Don't care for car dealerships, however, Daniel Gonzalez from Troncalli put no pressure on us, was super accommodating during our test drive, talked to us like we were people, not like a potential check. Because of him we had a painless experience and have come back since our car purchase to buy another car. Awesome salesman, awesome dealership!

We bought a new Pacifica and could not be happier with our car-buying experience; it was stress-free and easy. We worked with Bruce from sales and he was great. We did a lot of the initial communications from a distance, and Bruce did a great job ensuring we had all the information we needed prior to arriving to purchase. Financing was also great to work with, Kash made sure we understood everything/was patient with our numerous questions. Highly recommend Troncalli.

Just bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Stephen Radford at Troncalli and we are -SO- pleased. He was just a great salesperson to work with and after doing our due diligence in making sure they were giving us the best price compared to other dealerships in the area we could have went to anyone since others were willing to match Troncalli's price but I just couldn't shake how good of a guy Mr. Radford was. Out of everyone we spoke to I didn't want to give our business to anyone else.

Will Jenkins did a great job selling us a Jeep Renegade. He gave us the time we needed to learn about the car and our various options. He worked hard to get us a good price. No pressure, no rush, very smooth and easy process. I felt like I was being treated fairly and respectfully. We were very happy with the overall experience. Will is very knowledgeable, and also a decent, honest, good guy, so i highly recommend him if you are visiting this dealership.

Great experience from start to finish. Tyler Grant was masterful in making this the easiest vehicle purchasing experience and we have purchased numerous cars in different states.

HE comical texts keeping us informed on the status of the Jeep after we ordered it was both PROFESSIONAL and informative. He must have read our minds because he was so prompt at providing us information on regular basis.

The experience was great. Every price they gave was upfront with no hidden fees. Sydney in sales was great and made buying a car super easy. I had to drive here from Chattanooga and she made sure the car I was interested in was pulled off to the side for me and I never had to pay a deposit!

It is always so nice to be greeted by such an awesome person like Kristin at the service deck. She is the first person I see when taking my vehicle in for my preventive maintenance service needs. She always greets me with a smile and by name...I feel like I'm valued as a customer. Working with Kristin has really made my experience at Troncalli worth the visit. If it weren't for Kristin, I wouldn't return my vehicle to handle its service needs. She sets the example for customer service, they way it should be...truly an asset to the Troncalli team.

One of the best dealership experiences I've had. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and decided to go give it a look the same day. I wasn't prepared to leave Troncalli with a new vehicle that day, but the experience and the deal was too good to pass on so we bought cash same day. Mirtha Valencia was fantastic so yes I would recommend Mirtha as your salesman and Troncalli as your dealership.

I was very impressed with Royce's professionalism. He took the time to understand our needs and patiently explained every detail of the car and the different trim levels. We test drove multiple vehicles and Royce was very patient and receptive to our concerns. During negotiations, he was very candid and respectful and we never felt compelled even though it was past business hours. We got a great deal and many thanks to Royce and Troncalli. He followed up with us after a few days to make sure we were enjoying our vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and will be happy to do business with them again. If you go there, ask for Royce!

I recently upgraded my Jeep to the 2019 model at Troncolli and my salesperson, Joe Scanzano was a pleasure to deal with through the whole experience. He was very professional and worked diligently to accommodate what I was looking for, even through a few specific special requests. Joe also went over and above and brought some items from my last car to me - some 30+ miles away, after I had forgotten to pick them up on my last visit. I strongly recommend Joe and Troncolli.

Went to the dealership on Saturday with the family, was greeted by Royce who interacted with our family like he was one of us. He was not pushy at all, showed us exact vehicles we wanted to see, took the time to humor us and the kids with the details and allowed us to leave with no pressure. Went back on Monday and again he showed us the vehicles we were interested in, didn t push anything more than what we wanted and made the whole process easy. This is not what we have experienced at other dealerships and was a breath of fresh air. They made the paperwork signing easy and immediately took it to get detailed. Would recommend them and will go back for our next vehicle!

I just traded in my wife's 2017 Pacifica here for a new, upgraded 2019 model. We had originally driven down to a nearby dealer to test drive a used Audi Q7, but in the end my wife couldn't part with her Pacifica. On a whim, we looked at CarGurus and noticed Troncalli was nearby with a Pacifica in stock we liked the options on. When we showed up, it was already past closing but I told them I was interested in buying that day if the numbers were right, and they were more than happy to accommodate despite it being so late on a Sunday. They didn't low ball me on my trade and worked with me to get to a number that was acceptable for both of us. I have bought MANY cars from many different dealers, and Troncalli is definitely one of the friendliest dealers I have dealt with. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend you drop by their lot.

