's are required. I saw several employees walking around inside with no mask whatsoever.

This place has nice employees who are always willing to help they get you in and out as quick as possible and make your experiance as good as possible

I would like to say thank you to Chris Brown from the service department. Very friendly. Efficient. He was very polite and patient with me while expressing my concerns. He didn t make me wait for a prolonged period. When I came he he greeted me with a smile and immediately assisted me. Even though I didn t buy my car from this location he treated me as if I just made a purchase that same day. He went more than above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my issues were fixed. He has very good memory. He didn t mind being informative either. Great great place for buying a car. Wish I would ve known that before car buying. Misleading advertising. Poor customer service. Same old sales tactics. I will not ever go back to this dealership. Sales manager tried to justify pricing. I was told they have the vehicle I wanted (not true), offered unbelievably good price that wasn't true. Shame on you Tropical Chevrolet.

Worst Experience we ever had! Bait and Switch! We were told one price online and on the phone and got a different price when walking in.

We wanted a Suburban last year on their Black Friday deal but the deals turned out to be lies. I was concerned as there were some pretty negative reviews online (just scroll down) but before coming to the dealership, we confirmed the online listings listings with their internet manager and other representatives at the dealership via telephone several times. They said to "come on in" so we can just fill out paperwork. They 'baited' us with a false deal to get us to just "come on in" and we bit.

Then came the 'switch' as the moment we walked into the dealership and sat with a rep he told us how it's impossible we were quoted the price. He didn't even bother calling the manager or reps we spoke to online. The dealership listed one price and model online but when we got there, the car disappeared from inventory and apparently was never there. We told them we had a snapshot of the online listing and they said that it must be an error online. We told them there were multiple listings we had snapshots of at that price and they took no responsibility nor did they even apologize.

The kicker was when we told them we would post online they told us to go ahead. The listings were still there weeks later.

For the record, we went to many different Chevy dealerships and not one of them had listings that were as inaccurate. In fact, every other dealership we went to was honest, courteous and apparently not surprised when we told them how Tropical Chevrolet lied to us.

We don't think you can trust any of their "deals" as advertised. Save yourself a trip and the aggravation.. choose any other Chevy dealership.

I just bought a 2020 DEMO and you would have thought that the salesman Joseph P. VUKAS would have disclosed that this only have one key at the time of purchase. To only find out he didn't and now I'm told that I have to purchase the spare for a $150.00 if I want it. What kind of SH-T is that when you PURCHASE the car that's there car from the DEALERSHIP. Be careful before you buy here because if you dont know about a NEW CAR not used but NEW they want tell you and it will be your responsibility. THEY SUCKS.....

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Pushy salesman that can not deliver what they promise. What a disappointment.

The service staff is very not helpful. I have my car there for 2 months and they cannot and will not provide the part number that I need. They refuse to transfer me to someone that can help. They cannot fix my car and refuse to give me a loaner car when i am still paying for my car and insurance. They have profiled me since day 1 and they still do not plan on fixing the issue or give me a reasonable ETA.

I recommended everyone purchase a car from Tropical Chevrolet. I had such a good experience and Briana was so patient and attentive. Thank you.

Worst costumer service avoid that place guys I was there 2 days ago I took my chevy equinox just to replace only 1 light for the front of the car and maria say o this is gonna be expensive because they have to take a lot of part .and I was thinking they have to take a lot of part jus for 1 light and then she say it gonna cost me 138 but if the conector of the light is broken is gonna be more expensive like 200 something so I decided no to do anything and I went to bomnin CHEVROLET AND THEY JUST TO CHANGE THE LIGHT CHARGE ONLY 36.99 . First off, let me start by saying I had an amazing experience at Tropical Chevrolet Miami!!! I went to Autonation Chevrolet Doral and was totally unimpressed and borderline felt disrespected. Davie Choy saved the day for my wife and I! Davie and I spoke on the phone after I left Autonation and by the time I reached Tropical he had our brand new 2021 Tahoe waiting right out front ready for a test drive. Davie was not only very personable, but was also very knowledgeable and respectful. Besides the amazing job Davie did for us, Yubriela in the finance department was also amazing at assisting us to close our deal. She went above and beyond for us! All in all I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a great Chevrolet. Our new Tahoe is outstanding!!! Thanks again!

