Took my brand new Jeep in for service in February ...

Took my brand new Jeep in for service in February and was told my defective replacement part would not arrive until mid April. No call or follow up whatsoever from Joe. I also had a service issue on my Jeep making a knocking noise. They didn t even look at it because it was late in the day. I will NOT be going back here.
