Highly highly disappointed with Troncalli. I went in May 8th 2019 and purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The salesman that helped me, Jeff was very kind and very helpful however, the Jeep was a nightmare! I test drove the Jeep and everything seemed totally fine and I was beyond excited to buy it! I was bringing the Jeep home and it stalled. It completely cut off while I was driving. It continued to do this 3 times that same day. I later realized that they had given me a dead key fob so I thought maybe that was the issue but, had no idea so the next day I brought it back to Troncalli. I informed them of the dead key fob so they looked at the Jeep and determined it was in fact the dead key that was causing it to stall. They gave me a new key and sent me on my way. It wasn t until that Saturday that the Jeep stalled again. I called troncalli and informed them about it and they asked if I could bring it in on Monday. I was on my way to troncalli on a Monday when the Jeep stalled in the middle of the road and struggled to crank back up so I then decided to call them and ask to get it towed to Troncalli. They looked at the Jeep when it got there and decided to keep it over night. I came back the next day and they informed me that the ignition switch was bad so they replaced it. I picked it up and thought everything was back to normal however later that afternoon it stalled again. It was then I decided the Jeep was unsafe and it wasn t getting fixed. I took it back in the next day and traded the Jeep in for a 2013 Kia Optima. About 2 weeks later after getting the Kia Optima I was going down the road when it started making a really horrible noise so I pulled over. Long story short the Kia s engine is done. I am in absolute disbelief. 2 bad cars sold from here in a very short amount of time. I m beyond myself with this situation.
