Just started dealing with this company for my mort...

Just started dealing with this company for my mortgage. Customer service is definitely not great, they have been kind of rude every time I have called, and now my issue is trying to get them to take my money! I made an online payment on 4/25 since it is due 5/1, and it took them a week to tell me, it was denied. Why? Moneys in the account? I use another bank account to try and make the payment and am again waiting. This is my biggest complaint so far. It says use a certain code for western union or money gram but doesn't show you an example, im not used to using those and don't know how those work. It should come straight of my account when I go to pay online!