We brought our Town and Country in for an oil change but knew there was a problem with the brakes. Roger Shelton quickly diagnosed the problem, advised us of our options, and then performed the service quickly! Roger kept us safe and spared us the additional expense if we had waited to get the brakes fixed. We could not be happier with the service we received from Roger. He is a valuable asset to Troncalli and the reason we continue to come back! Thank you Roger!!

Took my brand new Jeep in for service in February and was told my defective replacement part would not arrive until mid April. No call or follow up whatsoever from Joe. I also had a service issue on my Jeep making a knocking noise. They didn t even look at it because it was late in the day. I will NOT be going back here.

Just called and spoke with Joe for a express service oil change with my 2015 Challenger. He answered the phone nice told me to come on in (very friendly and inviting). I have delt with Joe a few years ago with my 2008 Dodge Charger for a sunroof water leak problem that Ed Voyles Chrysler could not figure out after 4 repair attempts. They fixed it 1st time out! This is a great service department. I work for a local GM dealer service department and I am passing over 3 local dealers to make Trincalli my new service repair facility.

Worthless group in the Jeep parts dept.
I called and was told "yes we have that". I said be there in 15 minutes, and i was.
Old guy at counter said he was not the guy i talked to, not sure who it was. Everyone now at lunch.
Old guy says not sure how to look up the part.
I said check with all your parts peps and call me. No call ever. I called next day and to my surprise no one knew what i was talking about.

Consistently have great experiences here at the express lane and warranty service/recalls. It's clear that leadership has cast a customer-centric vision and crafted training to motivate employees to serve the customer and earn their satisfaction. Simple gestures like a salesman offering me a chair in the children's playroom while waiting or being greeted repeatedly by friendly staff are examples of the culture here. They consistently communicate key information during visits in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I'm going to temper this review in that the parts Personnel were really excellent. but I went into the service department for a recall and had them look at a rattle in my car and long story short is that they came out and said my brakes were shot as they put it and that my sway bar needed new bushings and one other item none of which were the case

Took my 2006 Dodge Dakota, with 75,000 miles on it...

Took my 2006 Dodge Dakota, with 75,000 miles on it, to the service department to diagnose "Check Engine" light. The service consultant, Chris, called and said the vehicle had Auto Lite spark plugs in it and they were not compatible with the vehicle. He was told that the vehicle had just been tuned and spark plugs installed. He insisted that was the problem. I allowed him to change the plugs and tune up. He called and said the light was off and vehicle was ready to pick up and the repair cost was $646.00. After having the vehicle back one day, the light came on, again. I called the Service Department and was advised to bring the vehicle back. After a couple of days, the Manager (forgot his name) of the service department, who was very rude, called and scolded me for not telling them it was "burning coolant". I told him I had brought the vehicle for them to diagnose it, not for me to tell them what was wrong. I, also, told him I had never heard of "burning coolant" and didn't know what he meant. He said it meant that it had a blown head casket and probably a cracked head. He could not explain why this would happen. I told him I had never added any coolant to it and he said someone had. The thing about this is no one drives this vehicle but me. Had it been burning coolant, the vehicle would have run hot, which it never had. I knew this could not be the problem. I picked the vehicle up and took it to another shop and was told that was not the problem, but he could not find the problem. I drove 112 miles to Monticello to take it to the repair shop that does my uncle's repairs, Allen's Auto Repair Shop, and the vehicle never ran hot. As a matter of fact, the gauge was slightly below normal. After two weeks, I was advised that the vehicle had Bosch 02 sensors in it and the sensors were not compatible to my vehicle and one of the sensors was damaged. He was given permission to put new sensors in it. This corrected the problem and the owner bought the truck. Had I had a choice, I would have given them zero stars!

I recently viewed a pre-owned vehicle on car max and clicked on the link to see if the car was still available. The dealer, "Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep", called me within five minutes to confirm. The next day I went to the dealership to see the car and I'm sure glad I did! What can I say other than great car, great price, and great service? I bought the car and drove it off the lot in less than two hours. This was positively the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience that I have ever had.

She always makes sure that my car is taken car of and ensures that I have satisfactory service. You can get some really great deals on Troncalli's service contracts. I also really appreciate the car wash at the end of the service. They do a great job. I highly recommend Troncalli's service center and ask for Kristin! She'll take great care of you and your car.

