I really can't say enough about Mike Marsman and his team there at Treadstone. My family and I were in a tough spot and had to get out of the neighborhood we were in, and we needed to do it FAST.
We didn't have the greatest credit because of some student loan troubles the year before, but they were willing to work with us and not only get us approved for what we needed to get into a much better neighborhood, they streamlined the process and helped get us moved in a matter of only a couple months.
If you're looking for a local lender over a cookie cutter bank, which is something I highly suggest, I couldn't recommend Treadstone any more. Absolutely try them before any other lenders.

This company was great to work with. We had a complicated situation and other companies gave us the corporate run around until we found Treadstone who put in probably more hours work than they admitted to to find the perfect solution for our family. They were very attentive and quick to respond to inquiries.
Treadstone Team has done me write twice now...once on the original mortgage on a purchase and now the refi. While I got a great rate originally, I was able to quickly lock in a rate reduction AND term reduction (30 to 15). It was simple, seamless, and 100% virtual (except for the title company signatures).

I have been totally impressed with the dedication that Wade Monsma and Barbara Ball provided us from initial contact to closing on our home.
