Always a great experience dealing with Triad, I have been Doing business with them for 20+ years and they are definitely a five star company.

So far we have had a horrible experience with TRIAD. They NEVER return our calls and are now demanding more down payment without any justification. Sounds like all these reviews have a common theme - perhaps the guy who had a positive experience was a brother in law.

This is the worst mortgage company
I ve ever been with. They lie to your face even when they know they are WRONG. They were wrong 100% of the time with me. If I don t get my money
back in the next month, I m hiring an attorney. Sick of these unprofessional lying mortgage company. Oh and I received someone else s loan paper along with mine. I feel for anyone with bad credit because they are worse with Triad team. Team of LIARS

Not sure why such bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experience these guys. Erica, Meredith and Tom have been great from day one over the past 8 months of refi and construction. Just recently started working with the insurance side of it and Lisa has been great also. My load APR is higher than I am accustomed too. But, it was expected with the type of loan I needed. I would recommend them.

Triad is refusing to defer payments for mortgage holders, despite the government telling companies to do this. People are out of work and struggling and they refusing to do anything to help.I have sent multiple emails and phone calls! Some guy Jason calls me twice now and says he is calling in an attempt to collect a debt,yet ive been told that I was supposed to get an email to sign for a deferment! Threatening me telling me that they are only going to give me 1 month deferment they are completely heartless and incredibly rude I've even tried to reach out via Facebook message and still nothing!

I would not recommend this Mortgage company. Triad Financial services has never responded to our title company many requests by emails, phone or messages to release the lien with the state. It has been 4 months!!! Our mortgage was paid off in February when we sold our home. The title company has not been able to transfer the title to the new owner because Triad is not responding, Horrible!!!

I called them for the first time ever yesterday. Got right threw, found out what I needed to know, no problems. All questions answered

They don t reply to any emails , phone calls, or voice mails. Have an insurance claim for major roof problems and I need answers to my questions. Seems like they rather let the property get fully damaged instead of taking care of business. Horrible trinity for any type of needs you may have.

I have to admit that I didn't have any issues with customer service. I was even explained why my loan was denied. I gave 2 stars only because I think it's unfair that I was denied because my husband is now self employed and he's only been there for 1 year but if you get a paystub from a retail store even if you started last week is a garantee that you have a stable income. They couldn't use my husband's income but ran his credit regardless. At least my credit didn't go down because of the inquiry.

I received a notification of an inquiry hit under my Transunion credit report, and minutes later received an approval email from these guys for a mobile home that I applied....but pleaseee...would someone please explain to me how in the world did i get approved with a 6.75% interest rate for a 20 yr term when mortgage rates are currently sitting at around 3.2% to this day for the same term, when my FICO Transunion credit score is currently at 796 (most likely a bit less now that they did a hard pull), with 14 years of credit history, no collections, no late payments, no high credit card utilization (15%), decent amount of inquiry hits, and perfect standing on all my 21 accounts, yet they double their interest percentage as if they think it was so easy to get an excellent credit score.....on top of that, with an insurance amount of $135 per month....thats about 2.5% which should be rated between 0.4-1.86% in the state of Texas....that explains how much of a thieves these guys really are. I only applied here because the mobile home that I was interested in, stated that they have their homes financed by this bank and if I applied here, I will most like get approved, but honestly I feel sorry for the people that they take advantage off, for those that are desperately and eager to get their own place. Not me though, I know how much I m valued at but I ll pass. Thanks a lot for the 3-5 points that cost me to apply here...

I have a home loan for a manufactured home with them. I also have the home insurance through them.

In August of last year, they jacked it up to nearly $3,500 annually with no notification. They took the excess from the escrow account and it is completely drained and now they are asking for $2,000 which would be the payments for May and June. It's $960 a month now, from $445.

Every time I call this company, I'm either on hold forever, I get transferred a dozen times, I get completely WRONG information (someone told me it was the taxes and I had to call my county), or the people are just completely unhelpful.

This company SUCKS. I am urgently looking for another company to have my loan through.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would the woman we have been having to deal with is named Annette and she works in the Illinois office I believe. Right off the bat the woman was as rude as can be we have already turned in our down payment because the needed it "on time" well our paper work specifically states estimated closing date is feb. 27 well here we are the next day and still no closing papaerwork why can we do what you need on time but you can't have ours on time!?!? we have been living out of boxes because we were ready to be moved in yesterday! And yet when we call to find out what's going on and why we still haven't received our closing papaerwork this rude woman says in a VERY rude tone "there's nothing I can do for you it will be there when it gets there." If you have the option to work with a different mortgage company I would most deffinantly suggest you do! Even if there rates for interest are higher I would rather pay the extra money than to have to deal with these jerks!!!!