Today 7.18.18 I was having A/C Issues brought it in a blown compressor and though I have an Chevy Suburban top of the line LTZ the equivalent to a Mercedes 450 GL in price. I felt that GM did not do well by me NOTHING AGAINST THE DEALER OR STAFF THEY ARE AMAZING ASK FOR STEVEN HE IS THE BEST. They followed procedure and called GM said they would only cover 80% you make the judgement this is a 70,000.00 vehicle 39000 Miles 3 years old do you believe you should be paying for parts and labor. What i can tell you that the last time i spent 70,000.00 Dollars on a car they gave me 5 year warranty bumper to bumper at no additional cost. Guess were I am going next a gain nothing AGAINST TROPICAL CHEVROLET NOR THEIR EMPLOYEES. I understand why people don't by American any more. GM GETS ** thank you for the last 7 years this was my second and last car i get from you. I left FORD thirty years ago and well never been back i will stay with German or Other. SORRY BUT GOOD BUY. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of 2019 Chevy Equinox. I don't even drive the because I feel like I taken advantage of.

This is a review on the service department i had oil change for 1 car and was told an hour to an hour and a half wait after almost 2 hours they parked my car and left it in another lot not to be worked on they finally started and i was out in like 3 hours with alot of apologies being told to bring my other car for the recall and oil change. They then did my oil change for my other car but my tire gauges on the dash were wrong they did put air and did rotation but either the module is bad or they didnt reset it. I have wasted enough time and the only thing they offered me was 2 oil changes and a loaner car to fix what it is so i dont have to wait. This was a terrible experience and im just going to take it somewhere else

This my third auto purchase in some 28 years from Tropical Chevrolet. I ve always received the decent service that you d expect from a dealership. However after my most recent experience while shopping for a Chevy Volt, my opinion of Tropical has markedly improved.

From the moment I walked in the door to the final mechanical checkout, the entire staff bent over backwards to show personal interest in my needs. They worked hard to give me a fair deal, then sweeten it with extras before handing me the keys of my new vehicle. The financing steps were clearly explained then expedited by an extremely patient and professional financial specialist. The service manager helped me with technical support and then decide on the appropriate warranty plan. All the details were supervised by Isiah Seda who takes his job as a sales specialist seriously.

BUYER BEWARE. From the moment we arrived at Tropical Chevrolet we were greeted with unprofessional service. My daughter and I came in to look for a car for my daughter. The sales person, Ana was unprofessional and border line rude. Ana was more concerned with telling us about cars she wanted sell rather than what we wanted to buy. After enduring poor sales skills and insults, the final straw was when Ana informed us of the price of the car we considered purchasing. Ana stated the internet price was only for a cash transaction and the crossed out higher price was the price of said car. Here s a tip Ana, educate yourself on how to become a good salesperson. Recognize when you are dealing with an educated consumer. I am a college graduate and earn six figure salary, buying a Chevrolet is not a problem. To the owners of Tropical Chevrolet, your salesperson, Ana, cost you a potential sale and future customer. Ana needs to recognize that Tropical Chevrolet is not the only car dealership in town. We have several options. Overall a disappointing experience.

A few months ago I bought my car with Mrs. Thays ... now some friends needed one but they had doubts about where to go ... I told them about her and they went to visit her and just as they left me happy and with a really new car who thays is an angel full of patience with all his clients!

Scheduled for a simple oil change and they were unable to do a simple task.

Took my wife's vehicle for some work under warranty, but when I picked the car back the following day, I realized that it had been driven several miles, 14 to be exact. Another time while getting the vehicle serviced, I noticed that the tires weren't rotated, and the oil filter was not changed, I know because I marked them. I will never go to those guys again, despite the fact that I live a few blocks away.