This is the worst place on earth. I bought a Jeep Wrangler at this location and I purchased an extended warranty after a year. I dropped off my car for an oil leak. They tell me it will only be
a couple of hours but the reality was they took over a day. Not a month passed and my car was leaking again. I called the store manager to complain about it and this time it took four days to repair the leak. I attempted to have it serviced a third time and the receptionist said someone would call me back. No one calIed so I decided to call Mopar and thankfully they gave me the ok to bring my car to another dealership. Thanks to palmerdodge of Alpharetta my car is finally fixed

Horrible service dept. and careless staff. I scheduled a repair an entire week in advanced to ensure it would be done in a timely manner. I made the appointment for the morning & even dropped it off early. I called about 4 hours later to check on it and make sure they d be done on time since I had to pickup my child at a certain time. All of this was explained to them before I left the dealership. When j called the 1st time I was told the person handling my vehicle was at lunch & so they couldn t get me any info on the status or if it ll be ready on time. Called a 2nd time and was told they had not started and again the guy I needed to talk to was not available. I told them this is going on 6 hours of them having my vehicle now & if they aren t going to have it done by the time agreed on then I d just come get it now. He said that s probably best bc hes not gonna get to it. And furthermore made it out to be my fault, since it was a recall repair & not a paid service repair. Uh. You re joking right?
At this point they ve had my car for 7+ hours and it had not even moved. When I went to pickup my keys. I stood in the lobby waiting for that ONE guy - bc no one was able to help me except for the one guy who couldn t even help me. And all he did was grab a file & tell another person to go get my keys. Took 15 minutes just to get my keys from them and leave! Later on that night I went to lock my vehicle and none of my buttons worked. I figured it was a battery issue and swapped the battery out. Still nothing - and my alarm is going off anytime I manually lock my doors & use the key in the handle to unlock. I called to try to get help from them directly and was hung up on TWICE after explaining the situation. I m done with this dealership & will be contacting dodge directly to get a resolution and to let them know what happened here. So frustrating & a huge waste of everyone s time.

The wife and I were put in the unexpected car buying market after an accident. Car shopping is never fun, especially when it is unexpected. We searched the internet and found a suitable used SUV that we wanted to look at. I called to make sure it was still available and we went to go look at it. We had nothing short of a great experience. James S. was very pleasant, informative, and completely honest. If he didn't have the answer, he took the time to find out, instead of feeding us a line. He was very patient and never pushy with us, even with our cranky two year old. Kim in finance was also very helpful and upfront. I definitely recommend going to check these guys out, we will be back next time we need another vehicle!

Highly highly disappointed with Troncalli. I went in May 8th 2019 and purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The salesman that helped me, Jeff was very kind and very helpful however, the Jeep was a nightmare! I test drove the Jeep and everything seemed totally fine and I was beyond excited to buy it! I was bringing the Jeep home and it stalled. It completely cut off while I was driving. It continued to do this 3 times that same day. I later realized that they had given me a dead key fob so I thought maybe that was the issue but, had no idea so the next day I brought it back to Troncalli. I informed them of the dead key fob so they looked at the Jeep and determined it was in fact the dead key that was causing it to stall. They gave me a new key and sent me on my way. It wasn t until that Saturday that the Jeep stalled again. I called troncalli and informed them about it and they asked if I could bring it in on Monday. I was on my way to troncalli on a Monday when the Jeep stalled in the middle of the road and struggled to crank back up so I then decided to call them and ask to get it towed to Troncalli. They looked at the Jeep when it got there and decided to keep it over night. I came back the next day and they informed me that the ignition switch was bad so they replaced it. I picked it up and thought everything was back to normal however later that afternoon it stalled again. It was then I decided the Jeep was unsafe and it wasn t getting fixed. I took it back in the next day and traded the Jeep in for a 2013 Kia Optima. About 2 weeks later after getting the Kia Optima I was going down the road when it started making a really horrible noise so I pulled over. Long story short the Kia s engine is done. I am in absolute disbelief. 2 bad cars sold from here in a very short amount of time. I m beyond myself with this situation.

Tried to call to make an appointment, and the phone systems didn't seem to work. I simply could not talk to anyone after multiple attempts. I then tried the dealership's webpage for an appointment and they never responded, but they do now have my information to market to me... seems that was the more important goal to them. The service department needs some management guidance in value it seems.

I had a great experience purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Troncalli yesterday. I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy and the salesman, Doug Borsum, helped make that happen. Mr. Borsum was kind, honest, and knowledgable. Greg Ganter, one of the managers, also helped with the purchase and was equally pleasant to work with. After having had negative experiences at other dealerships, it was really great to work with people who were trustworthy. In the end, I left with the car I wanted, having paid the price I went in hoping to pay. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Troncalli. They also have a sweet cat named PT who roams the dealership and can keep you entertained while you wait!

I just purchased my 4th vehicle. When it came time to replace the Jeep I bought here in 2007, there was no question where I would go to do it. I will admit to doing a little research on the possibility of buying a car online, but in the end it is too big a purchase to handle that way in my opinion. Bruce Belanger met us there, and even though I had a vehicle picked out before I got there, he made some suggestions that really made sense, SAVED me money, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Bruce has helped me with all my purchases, and his professionalism and now his friendship mean a lot to me. I feel like I actually do matter to the folks at Troncalli and that is getting to be more and more rare.

At 21 I never thought that I would have been able to buy a car all by myself, especially after visiting several dealerships. I accidentally stumbled upon Troncalli and I m so glad I did!