It seems like a scam company and this place really hurt my credit score I dont know how. And I think there a little on the racist side.

Excellent service, great communication, offers a plethora of great programs, and a willingness to find solutions that actually work for the customer! I highly recommend!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. If you ever have trouble making your payments, they make sure to take advantage of that and find any way to charge you outrageous "fees and other charges". You can never call and get someone on the phone to help you. You have to leave multiple messages and they might return your call a few days later.

These people seemed easy to work with to begin with. Me and my family did get the home that we wanted. However I sent my first mortgage payment off and after over two weeks it never got cashed. I spoke with someone and was informed they can accept payments over the phone, but are unable to accept the first payment over the phone? Doesn't make sense. I was then informed to cancel my first money order and send out another one and I would have a grace period without being charged a late fee. I done as I was told and sent out another money order this time with tracking. The tracking say was supposed to be delivered Monday on the 21st. Im guessing the USPS is having a hard time finding the location because I get a message every day saying it still has not been delivered. So now here it is going on the 2nd month of me living in my home and I still have not been able to pay my mortgage payment and it seems as if no one can help me. They all keep telling me the same thing. Its getting frustrating. I'm at my wits end to pay my mortgage payment.

I recently financed a manufactured home with these as a recommendation through Eldorado Homes in Arkansas. They require that I mail a personal check with a first payment letter for the first payment. I mailed the payment on September 3rd certified mail. Shows it was delivered to their P.O. Box on September 5th. I called on September 10th because it hadn t posted to my loan yet (due on the 11th). The check cleared my personal checking account on the 11th so I thought all was good. Go to make an early payment on the 21st and see it says I haven t made my payment yet (keep in mind that it had cleared my bank 10 days prior). I call and the lady had me send her an email with a picture of the front and back of the check and said it would get fixed and payment back dated to offset the accrued interest. 5 days later nothing has been done. I ve called everyday and all I get is it is getting taken care of. I should have just went with my personal bank. They would have fixed this immediately. I m working on moving my loan and spreading the word at how bad this place is!!

Terrible financial company. Tom and his cohorts are sleezy. I pulled out of the financing deal, approval after 2 months of thier unprofessional ism. Triade is a discrace to the financial services industry. Crude, rude, ignorant employees. They are a complete discrace. Stay away from Triade.

Horrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional, cannot give specific or detailed reason as to why you get denied, Also do not know how to answer questions when you ask. I was even hung up on. Never got a call or email stating we were denied until I called to find out myself after waiting 5 days. Every denial reason was always debt to income ratio but cannot prove why and gave incorrect information that was not put on the application and then cannot explain how they got that information. Get it together Triad, you should be helping people get approved not treat your clients like garbage.

People at this company don't know how to return phone calls everytime I call I. Get transfered to three different people and end up having to leave a message. This is ridiculous. Poor servicing!

I have referred many Clients there and they have all stated they got great service.

I'm not sure why this company has a posting on their website that they are willing to assist consumers at this time with a loan deferment. I've been leaving messages & filling out the ridiculous form online that no one reads. If anyone has actually spoke to a representative at this company, please let me know. Thank you

When it comes to customer service, the team at Triad Financial Services are amazing. What sets them apart is that the whole team does a great job of working with you and getting loans done. My company works with all of their locations and have been able to establish great working relationships with nearly all of the Team that we interact with. They genuinely make you feel that the business you sent over is appreciated and valued.

Shela Holley is my Regional Manager and what I really appreciate about Shela is her willingness to go to bat for our loans and make the internal call to the Team to get a loan done. Triad is our go to lender for chattel loans and we really appreciate this company as a business partner!

You will love this company if you have average or above credit. You will not like this company if you have bad credit and/or wont pay your mortgage as agreed. :-)

This is a great lender. They have programs for most every customer's needs.