Do Not Waste your time. Spoke with Internet Specialist and confirmed price and extras, when I got to dealer the total was $4K more. Classic bait and switch....

Wonderful staffing especially Chris. He made my visit a wonderful visit by having one of his staff take me home while they are working on my vehicle.

I have purchased more then 10 cars in the last 18 months with this company. They mislead and went as far as trying to cover it up. Ari one of the managing partners tells me well we leagally do not have to disclose any damages to there vehicles unless it in the car fax. We guess what! It was and now in the process of filling a lawsuit against the company. Very sad to see such a reputable company cheat and mislead loyal guest for the last 20 years.

On another note I just left the tropical Chevrolet collision center with used parts they put on my 2018 2500 Silverado that i paid retail for. They went as far as charging my insurance company a bunch of things that they did not do. Just found out they are refunding my insurance company thousands of dollars of work they never did. Joel the manager called me a liar and told me Ari one of the owners does not want to deal with me anymore because I give them to much trouble. Well heck yes I am going to give them trouble when they call me a liar, cheat me, steal from my insurance company, install USED parts when we paid for OEM NEW parts and try to cover it up! I am a Chevy guy but will NEVER buy from them again. I will be follow up with Chevy direct showing them countless emails, text, physical proof that FRAUD was committed. I am not the type to sit here and write reviews and have better things to do and not waste my energy on negative people but the law is the law and they WILL take back this BMW M4 crashed hidden over priced sports car back and have them Pau attorney fees. Shop around don t go here.. they fire all staff and are not worth your hard earned money. Oh the used car manager is a joke, liar and just as bad as the owner.

I want to start by saying I am absolutely DISGUSTED with my Tropical Chevrolet experience.

To start... when I was car shopping I had sent 4 emails trying to get info on the car I wanted. No phone calls no email back. I blindly drove from Oakland Park hoping the car was there. Luckily it was.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Derek (The only good to come from my tropical visit) He took me to the car and it was exactly what I wanted. When we went inside to deal and figure out pricing and payments another salesman helped. He was alright but a bit pushy.

We haggled a little back and forth. The final agreed upon price for the car came to $36000 or something it may have been lower but I'm being fair. They informed me depending on my credit I may not get the payment I wanted ($525) but that was the price. Came back my credit wasn't as good as I had thought it was, so I understood my payment would be higher ($714). After almost 3 hours I left with the car I wanted. Not the payment I wanted

The next day (in the daylight) I realize the emblems on the passenger side of the car are missing. the brake pedal is missing. and the wireless charger doesn't work. So, I spend my day Driving to Tropical Chevrolet from Oakland park to have this fixed. The emblems got put on. the pedal got replaced. But I was told that the wireless charger worked fine. After showing my phone didn't work on it and the tech guys phone DIDN'T work on it and then a salesman phone DIDN'T work on it. I was told its fine there is nothing they can do.

So, I set up ANOTHER appointment to have it looked at AGAIN. I spend my day driving to Tropical Chevrolet from Oakland Park AGAIN. To find out the computers have been down since 9 am and my appointment is at 3 pm. There is nothing that can be done have a good day.

SO, I SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT now I've had the car for a couple weeks and realize the needle speedometer is 4-5 mph faster than the digital. I show up and nobody has any clue what s going on. who I have the appointment with. blah blah blah. so, they finally take it, 3 hours later they have driven it 20 miles looked at it done what they need to do. They call me to my car and explain they don't see the mph difference and that the charger worked fine. So, they show me with my own phone that it is suddenly working. On my way home, the speedo is much more accurate. Not sure what was done but it seems to be fixed. BUT for the inconvenience of making my 3rd trip there I was not offered a car wash, or a tank top off.



At this point I don't know if there is anything that can be done. If there is I would love to hear it.
