It's clear that leadership has cast a customer-centric vision and crafted training to motivate employees to serve the customer and earn their satisfaction. Simple gestures like a salesman offering me a chair in the children's playroom while waiting or being greeted repeatedly by friendly staff are examples of the culture here. They consistently communicate key information during visits in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