Just started dealing with this company for my mortgage. Customer service is definitely not great, they have been kind of rude every time I have called, and now my issue is trying to get them to take my money! I made an online payment on 4/25 since it is due 5/1, and it took them a week to tell me, it was denied. Why? Moneys in the account? I use another bank account to try and make the payment and am again waiting. This is my biggest complaint so far. It says use a certain code for western union or money gram but doesn't show you an example, im not used to using those and don't know how those work. It should come straight of my account when I go to pay online!

this company is a true ripoff stay far away from them nothing but lies and stealing of your money my loan payment is to be 131.88 a month in the past 2 month 527.52 was taken from me if even made 3 payments it would be 395.64 so something dont add up looked at payoff amount still the same they saying i pay 102.00 a month in intest and they are taking double payments out on me and not applying it to the princal stay far far away they need to be sued

After calling and telling them that I had lost my job but was starting another one and wouldn't be paid for 2 weeks, I was hounded daily after missing ONE payment. This is the most horrible company do not do business with them!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE DOCUMENTS IN MORTGAGE PAPERS STATING ONE THING THEN ANOTHER PAPER STATES THE TOTAL OPPOSITE.....this has been a disaster. You sign papers for monthly payments and now 8 months later they raised my payments over 300.00 dollars more for escrow taxes and insurance that we were told we'd be responsible for....read your documents before you sign or take an attorney to the signing with you. Definitely will be getting this handled....this is fraud and shouldn't be allowed along with the mobile home crooks that helped you.

Been dealing with this company for years and always had problems. My loan should have been payed off mouths ago but they are still saying I owe, and when I went off on the after they gave me 3 different amounts to payoff they stopped talking to me all together and will not return my phone calls. Nothing but liers and scammers here

Absolute worst customer service!! They never call or email you back and are extremely rude! I ve also been trying to find out for weeks if I was approved for an extension with my mortgage during covid 19 and I m unable to work. Absolutely terrible wouldn t recommend to anyone !!

Worst company tbh. Took a year to report to credit then put down 11k less than what was already paid to them only put down that made one payment not twelve . If it wasn't for being a new bee probably would've never went with them . Hope that helps people. And for the 5 star reviews if you look them up it seems like they work with this company but not a customer.

Does anyone even work here? They don't answer the phone, return voicemails, respond to emails, or even respond to handwritten letters. They also have not reported payments to the credit bureaus since January.

Do not bother applying if you have a credit score of 650 and pay your bills on time for years.If your debt is 10,000 you will not get approved for a loan for double wide.Waste of time, and they do not take the time to let you know you were denied it's not worth the drop in credit score try elsewhere first

I'm not happy with this mortgage company when we bought our mobile home they never explained everything by details they was just worried to just sale also their rate of the loan is too high is 10 %. I tried to refinance and they giving me the run-around they don't answer their phone they don't call back and all they do is you need 2 years of work experience but when they approved it I was only six month in my new job and they prove it now trying to refinance it they telling me I need a 2 years job experience not happy at all with this mortgage company but things will be much different people through your search I was the first by owner now I know what to look for what to search for but with this company do not use them they do not help you all I wanted was a lower rate and refinance it to have the house just under my name .

My experiences w/ Triad have always been positive. Their interest rates are generally lower than most. They are all very helpful when I have questions and the best thing is that they always respond to my emails promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend using Triad.

Stay away from this company! I've dealt with nothing but rudness no friendly customer service.. They don't call you back unless they want to at their digression. They say they call you but from what numbers private what most people don't answer too they dont ever leave messages then at the last minute they do. Now my account is restricted. Paid off loan in full, almost 2 months later still waiting for the title so I can give to new buyers. Unacceptable.

I gave them 4 stars because when I first obtained the loan I had a very rude and misleading loan servicing agent that I dealt with. She promised I could make partial payments but to only call and speak to her to do that. When I tried calling I had a rep get very ugly with me and was told its either the full amount or nothing. I asked for a supervisor and I told her what was promised to me. She got everything straight. Now I jave a new loan servicing agent and her name is Jamie. She is absolutely wonderful. Very kind and she does not make you feel like a piece of garbage when things in life happen. I thank her so much for keeping in contact with me and returning my calls. I would never get a call back from the other one. If I had Jamie the entire time it would be 5 stars.

This place is so slow it makes me sick. If you expect top quality go somewhere else. Poor communication if any. Over 60 days and all they say is we dont know were working on it . Other lenders can get the job done in 3 weeks. Ill never use them again.

This company granted us a pre-approved loan for a mobile home for over $82,000. We found one for $62,500 and we had $10,000 for a down payment. We paid $500 in ernest money for the home. A week later they turned down the loan saying they did not approve the loan. Yet we have and even gave a copy to the realtor of the pre-approval.

Not a company to work with. Not very honest in their dealings. Would give a NEGATIVE star if I could.

I have to agree with others. Rude. I was lied to. First wasn t mortgaging enough, then too much and then sent pre-approval at 8.75%. They deserve black stars. Don t even have my correct name.

Paid off the loan in July 2019. Still after Many Many calls, left msgs and no response, one time talked to someone and they said I should have had it but no further response. The account is paid off, but have been UNABLE to get lienholder release or the original title!!! It has been 7 months!

We have had to deal with this company for 3 years now. They have changed the amount to be paid monthly multiple times, then send us a letter stating we are several hundred behind on our payments when its automatically taken from our account every month. I am ready to just sell my mobile home just to be done with these people!

The most unprofessional and unethical company I have encountered. The director Matthew was so rude and refused to accept that his agents were wrong. When I asked why they lacked customer service he answered that I had not contacted customer service and that they were collections.

I have been trying since March to get their accounting error fixed. I pay my house payment EARLY, before the 1st of every month, yet they say it is late. I am so disappointed that my loan was transferred to them from the bank in Kansas. No one contacts you, or they can't help you. I have sent a document showing every payment made by me and the local bank has sent in my records as well, yet it still isn't fixed. Now my payment has almost doubled with no explanation. Do not use this lender. I am filing complaints with the CFPD over this institution's practices, as well as the state Attorney General, and BBB. Thank you triad for ruining my credit that I built up over 59 years, it only took you since January 2020 to ruin it.

Should have read reviews before applying for our loan. Caution they will run your credit pre-approve ask for ridiculous amounts of financial paperwork. Then come up with unreasonable criteria s 7% to a 20% down payment.
Small business owners do not even waste your time with this company even when you can prove consistent amount of income for the past 16 years!!!

Some of the best customer service i have ever experienced!! I have been working with them for a couple years now and everytime i have any issues they are very quick and always polite.

Advice to consumers is to check your closing documents. At closing, we paid several months of taxes and insurance premiums per Triad s requirements. I kept this loan for approx. 45 days before we refinanced (received a much lower interest rate) with a different mortgage company. So far, I have been in contact and sent copies of closing documents to Triad s escrow department; thus, have not received this escrow money. If I have not received any correspondence within the next few days, I will be contacting the SC Board of Financial Institutions. Hope this helps future customers.

Staff communication within this company is clearly lacking. Incompetence runs rampant within this place. If you make payment and have proof that you made payment, it doesn't matter they will try to force you into paying two months of mortgage payments in one payment. Person A says this Person B says that.

Every single person we have worked with throughout the years from the people inside the office to the people out in the field have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT'S DOING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE. APPROVED ME 4 TIMES BUT COULD NOT CLOSE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET PAPER WORK TOGETHER. RAN MY CREDIT SCORE DOWN WITH HARD INQUIRIES EVERY TIME THEY HAD TO REDO LOAN DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

I paid off my Mobil home entire loan and I still haven't recieved my title for the house yet, they don't return calls or nothing ,WORST MORTGAGE LANDER ... Dont ever go with this company everything is about money for them but when it come to help you they totally don't do a good job .

My parents have been working on getting a mortgage and was given one through this company, however, the Bank dropped the ball and missed the deadline for the appraisal. And is now giving them the run around and postponing closing, they are about to lose this house that they really want. And we are about to become homeless because they didn't do their part of the work. My parents have jumped through every hoop they have been asked to, when they have been asked to. I expect the same from the mortgage lender. At this point, it doesn't matter at this point. Because they are losing the house because one of your employees could not get the appraisal done when it was supposed to be done. And has been pushing back closing further then the 10 days allowed.

1 year of requesting a call to be pulled. They claimed that we moved in to our house in April. So by the time we moved in in June, we were already 2 months behind on mortgage. 14 months of payments and many calls later, we're still trying to get our house homesteaded. Hoping to refinance next week.

Stay away from this company!!! I applied for a motor home loan a couple days ago through this company which was a BIG mistake. Never received any calls from them letting me know the reason I was turned down or to talk to me about my credit.. PLUS they hit my credit score by lowering it 60 points. That was uncalled for...

Greath niche lender for manufactured housing that can close quick. Competitive rates and a simple process.

Florida office manager Matt needs to be fired. He is the most inconsiderate rude manager I have ever dealt with.. If u even raise your voice at all trying to explain something to him that he doesn't want to hear, in return he will threaten to take your home.. I contacted the Better Business to complain about him specific.. Triad is full of helpful, kind people until you are stuck with him.. let's take the home from a single father with 3 kids right before the holidays because u d ont want to admit you are wrong with your info....
